The deliveries are always prompt. The quality of fruit and veg is good and varied. I love the seasonality, supply of recipes which is useful. Happy customer.

First box was great, very happy. Second box was left outside, despite clear delivery instructions to leave in porch. Third box was missing our sourdough bread order… really irritating as I wanted it for a packed lunch. They refunded the bread but I’ve lost trust, subscription cancelled

So fresh and tasty nothing going to waste it has helped my husband and I eat more fruit and veg, any veg left over goes in a soup pot, also discovering different fruits and veg we wouldn’t normally have, we look forward every week to our odd box, we’re really happy that we are helping reduce the amount of wasted food going into the bin just because they aren’t “perfect” in the eyes of the supermarket chains.

We have returned to odd box after a few years and have to say we love the improved format, being able to swap more of the food we know we won’t eat for food we will is great. The medium mixed fruit and veg boxes are perfect for our family of four and nothing gets wasted. We also add in the eggs which are amazing.

Every week I look forward to my oddbox. The produce is quality, the variety and choices are good enough, and the quantities are usually generous and all at reasonable value. I also love the little friendly notes in the box each week and recipe suggestions.

My box arrived during Saturday night quietly and in the right location.
The delights of opening it to see beautiful fruit and vegetables is a joy. All shapes and sizes just like the ones you grow yourself or if you're old enough you used to buy from the greengrocer!
The care taken to get everything delivered in the freshest condition is exceptional and the eggs are always placed carefully so as not to break.
So glad we decided to sign up.

The quality and variety of vegetables is outstanding. I used to buy from M&S and the quality and taste is so much better. A couple of things were a bit wonky but they still tasted delicious. Fantastic prices and delivered fresh and in perfect condition. Love that you can swap items and the items in the Market shop are just as good. Can’t rate them highly enough.

The quality of the Oddbox produce is amazing and keeps longer than most supermarket produce.
The delivery is always on time. I was a bit sceptical about the possibility of it being delivered during the night but mine arrives just after 7pm.

Produce always fresh. They are very quick to sort things if you have a problem. Very good customer service.

Enjoy checking out my Oddbox each week. Any minor issues are sorted straight away by the team. Been enjoying the lovely fresh pineapples. I like having the opportunity to choose add one such as eggs or other products all delivered to my home.

An absolutely fantastic concept, rescued fruit and veg that wholesalers, regular shops and supermarkets would in the past throw away.
However, even the small package is too much fruit & veg for one person i find, they are all still lovely and fresh & do not deserve to be wasted or given away as I am having to do at this moment in time. You can swap and change the weekly/fortnightly Oddbox you receive, if there is anything you don't like in your due Oddbox, just make sure you know your delivery day and ensure you make any changes or add ons by the last day given to you. For example my delivery day is early hours on Wednesday mornings and I have to have any order changes or cancellations in Saturday's by midnight.

Reliable service / delivery. Superb quality of fruits and veg. Very easy to swap products and to pause, or alter frequency, of deliveries.

Had 2 deliveries so far and am really impressed - both by the quantity of food and the quality. We're subscribed to the smallest option of fruit & veg for 1-2 people, so I presumed this was going to be a small selection but it's been plenty.

Good variety of vegetables, always presented in a clean and fresh condition. It is easy to swap and add-on other fruit and produce. The delivery is always on time and carefully done. When I have needed to contact the team this has been easily and quickly dealt with to my complete satisfaction.

I have been getting an odd box for over 9 months now there is never any waste and all produce are fresh
