My guided tour of Beijing with Roland Guo was simply outstanding! From the moment we met him, Roland impressed us with his deep knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for sharing the history and culture of his city.

He guided me through Beijing’s most iconic landmarks — the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, the Temple of Heaven, and the Great Wall — all while weaving in historical insights, and little-known facts. Roland’s explanations were clear and engaging, and his ability to connect ancient history with modern China gave us a whole new appreciation for the city.

We had an epic 11-day trip around China, perfectly organized from start to finish. Our private van and knowledgeable local guides in each city made everything smooth and enjoyable. We visited Shanghai, Zhangjiajie, Xi’an, and Beijing — each destination filled with history, culture, and unforgettable experiences.

The whole journey felt safe, fun, and stress-free. It was such a treat to simply relax in the van, take a nap between destinations, and have every detail taken care of — one of the biggest advantages of joining a tour rather than planning everything yourself.

A special shout out to Bonnie in Shanghai, who was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond every single day, often spending over 12 hours with us, always caring, attentive, and making sure everyone was comfortable and happy.

Rocky and driver Zhang in Beijing were also fantastic. As a solo traveler out of my friends group, I especially appreciated Rocky’s help — from taking great photos to being supportive and attentive throughout the tour.

My family just finished an amazing 21-day tour of China, and we couldn't be happier with Odynovo. From the very first contact with our outstanding travel agent Joy, who always responded to my many requests as quickly as possible and adjusted the itinerary several times to account for our specific interests, to the very last train station drop-off, it was a perfectly planned and executed trip. Odynovo selected a delightfully enriching variety of activities for our private group, everything from must-see historical site visits and walks through breathtaking landscapes to personalized intimate experiences with locals (two highlights were a cooking class in local lady's home in Xi'an and a private fan-making class in a real fan artist's beautiful workshop in Yangshuo). We truly got a feel for Chinese culture and the special flavors of each of the many regions we visited. In addition, the logistics of the trip were coordinated so seamlessly that we hardly noticed all the work that must have gone into it. We had a different guide waiting for us in every city (Rooney in Shanghai, Kurt in Beijing, Shannon in Xi'an, Henry in Chengdu, Michelle in Zhangjiajie, and Heidi in Guilin). That meant they had specialized knowledge only a local would have, about local customs, culture, restaurants, shopping, shortcuts in busy areas, and everything in between--much better than traveling with the same guide around the whole country. Our guides were ALL exceptional, spoke great English, and were true teachers of Chinese history and culture. More importantly, they were warm, kind, patient, and friendly people who were passionate about their work, loved sharing their cities with us, and went out of their way to make our experience in China special. We never had to worry about anything. They were all so professional, detail-oriented and personable that we fully trusted them and their leadership; it's extremely easy to travel with that kind of support, especially in a country where very few people speak English. The drivers selected for our trip were also superb, always punctual, always helpful and friendly, and every one of their cars was spacious and comfortable for our group of three. We loved discovering China with Odynovo and can't wait to return one day and explore even more of this wondrous country's regions. One piece of advice I would offer to future groups is to do as we did and pay a little extra for the upgrade to first class on the trains (it's not a huge price difference and the comfort level is much higher). Also, do NOT purchase the hot food on the trains... After trying and enjoying all sorts of foods all over the country, the only issue we had was with the hot train food on the very last train. Finally, we opted to book the hotels ourselves, and we are glad we did. I'm sure Odynovo would also pick great hotels, but this way we had a little more control over the experiences we would have in our down time after the day's planned activities. With a little research and some sifting through reviews and ratings, locations, pictures, etc, you can find great affordable hotels on China's main hotel reservation app and even some western apps.

I would recommend this company without hesitation, especially the travel agent Joy and every guide chosen for our group. Just to wrap up, I'll mention one last example of their excellence... Before the trip, I told Joy one of our goals and priorities was to try local food at great local restaurants, where local people like to go, and not tourist traps. We were in China for three weeks, and at every stop our guides seemed to know that was our wish and made a point of taking us to eat at great local spots. A piece of information that could have easily been ignored or missed by another, less careful and attentive agent or company, became one of the themes of our trip and one of the reasons we have fallen in love with China.

We had a wonderful trip around China. It was a very well organized trip for 11 day tour. We had a private van and a different tour guide for each city. We visited Shanghai, Zhangjaijae, Xi'an and Beijing. The trip was full of history, rich in culture, very organized, very safe and fun. It was nice to relax on the van and take a nap on the way to the next destination too. Our favourite tour guide was Bonnie at Shanghai, she was wonderful and we felt very taken care of. Rocky and driver zhou from Beijing was also great, they were very attentative. Joy from Odynovo helped me plan the whole trip and was amazing from the beginning to the end. She was always checking up on us, before, during and after the trip. She made the whole process easy but taking care of everything, planning everything, booking everything, and preparing the many documents we need to get to China. Joy was incredible. All in all we had fantastic trip and I am so grateful.

Fantastic trip to china , organised by Nikki and Jake , absolute attention to detail,felt as if we had nothing to worry about and always had a contact no which is answered immediately.All guides excellent,17 days tour of china started in Beijing ended in Shanghai..china you must visit, amazing country very progressive,quiet in city as nearly all electric vehicles used ,crowds are noisy though 😀,amazing sites to see ...all in all a very memorable trip. I contacted Odynovo originally and Queenie Yang responded by asking what exactly our requirements were and built a holiday around this.
The trip we chose was India’s Golden Triangle, visiting Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.
Queenie was superb at making sure all arrangements were perfect. We were met at the airport by an Odynovo rep (Deependra) who escorted us to our hotel with our wonderful driver, Manoj, in Delhi and helped check us in. Manoj was our driver from airport pick-up until drop-off at the end at our airport hotel. At each of the three cities, we were met by a guide who led us through the sites. Sanjay was with us for the whole day in Delhi, taking us to Hindu temples, the Parliament, President’s Palace, Gate of India and into Old Delhi where he’d organised an included rickshaw ride.
Shiraz guided us through Agra where he expertly showed us the Taj Mahal, Red Fort and to Fatehpur Sikri. His knowledge and friendliness was excellent.
At Jaipur (our favourite city) we were taken around by Umaid.
Special thanks must be given to driver Manoj Chaurasiya who was absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile (literally) to make sure we had everything we needed. He was available to us until 9pm every night, although we didn’t often make use of this as we were tired after that day’s sightseeing, choosing to reman in the hotel of an evening.
The hotels selected by Queenie were all 5 star and were excellent. The price was extremely reasonable, allowing us to select our own flight arrangements separately.
I can’t recommend Odynovo highly enough.

Cathy Hou organized private tours with guides & drivers for us in 3 locations in Vietnam and Cambodia. She was very responsive to all our requirements and developed an itinerary that met our expectations and was executed flawlessly by the Odynovo team. When a typhoon was approaching, she changed our flight to earlier in the day so we could get to Saigon a little earlier to make sure our trip was not impacted by the storm. Our guides and drivers in all 3 locations (Hanoi, Saigon, and Seim Reap Cambodia) were exceptional in both knowledge and delivery of an excellent experience. I highly recommend Cathy and Odynovo if you are planning a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia - you will not be disappointed!

of the south coast of Iceland. Our tour guide Josip was excellent providing extra things outside of what was in the itinerary. Although it was very windy the skies were clear and we witnessed Icelands beauty!

We had the most magical time in China thanks to Odynovo Tours! Queenie, our senior travel consultant, was easy to communicate with and helped to customize our tour so it was just how we wanted it. Each local tour guide that we had (Roy in Beijing, Ms. Wei in Xian, Gary in Zhangjiajie, and Sophie in Shanghai) were excellent and you could tell how passionate and proud they were of their city! This was our first time in China and neither of us spoke any Mandarin but because of Odynovo our trip was so effortless and stress free. I am already looking at new tours to book with them!

We recently visited several countries in Africa with the help of Odynovo Tours. The accommodations were outstanding and the guides were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the Serrengetti and want to thank our guide, Ismael, for a terrific experience. We also want to thank Eric Kong for arranging and making sure everything went as planned.

Where to start? Our travel agent, Queenie, has helped us plan two wonderful trips. Last year my husband and I and another couple went to Peru for 10 days, it was spectacular. Everyday was planned perfectly. Our drivers and guides were friendly, interesting and so knowledgeable.

Early this month a girlfriend and I went to Portugal and with Queenie’s help had an amazing trip!

Everyday was planned out so well, again the guides and drivers were wonderful. Prompt on pick ups and tour times. The communication is great, never once did we feel like we were weren’t cared for.

I can’t wait to decide where to go next and work with Queenie again!!

We have booked with Odynovo numerous times in the past and always had an excellent experience. This time was no different. We used Nikki Xia as our travel consultant. She was excellent to deal with and made the booking very seamless. She worked with us changing the itenarary and selecting the best hotels. It was a 2 week trip including Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Pichu and Jungle Cruise out of Iquitos. Everything was well organized and met our expectations. All airport and hotel pick ups were on time and very professional. Very highly recommended company and Nikki Xia was excellent.

Fantastic trip to China with Odynovo! We typically plan our own trips but decided to try Odynovo for our first trip to China and couldn’t have been more pleased. First off Ander Zou did an amazing job creating the best customized itinerary that perfectly suited our specific requirements. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and was always available to assist with some additional requests we had during the trip. Our guide in Beijing Queena was awesome and went above and beyond to help us with some logistical items and went out of her way to help us. She then showed us such a good time in Beijing and gave us so much information on all the amazing sights we visited together. In Xi’An our guide Cathy was so genuine and proud to show us everything. The TerraCotta Warriors and lively streets of Xi’An were amazing to witness. In Chengdu, our guide Keely was awesome. She showed us such a great time visiting pandas, the giant Buddha and a great foodie tour! We enjoyed our time there very much. In Guilin/Yangshuo, Fei took us to the most beautiful areas that were breathtaking. Fei provided great information and knew all the best spots! Finally, in Shanghai our guide Alan was great showing us the modern and historical sides to Shanghai. Alan was very helpful, provided great information and also gave us some flexibility to explore a bit on our own. He was very funny, knowledgeable and just the right person to show us everything in Shanghai. All the drivers, hotels and guides were top notch. Our experience with Odynovo was more than I could have ever expected. We will definitely book with Odynovo again, can’t wait for the next trip!

Me and my partner wanted to plan a 20 days Asia trip that included Malaysia, Vietnam, Bali and Singapore, for end of July to mid Aug'25 .

As this was a big multi country trip that we had no idea about, we felt lost so we asked Odynovo for help in putting this whole trip together and help us plan things cohesively. We have to say we were so happy though out the whole process from the beginning to the very end of the trip....they provided such an outstanding service, we can't recommend them enough!!!

We can't write a review of course without mentioning the star of all of these...our local travel expert and planner, Juliana ٩(˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́)و !!!
She had reached out to us shortly after our online request and she was the sweetest, most amazing trip planner we could have asked for!! We can't thank her enough for all her patience, flexibility and support in making this a reality for us!!!

From the beginning she had provided us with a first itinerary draft, which looked great! We had to modify it quite a few times since then to be honest, after getting more insight from her on weather conditions on certain parts of Vietnam (which resulting in leaving Ha Long Bay out of our Itinerary for instance) and international flights from our end that had affected the whole sequence of the trip all together for us.

Juliana was so friendly, patient and helpful...adjusting our Itinerary as things were going along, in to fit our needs and preferences, also providing us with great, helpful advice on whatever we were concerned with!!! Always sweet, looking out for us and providing suggestions and ideas but never felt that she was pushy which was really important....allowing us for enough time to review things and move further!!

The whole trip was planned for us, custom-made with private guided tours and transfers waiting for us at the airports, hotels etc....we did not have to worry about anything!!! The whole process was professional and top-notch and planned to the very last detail!! Even when one of our flights got cancelled, Juliana had immediately arranged for another flight on the same day, so that our trip doesn't get affected!!! Information about Visas needed and any further action was shared with us, as well....so everything was thought out and planned to the max!!

The trip itself was AMAAAAAZING!!!! We had such an incredible time in all countries involved and gained so much unique experiences, especially in Vietnam and Bali!! Such humble, friendly and warm-hearted people!! Connecting with them was really precious! And the food....ahhh...incredible!!!

The private tours were so amazing, with local guides who were so knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the history and culture of their country. They were friendly and attentive at all times...and such great photographers!!! Warm thanks to all of them...they truly made our experience unique!!!

We can't describe with words all that we have seen and experienced but those moments are engraved forever in our hearts!!

I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Odynovo Tours for my 10 day trip to Thailand in May of 2025, as anyone does I spent a lot of time speaking to Lynn Liu my travel consultant and she was so patient and helpful with me in planning and working out all the details of the trip. So I felt really good going into the trip

Once we were there, we met Ms. Nutnapa Songsee (Julie), who guided us on the Bangkok portion of the trip which included the one day trip referenced on this review. I can not say enough great things about Julie, she had so much knowledge, was so friendly and helpful, we got such a great overview of Bangkok, seeing the Grand Palace and Temple, and the night food tour was just terrific, I wish I could have eaten everything! We also thoroughly enjoyed the floating and railroad markets outside of the city

Next we went to Chiang Mai where we met Ms. Jitnattha Somboon (Vicky). Vicky was equally as terrific as Julie as she showed us around Chiang Mai visiting the beautiful temples and eating the local food. We also got to experience the Baan Chang Elephant Sanctuary and the meeting with a local family to cook a fabulous Thai mean and enjoy that

The trip ended with a relaxing time in beautiful Phuket, where we most spent relaxing in our hotel and again eating some terrific food

I would highly recommend doing a tour with Odynovo, the planning, the itinerary and the planning was first rate, we enjoyed everything about our trip and definitely look forward to using them again for anything in the future!
