Plain our vacation with Odynovo have always been a success, including this one from Portugal. Great mix of activities - Cathy Hou did an excellent job planning the perfect itinerary. We did the 17-day tour of Vietnam and Thailand with private tours and guides.

Well organised and professional.Special mention for our driver Rajesh Kumar who was welcolming and displayed safe driving in sometimes very chaotic traffic conditions.

Also appreciated the sevices of Pankaj the Odynovo Delhi representative who was always available to sort out minor glitches encountered and Joy who organized the tour and was also easy to deal with in the planning stages and deal with minor issues that arose.

Odynovo is simply the best! We have traveled with them since 2018, visited Vietnam, Greece, Egypt and Norway and recently returned from a private 14 days trip to Turkey. Mia Wang, our travel consultant once again took excellent care and created a great personalized itinerary. Mia has been as always helpful, responsive, friendly and accommodating. The trip included a combination of cities, cultural treasures, natural wonders and Mediterranean sea resorts. We had an amazing mixture of activities and at the same time plenty of time to relax. Every step was once again perfectly organized and customized to meet our expectations. We stayed in superb centrally located hotels with many restaurants, shops and nice parks nearby. Guides and drivers were very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. We wish to say a special thank you to our guide Taha Yagar. He went out of the way, organizing a nighttime Whirling Dervishes show for us in Konya, which was not in the original itinerary.
We are very grateful to Mia and Odynovo for organizing this incredible trip. We could not have done it without them.

My adult daughter (29 years) and I (mom, 69 years) traveled to Malaysia and Indonesia on a trip
arranged by Odynovo. Reinself Wei was our travel consultant. The trip took us to Malacca, Borneo,
Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Bali, Komodo NP, Lombok and Kuala Lumpur. Due to uncertainty on our end, we
asked Reinself to put this trip together on short notice. He excelled in every way.
Over the course of our four weeks, we took ten flights within SE Asia and stayed in about a dozen hotels.
Every flight went smoothly and every hotel was first class. Our guides were all knowledgeable,
enthusiastic and helpful. We trekked in the jungle and boated on the Kinabatangan River and saw
orangutans, silver and red leaf monkeys, proboscis monkeys, pygmy elephants, crocodiles, flying
squirrels, tons of exotic birds, and more in the wild. We visited homes of local people, toured famous
Hindu temples, Muslim mosques, Buddhist temples and Christian churches. We hiked along streams
and to waterfalls and took a dip in some of them. We looked out over volcanoes while we lunched. We
snorkeled at the Gili Islands and saw at least a dozen sea turtles up close in addition to beautiful tropical
fish. We toured the big cities and the small towns. Every person we met was welcoming and helpful.
We felt at ease the entire trip.
I would never have dreamed of going to the places we visited. Many of the ideas came from Reinself
(like going to Borneo). We are so thankful for his expertise in putting this trip together. We have taken
many trips with Odynovo over several years now and have always brought home nothing but wonderful memories.

I had a medical emergency before departure so started our tour late. That delay was well accommodated and some effort made to catch up missed tour items.
Our driver was amazing - flexible and as knowledgeable as a guide. We had a very comfortable vehicle too. Our hotels were well chosen, the main one especially was unique - very modern with great breakfast and a beautiful outlook over the valley.

This is the second time we used ODYNOVO, they provided a five star experience throughout our recent vacation in Brazil and Argentina.

Another amazing trip with Odynova provided by our super agent Allison Chang. This trip to Kenya was exceptional due to our driver/guide Martin. He introduced us to the friendly people of Kenya, the tribe and village customs, the rough roads, and the great food. He answered all the questions we asked with expertise. We saw ALL the amazing animals and birds and the beautiful scenery. If you consider a trip to Kenya, please consult with Odynova for a lifetime experience.

Right from the start our travel consultant Thomas at Odynovo was a great help. He was prompt organised and flexible with our planning of a tour. When the tour started the organisation that he put in place ran like a Swiss watch. Drivers for airport transfers and tours were always on time and helpful. Christine our first guide was friendly, helpful and had a broad knowlege of the history, culture and life in Korea. Her husband Young was our driver. We always felt safe with his careful driving and calm demeanor even when faced with some difficult driving conditions caused by the weather. Eui was our driver and guide when we flew to Jeju. She too provided us with an excellent insight into life and history on Jeju Island. We had full faith in her driving and she was very helpful in supporting us to complete the airport processes. When were unable to visit one place due to it being closed for the day a suitable alternative was quickly organised. When we had difficulty completing online flight check-in the Seoul staff were very supportive.

Our 11-day trip to Thailand with Odynovo was fantastic in all respects! Cathy made it easy to plan and customize our itinerary and the guides in Bangkok and Chiang Mai were fun, organized, and knowledgeable. We definitely would not have learned as much or fit as many great experiences into our trip without them. Our days were filled with adventures but never felt rushed or rigid, and we still had plenty of time in the afternoons and evenings to explore on our own (with welcome suggestions and insight from the guides). It was everything we had hoped for!

I booked an 8-Day private tour of Sulawesi Island in Indonesia for one person, with Odynovo tours. My consultant was Cathy Hou. From the moment I got in contact with my expression of interest, Cathy was extremely helpful in working out how to create a tour itinerary based on which sites I wanted to visit most and also on my interests. She explained different aspects of the proposal itinerary and I was very happy how involved a process it was. On the trip, my local guide and driver met me at the airport and was so helpful the entire trip in ensuring that I was comfortable and able to make the most of each day, through finding extra sites to visit and through the local knowledge that was shared. My Odynovo consultant Cathy checked in throughout the trip to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I can highly recommend Odynovo because of the transparency involved throughout the entire process - a very customisable experience. Within budget and time constraints, I could had the ability to modify the experience as much or as little as I wanted. Further, their staff are highly professional and so are the local guides they work with.

Our 10th tour with Odynovo - 'Leila' being our travel consultant on all our private tours with the best drivers and guides.
Africa fulfilled a dream of ours in every way. Cape Town was our first 3 day stop, A marvelous city with its Table Mountain and surrounding mountains, beautiful beaches, Cape of Good Hope, aquarium, seal Island and penguins etc. Very scenic. Our guide 'Kirsty' was one of the best we had had on our tours.
Kruger National Park - we stayed 3 days at Nkorho Lodge in Sabi Sand Game Reserve. Small family owned Lodge with 6 luxurious Chalets. Our safaris in the early morning and late afternoon were exciting and in each one we saw the 'Big Five' - lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo and rhinoceros plus dozens of other interesting and unique animals. Fabulous food and lovely people. 10\10 for Nkorho Lodge.
Next stop - Victoria Falls. These did not disappoint - simply stunning with a great guide. Our 3 day stay at Insika Lodge - another 10/10
We spent a day on Safari in Botswana - by boat on the Zambesi river- they say there are 300,000 elephants in Botswana - we saw a great many of these lovely animals plus lions etc.
In all a wonderful tour.

Our trip to China with Odynovo was truly incredible!! We worked with Joy prior to the trip to plan everything and she was an absolute delight to work with. We had a couple of issues arise at the last minute with some members of our group needing to leave earlier or later, and she was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. We also had a flight delay at the end of the trip that made us worry about making our international flights back, and she changed our flights for us while we were on the tour that day. She was responsive and available by WeChat the entire trip. Our trip started in Beijing and then we went to Xi'an, Chengdu, and Zhangjiajie for a total of about 14 days. Everything went exactly as on the itinerary that Joy prepared, with some other optional events thrown in as well, all of which were amazing. Tracy was our tour guide in Beijing and she was absolutely fantastic, one of the best guides I've had on any trip. She was so kind, communicative, and engaging, as well as having a lot of knowledge to share. Her and our driver were an amazing team, I couldn't believe how efficiently we got from place to place in Beijing traffic. Tracy even kept in touch over WeChat and checked in again at the end of our trip when we were heading back just to fly out to see if we needed anything. Our guides Zoe in Xi'an, Vivian in Chengdu, and David in Zhangjiajie were all wonderful as well. All of them had great love for their cities, a lot of knowledge to share, communicated very well, and were incredibly kind people.

In Beijing and throughout the tour, the guides were amazing at getting us tickets and knowing exactly where to go to spend the majority of our time actually seeing sites and not figuring out how to get there or standing in line. September was also a great time to go as its between national holidays there, almost everywhere we went we had no line and the guides would tell us there were hour-long waits only a couple weeks prior. The weather is also great at that time, so if you can, try go in September!

In our travel group myself, my parents, my sister, and her fiancé could not speak Chinese, and my husband and his parents speak both Chinese and English. The guides did an amazing job of switching between Chinese and English when appropriate, and while it was of course great having Chinese speakers in our group, I would feel 100% comfortable going on another Odynovo tour without Chinese speakers, the communication in English was great.

The prices for everything were incredibly reasonable, and the value was extremely high, I couldn't believe how nice all of the accommodations were. The biggest expense was the international flight by far. Overall 10/10 experience, would definitely work with Odynovo again!!

With many travel companies to choose from we decided to go with Odynovo, what a fantastic choice that turned out to be. Our consultant Allison was fantastic from the first contact. She accommodated all our requests and requirements promptly and put together an unforgettable 16 day China trip.

Our trip to Peru with Odynovo was amazing. We got to see all the attractions of our interest given the time we had since our consultant Nikki made sure our trip was customized to our needs and that every detail was taken care of. Our guides Mirtha, Alvaro and Roberto were knowledgeable and kind, always ensuring we got the most out of the experience.
This is the fourth time we travel with Odynovo and we will definitely continue doing so given the amazing experiences we live every time.

We 6 friends visited Thailand and Bali for 14 days from September 1 thru 14. I was doubtful to pick Odynovo (never heard before) but just from the reviews. Liz Ling was my coordinator. But MAAAN the experience was way OVER and BEYOND our expectations. From picking up from airport to hotels and attractions. Hotels were great and guides were excellent. We are excited to select more destinations thru Odynovo. Thank You Odynovo and Liz for a great and memorable faultless vacation.

They customized this trip to be budget friendly and still managed to make sure we did everything on our bucket list. Layla and Shu were wonderful tour guides!
