My trip to Zhangjiajie was great and very memorable.

Ander had arranged a trip previously for me to Huangshan. That trip was great so I was very happy to deal with Ander again. He is polite, very responsive and trustworthy. I made a last minute change to the schedule of my trip to Zhangjiajie and Ander handled it all professionally. Exceptional service from Ander again.

When I arrived in Zhangjiajie I was met by my guide Yeena. She is a delightful young lady. Yeena greeted me with a gift which was very kind. During my time in Zhangjiajie I found Yeena to be helpful, cheerful and great company. 10 out of 10 for Yeena. Highly recommended.

I don't usually have a guide in China unless what I want to do is too difficult for a non Mandarin speaker to organise. Everything was just so well organised and easy for me on this trip. I am very glad Yeena was my guide in Zhangjiajie.

We fell in love with Italy’s culture and breathtaking landscapes when we took our Italy tour. We visited Venice, Florence, Siena, Rome and Amalfi coast, felt the splendor of the Roman empire, travelled back to Rainessance, navigated the canals of Venice on a gondola, walked through seaside towns perched on cliffs and surrounded by lemon and olive trees.
It was another amazing trip planned for us by Odynovo. We have travelled with Odynovo since 2018. We have taken private tours to Vietnam, Egypt, Greece, Turkey, Japan and Norway. All of these unforgettable trips were organized by our wonderful trusted travel consultant Mia Wang. We have never had a trip we’ve been disappointed with. Mia took it to ensure we saw everything we wanted to see. Hotels were superb, above our expectations, local guides and drivers most friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Our special thanks to the guide Rosanna in Florence. She was simply wonderful, and made our experience very memorable.

We originally had booked a tour with Odynovo in 2020, but obviously this had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. I felt it important to mention this because the way they handled the cancellation and refunds, despite the number they must have received at that stage was exceptionally professional and kind. That is the reason we went straight to them when it came time to rebook a few years later (life gets in the way!).

When we got back in touch, we were supported by Queenie again, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick in her responses. She tailored a perfect Thailand and Vietnam tour and no question or change was too much.

And what a trip it was! As it was a late honeymoon, Odynovo must have let hotel providers know, and we had swans and welcome sweets at every place we stayed which was a lovely added touch. We even received a small gift from Odynovo so everything felt extra special.

The booking process, transfers, hotel stays and internal flights all ran smoothly, and the whole process and trip were completely stress free because everything had been organised so well. All our guides and drivers were always there to pick us up on time, were friendly, knowledgeable and super happy and proud to be sharing their information and stories with us. We also planned in a few days to ourselves in Phuket, which was amazing.

I was sceptical about a tour company as I usually prefer to arrange everything myself, but I have to say I could not be more impressed with Odynovo. They can make the tour whatever you need it to be, as involved or relaxed as you want, and we absolutely would not have fit in all the experiences and sights that we did without them. We will definitely be booking with them again and I highly, highly recommend them.

Owen Zhou of Odynovo arranged for us an excellent private tour of southern India (Chennai to Cochi, then Goa); his suggestions were invaluable, and the arrangements, impeccable. From the time we started planning our trip to the last day of our tour in SE Asia, we found Odynovo and our travel consultant, Cathy Hou to be more than we could have ever hoped for. The coordination of hotels, private drivers and guides, and all of our daily tours/meals came off without a hitch. I highly recommend Cathy and Odynovo.

We did multiple trips with Odynovo. China twice, Vietnam, and India. Nikki organized all of our trips. Accommodations, itineraries and tours all exceeded our expectations. We were especially impressed with all the hotels she chose. I highly recommend Nikki and Odynovo.

From October 30 to November 17, 2025, we traveled to Japan and South Korea, using Odynovo to book virtually everything for our private tours and first class hotel stays. We chose Odynovo after having done so last year for private tours in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. Last year’s trip was incredible. This is why we used Odynovo again. Queenie was our agent for both trips. Just as before, the entire planning process went well, as Queenie came up with an initial itinerary that was very nearly exactly what we hoped for. For both trips, after very little further input, we had the itinerary finalized.

We were very happy with all of the 5-star hotels. In Kyoto, we asked for a more intimate, boutique hotel. Queenie offered the Fufu Kyoto, which turned out to be, perhaps, our best hotel experience, ever! The private drivers and guides were prompt, kind, flexible, informative, and accommodating. Our guides were Motoki (Tokyo), Sunny (Kyoto & Osaka), Jiwan (Seoul), and Luke (Gyeongju & Busan). We were tremendously happy with all of them!

When we plan our next trip, we will be sure to contact Odynovo, again. Because we have been so happy with Queenie’s efficiency and knowledge, we have recommended her to several of our friends.

We have used Odynovo for trip planning for three trips, mostly to south and southeast Asia and have been extremely pleased with all aspects. Both the pre-planning with Queenie Yang and the execution of the entire trip was seamless, well thought out and fantastic in every way. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Queenie was fantastic to work with. She responded quickly to each correspondence, listened to our ideas, formulated plans, and adjusted back and forth until we had our dream trip in Italy scheduled. When we encountered one issue, Queenie responded immediately and took action to help fix the problem. She went above and beyond. Everything she did felt meticulously planned and orchestrated perfectly. We will be using Queenie for all future travel.

Could not recommend Odynovo more! We booked our honeymoon to Thailand through this company and are so glad we did. Fair pricing and incredible customer service. We worked with Cathy to curate our ideal itinerary with excursions such as a cooking class and elephant sanctuary day. Being greeted upon arrival by a local guide who transported us to our hotel and gave recommendations in the area was invaluable! Odynovo also handled transfers to different areas of Thailand over our 2 week honeymoon and the domestic airfare from northern to southern Thailand. Highly recommend this company!

Having traveled with Odynovo to Vietnam last year, and being extremely pleased with our experience, we reached out once again to Cathy Hou at Odynovo, who served us so well last year, to plan our trip to Cambodia and Thailand. And this trip did not disappoint. Cathy was very attentive to our needs and desires, and put together a wonderful itinerary for us. Our guides were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and our drivers safe and efficient in getting us to and fro. What most stood out to us in Vietnam and on this trip were the lodging arrangements made for us. All our accommodations were top-notch, 5-star hotels / resorts, which made for a most comfortable trip. The cost of the trip was amazingly inexpensive given the quality. I highly recommend Odynovo for trip planning, and I look forward to using them, and Cathy Hou, for future travel.

Odynovo was recommended to us by a customer of the company ; we met them on a cruise.
We retained Odynovo for a 4-day tour for 4 people to Cambodia - picking us up at a cruise port in Thailand and returning us to Singapore.

My husband and I recently concluded a wonderful three-week trip to China. Our sincerest thanks go to our travel consultant, Tom Zhou, for his expert planning, and to all the dedicated guides and drivers who eagerly shared their knowledge and experiences with us.

I had originally booked this tour five years ago, having chosen Tom at Odynovo after reviewing five different China travel agencies. Tom has always been a pleasure to work with, and I was confident he would provide the best experience. Unfortunately we had to cancel the trip due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but Tom and Odynovo promptly refunded my deposit. This quick action was a welcome relief, especially hearing about the many problems others faced, and it solidified my decision to rebook with Odynovo, a choice that our actual trip strongly reinforced.

The whole team of guides was professional and knowledgeable, and each brought their own unique strengths that enhanced our experience:
*Rocky in Beijing found the best photo opportunities and took excellent pictures for us.
*Dary in Xi’an was very effective at educating us on the key Dynasties and their significant role in Xi'an's history.
*Sara in Zhangjiajie greeted us warmly with a big smile and her favorite snacks. She looked after us like family, skillfully guiding us away from crowds to good viewing spots, treating us to freshly made meat pies, and taking us to her favorite restaurants to enjoy delicious local dishes.
*Sophie met us after a long train ride to Guilin station with her freshly made Zongzi and moon cakes. Her currant cookies were a sweet farewell gift.
*Florence warmly welcomed us to Hangzhou. She was very adept at conveying the interesting history of the area and we thoroughly enjoyed the lunch she set-up for us with local specialties. We also appreciated her waiting at the busy station with us until our train was ready to board.
*Tina was all smiles and very patient, guiding us on our hike and overnight on Huangshan. She set a slow pace, appropriate for me and stayed close by, offering to take photos all along the way. She even gave my husband a nice baseball cap after he mentioned losing his.
*Our final guide was Alex in Shanghai. He was the most comfortable at conversing in English, which prompted nice discussions about everyday life during our lunch and walks.

All in all, a successful journey and I look forward to future trips with Tom Zhou’s assistance.

Once again, Eric Kong and Odynovo helped organize three perfect weeks in South America - highlights were our days at Machu Picchu and Rapa Nui. It was all quite exhausting as we were all over the map but it was more than we hoped and lived up to our expectations. We highly recommend Odynovo if you want a personalized curated vacation experience.

This was our second trip with Odynovo Tours. Last year we had a personal tour of Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka) and this year we had a personal tour of Taiwan. Both were outstanding. Out travel consultant, Cathy Hou, arranged both tours. She was very efficient, and offered many helpful tips. We plan to travel with Odynovo in the future as we know we are in good hands

We spent three days in Beijing using the visa-free stopover facility on our way to Tokyo. I found Odynovo online and was pleased with the service provided.
They set up a tour of Beijing and the Great Wall over three days. Everything worked as expected from the airport pick up to drop off and the hotel was good and centrally located. Guides were good and had a sound grasp of English.

We just finished a 17-day trip to Japan arranged by Odynovo. It was altogether an excellent experience. Lynn Liu, our travel consultant, was generous with her advice during our long planning phase and flexible as we learned more about Japan and requested itinerary and hotel changes. On arrival every arrangement Odynovo made was perfect. The excellent guides-- Ayumi Kyozuka, Yasuko Nagai , and especially Motoki Watanabe—were all knowledgeable, patient, and good company. The vans were super comfortable, and every arrangement happened exactly on time. Highest recommendation for Lynn, the guides, and Odynovo!
