Odynova sub-contracted this tour to Selena Travel in Mongolia.

Selena Travel tour guide and driver were excellent. Both were very friendly and helpful.

The tour guide, Oko, was very knowledgable and communicated lots of information effectively.

The driver was safe and sensible. His knowledge of off-road routes was impressive. I am not very fit due to medical reasons and his willingness to reduce the amount of walking was well appreciated.

This was our second trip with Odynovo: the first was Vietnam in 2019 and this, our second, to Peru - Machu Pichu and the Amazon river cruise. UNFORGETTABLE!
Alison organised both our trips and everything was just as we requested. Perfect!
The guides that we had, Mr. Klaus in Lima and Mr. Alvero in Cusco, were not just knowledgeable but went the extra mile to help us throughout.
The hotels were superb, especially The Hilton, at Lima Miraflores.
Alison emailed us while we were on the trip to make sure everything was okay.

This was our fourth international trip with Odynovo. That already says a lot about the company. This ws our first European trip with them and they didn't disappoint. This was a customized trip through Italy from Rome to Ravenna. We had been to Italy before, and this trip was designed as a more spiritual journey to places we had never been. In Italy, we had the same door to door service that we have come to expect from Odynovo. We accomplished our wish list of sites with very knowledgeable guides and drivers.

Odynovo exceeded all of my expectations! I arrived, the guide and driver were there. They told me what we were doing for the day, what to expect, suggested what I should bring or wear and I loved every minute of not having to be the Type A planner I usually am. Every guide and driver was beyond helpful and accommodating. As my first solo travel, I think I am now accustomed to the lifestyle of having things planned for me. I was able to tailor the experience to what I wanted and Gianna, my travel advisor, was beyond helpful in answering all questions and concerns. I 100% recommend Odynovo for all your travel needs. My meals, hotel accomodations, domestic flights, activities, were all included. My local guides even went above and beyond when I was feeling under the weather to make a pit stop at Joseph's local Chinese medicine woman for an herbal remedy in Singapore, Tam in Bangkok going to the mall with me to buy another suitcase :), and Dee for checking on me if I needed anything when I wasn't with her. We have just completed our second trip organised by John Hu at Odynovo. We have used Odynovo for Vietnam and Malaysia - with a stop over in Singapore enroute to Malaysia. Things have gone smoothly on both trips. John listened to and acted on our wishes, meeting our interests and mobility needs.
We had one hiccup with a less than satisfactory driver, John notified the local supplier, the driver/ guide we had for the rest of our time in Malaysia was amazing.

We were a group of elderly friends and went to Vietnam and Joan Quin from Odynovo did the itinerary for us. We asked Joan lots of questions to determine our tour to cover north and south and she was very patient and accommodated all our needs. We highly recommend Joan to cater to your needs. The hotels, the itinerary itself and the transport that she provided us was of a high quality. Our tour guide in Hanoi was Sunny, he was very informative and he did a good job of looking after our comfort. In Hoi Chi Minh, our tour guide Kim did a brilliant job. Her personality was very bubbly and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed her company immensely. Kim was the icing on the cake!

All the details were extremely designed to accommodate our needs.
The drivers picking up and taking us to hotels, airports and tour sites were punctual.
In Japan, our tour guide Mrs. Tomoe Koyano was just fabulous! She took us to the best places in Tokyo by subway. At lunch, she took us to an amazing local restaurant and helped order the food.
We were grateful to have Mrs. Koyano and definitely recommend her to anyone interested in knowing Tokyo from a local knowledgeable guide.

In Beijing, China, our tour guide was Mrs. Alice Wang. She was the best tour guide we ever had in all 34 countries we have visited!

Alice took us to the best non crowded spots in the Forbidden City as well in the Great Wall!
This tour guide was so personal and caring for our needs. We enjoyed her company as we learned about China’s history and culture. She took us to amazing local restaurants and eat with us on our request.

Odynovo is my first “go to” when planning a trip. Thomas Tang, my travel agent there, is always quick to respond to all inquiries, very helpful, and extremely reliable. In April (2025), my husband and I enjoyed a 13-day tour of South Korea arranged by Odynovo. As anticipated, it was a wonderful trip. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and all aspects of the tour progressed as planned. All of my special requests were put in place seamlessly. During the tour any changes or additions that I requested were accommodated immediately.

Wookie, our guide during our stay in Seoul, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He expertly anticipated our needs and accommodated then.

Mina and her husband Young met us as we exited the train in Gyeongju and expertly guided us through Gyeongju and Busan. Mina and Young were exceptional guides. They made us feel as if we were traveling with old friends. They offered us unique experiences that we will treasure for a lifetime. I truly hated to say good-bye to them.

Clover, our guide on the magical islands of Jeju and Udo was delightful and outstanding. She took great care to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. She went the extra mile to ensure that all went as planned and that we had a wonderful experience in South Korea.

Thank you to all of our guides. They were truly a treasure. If you are fortunate enough to have any of these guides, count yourself very lucky.

Needless to say, there were also transfers, meals, and accommodations. All were exquisite. I very highly recommend Thomas Tang, and Odynovo for all of your wish list destinations. The service, value for the money, and professionalism is unparalleled.

We had a wonderful 14 day private tour of Italy and Greece arranged with our Odynovo tour representative Mr. Bruce Peng. This was my second time doing a private tour with Odynovo and it did not disappoint. The rooms in our hotels were very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. And located within walking distance of local attractions. We had a delicious full breakfast buffet every morning. I especially loved the Hotel Nazionale in Rome and the Marblous Hotel in Athens. The Marblous hotel offers an optional free room service for breakfast that was amazing. All the staff at the hotels we stayed in were all excellent and accommodating for anything we needed. The drivers were great too at getting us to where we needed to go on time, comfortably, and safely, as well offering some tips about what to see in our free time. All the tour guides were extremely kind and knowledgeable, and we learned a lot about each site we visited. The transfer from one area to another was also seamless and hassle free. We had a very full and varied itinerary with enough free time to relax and/or explore on our own. I highly recommend Odynovo Tours!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Odinovo, who organized a two-week tour of Japan for our family and friends (a group of eight). From start to finish, everything was perfectly arranged and thoughtfully planned.

Odynovo tour was planned beautifully and Cathy Hou was an excellent person who answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly from beginning to the end in helping me plan my tour. Beijing was magnificent and the tour guides were very informed, kind and helpful from beginning to the end. We loved all 3 places we visited in China, from Beijing, Xi’an to Shanghai. The guides and company made the trip completely reassuring & relaxing. No arguing with my family on where to eat or where to go or how to get there. Everything was fabulous. The train ride from Xi’an to Shanghai was long, but no poor reflection on Odynovo. Communication was easy and thorough. Excellent trip! Thank you!

The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, all with nice views. The guides and drivers were well prepared, polite and eager to show us around. We visited amazing sites -- Acropolis, Athens museums, Delphi, Meteora, and of course the 3 islands (Paros, Naxos and Santorini). We particularly enjoyed Naxos as it is very serene, beautiful and "old world." All the travel and transfers worked perfectly, all exactly on time. The whole trip was perfect.

I researched online and randomly bumped into Odynovo. I quickly reached out to the travel agency and worked with Owen Zhou for my 6-day trip to Seoul. Owen was very responsive to all of my emails. He provided great information and recommendations when I was comparing different itineraries. As we got closer to the trip, Owen provided a hotel confirmation letter and the local Odynovo contact to ensure I knew who the driver was to pick us up at the airport.

Our driver was already waiting for us at the airport gate. He quickly loaded our luggage and took us to the hotel. The following day, we were excited to meet our local tour guide, Kory Anh. Kory was very welcoming. He reviewed our daily itinerary and wanted to make sure we had time to visit all the places. He was very thoughtful. He would run to get us a first place in line to take pictures at the palace with the Korean general. He knew all the details of different places. When he asked about our preferences for meals, he took us to all the nice local places, so we enjoyed the delicious food at the best restaurants. If we had extra time, he would take us to places of our interest. For example, my teenage daughter loves vintage fashion, Kory would take us to some hidden shopping places in the Gangnam district for those specialty stores. I enjoyed Kory as a tour guide, and he shared many aspects of Korean culture and daily life that we enjoyed learning. Overall, Odynovo is an excellent company. My experience from booking the trip online to actually enjoying the tour was outstanding. Now that we have found this new way to travel, we won't go back to those tours with 40 to 50 people. This is a much nicer way to travel and learn more about other countries.

We have just completed our second trip with Odynovo. We traveled to Taiwan and Cambodia in 2024 and Japan in 2025. We planned both trips with Terry Zhang, who made the process so easy. He provided concise information and was very flexible and responsive to our needs. He solved problems, answered questions and kept in touch during travel. We are currently deciding where our next trip will be. We plan to work with Terry again. Thank you!

This was a trip of a life time chosen by my wife for her 60th birthday. Anders put together a great package and was able to tweak it as we changed our minds about some of the activities . There was a lot of travelling but well worth it. Our guides were excellent, particular mention to Wille, for our white water rafting doxnthe sacred valley, Victor for getting us up to Mach Picchu on the day trek and Eduardo at Lake Titikaka for his humour and knowledge. The hotels were excellent and well placed and transfers in quality vehicles with generally good drivers . Advice regarding tips being optional not true. Tips expected and asked for if not forthcoming!

Don't just don't. Into China without business which I asked multiple times did we need visas in order to Hong Kong? You can't exit Hong Kong because of transit laws. We spent a lot of money on this tour we have had to pay for extra tickets at the airport, pay for extra tickets out of China into Japan and we've missed some of our tours! Very disappointed!
