Nikki was a fantastic coordinator from the beginning! We approached her for a few trips and she was flexible from the first, always bringing great suggestions, despite some budget constraints!
When we booked our trip to Thailand, even from the agenda I did not quite appreciate how the whole event would come together - my wife and I were blown away by the preparedness of the guides, the balance of the days on tour and the quality of the organisation and expertise that had gone into the planning.
That holiday was magic from beginning to end!

We booked a private tour of Harbin, China with Odynovo. Three full days in and around Harbin, plus transfers from the airport and back to the airport, for four nights/five days total. This was our second time using Odynovo for a China tour, and once again they were excellent on all accounts. Our guide, Mr. Dyllan, spoke English very well, was very knowledgeable about the area and its history, and was a genuinely nice person to spend time with.

With Odynovo private tours, you have tremendous flexibility. Our primary interest was attending Ice & Snow World, which we did, and we also saw several other sights and attractions, some of which we requested specifically and some of which were suggested by our guide.

My wife and I don't eat cows, pigs, or sheep, and our guide ensured that we still had excellent lunches every day. (Breakfast was a buffet at the hotel, and we were on our own for dinner, but we were usually so full from a big lunch that we skipped dinner and just had a snack in the evening.) Odynovo also did a good job of scheduling our hotel and activities despite the fact that our visit overlapped with Harbin's hosting of the Asian Winter Games.

I cannot recommend Odynovo enough.

Allison Chang helped us design our dream trip to India, Nepal, Bhutan, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. And oh what a trip! Her suggestions were spot on and even when we had some different ideas, she was quick to confirm or share why she thought another option would be beneficial to consider. She helped us to visit and learn the local life…not just the touristy side. And the drivers and guides were amazing. This was my second trip with Odynovo and my husband’s first. We had nothing but pure satisfaction from their services. I should list each and every guide/driver by name, but some stuck in my mind even after we returned home. Sanjay in India kept us safe throughout the challenges of their daily driving! Very impressive! Naveen in Varanasi was so interesting and knowledgeable. We loved Ajay in Nepal and Kinely in Bhutan. Kinely was especially helpful with helping me traverse the Tiger’s Nest! Thank you again…I would never have made it without your help! Emmy in Bangkok had the best smile throughout our trip! Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan in Hanoi and Mr. Tran Thanh Tuan in Hoi An were interesting, professional and so knowledgeable about their cities. Leighton was so patient with us and our questions during Ho Chi Minh City. I could go on about each one but they all brought great knowledge, care, professionalism, sincerity, concern, and love of their job to us. Thank you Odynovo for hiring only the best! We hope you never change your criteria for your hiring standards. You obviously care about them and for us to have the most amazing trips!

Fantastic service and amazing itinerary. Odynovo and local staff (guides/drivers) were awesome communicators, very responsive and professional. We have used Odynovo for South America and Southeast Asia and have recommended Odynovo to our friends.

We had a great tour to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. We worked with Thomas who was very patient with our itinerary changes. He worked with us to add some active days in between the touring days. All the guides and drivers we had were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. During the trip, a few people got sick and had to stay back for a few days. Thomas was very helpful in rescheduling their itinerary for them so we could all meet up a few days later. A few of the highlights that aren’t on normal itineraries that I highly recommend are - The Vespa food tour with a jazz club stop in Ho Chi Min city. The bike ride with Mr. Wee in Chang Mai, and the hike with Fa in Chang Mai National Park. I highly recommend working with the Odynovo team, you won’t be disappointed.

I love this company! I specified my budget and what I wanted to see on my trip. Everything was arranged including a private guide and driver. I went to Bali and Thailand this past January. The hotels and excursions were top rate! Our guide Wayan Mariada in Bali was the best! Ander was our Odynovo contact and was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!

I had a very good time in Vietnam, mainly thanks to my tour guides and the friendly people.
It is a lovely country to visit and I highly recommend it to anyone, but please in my opinion don't use Odynovo to organise it.
My experience with them was not great. On their recommendation after a 5 star experience in Hanou and Halong Bay i took a train trip from Hanoi to DaNang. Do not do this unless you are a backpackers. What i thought was going to be a very pleasant train ride turned out to be a nightmare. After boarding a very old andcru down carriage I discovered zi was to share a 4 berth bunk with 3 strangers and top that off they wanted me, a 62vyo man to climb up and down on the top bunk.
After much protesting and refusing the berth, they found me a storage room with a mattress to sleep on (or not as it turned out). The trip turned out to be a 15 hour nightmare. Why they didn't fly me from Hanoi to DaNang (1.5 hrs) I will never know. I can not say enough about my tour guides, all 3 if them Mr Gung, Tom and Lam were all fantastic. Loved Vietnam, not i.pressed with Odynovo and would not recommend.

My group traveled to Egypt and Jordan for 2 weeks with Odynovo. This is the first time, I have ever used a tour service and let me tell you, Odynovo did not disappoint. We planned this trip over the course of 2 years, I've probably had over 50 emails with Ander, my travel consultant. He always responded in a timely manner and was incredibly helpful in helping us make our trip 100% what we wanted it to be. I've never felt more taken care of-from the moment we landed at the Cairo Airport to the moment we flew out of Jordan, we had Odynovo staff there to assist us. Every minute of the trip went smoothly. Our drivers were extremely capable even in the bonkers Cairo traffic. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Everything was booked for us and every recommendation was spot on for a marvelous trip!

This is the second tour my family and I have gone on with Odynovo both have been extremely well planned and pretty much all you have to do is show up. Both tours have had wonderful tour guides and drivers. They have done a great job of matching us up with English speaking, knowledgeable, and personable people. On our first tour to Thailand, the guide must’ve been a genius because she knew everything about everywhere and the driver helped my grandma walked down a pretty sloped and rocky path which he definitely did not have to do. On our second tour to Morocco, our driver was also the guide for most of it and he helped us communicate for the whole trip as there was a pretty big language barrier and was pretty much our own personal photographer! All the day guides were excellent as well, and extremely knowledgeable in their areas. They are also extremely affordable in my opinion and will work with you to make a customized itinerary that fits you and your budget. I cannot recommend this company enough and I look forward to next year’s trip!

Cathy was really helpful when arranging our tour to Kerala- She was responsive and provided all the information we needed to make the tour a great success. Would definitely use Odynovo tours again

Allison developed a custom tour of Vietnam and Thailand that was terrific. She arranged guides for each day and when we made one pre-trip hotel suggestion, she immediately “got us” and pro-actively changed much of our itinerary to fit our tastes. She was on top of this 100%. Great trip!

Another fantastic holiday completed with Odynovo tours organised by travel consultant, Nikki Xia. This time we went to Thailand, and as with our Vietnam and China holidays before everything was perfect from the moment we arrived in Bangkok until we flew out from Phuket three weeks later. The guides were excellent, the cars and drivers brilliant and the hotels outstanding. With Odynovo we were able to adjust our itinerary to suit our tastes and dates, so did exactly what we wanted for as long as we wanted. Now, all we have to do is unpack and get back to Nikki to arrange our next holiday with Odynovo.

Leila has helped me plan quite a number of trips over the last few years. Leila is very good at understanding my requests and always replies promptly with responses or suggestions.

One of the best 12 day Tour 4 of us took for Egypt & Jordan ( Jan 8 to Jan 20). We were tremendously impressed with the Odynovo people for their punctuality and professionalism. The drivers, guides, and Representatives in Egypt and Jordan went above and beyond their call of duty. A big thank you to Amir Reffat(our Representative) in Egypt. He is the best person for the job. He came inside the Airport and got our visa. He stayed with us throughout our stay in Egypt. He made sure we are safe and he made sure we are happy with our stay in Egypt. We were also impressed with Khaleed Ezzat - our guide in Abu Simbel and also on the cruise - He is pursuing his long distance PhD in Egyptian history from UPENN. We were also impressed with Eman Moshrefi. She was our guide for several days visiting Pyramids in Giza and also Egyptian Museum. Also, a big thank you to our driver in Egypt, Mr Ahmed. He was kind and considerate. He was the best driver for our pickup and drop off.

Next, we went to Jordan for 4 days. Again, our Jordan Representative, Mr. Mohammad, came inside the airport and got our visa. Our Driver Mr. Ammar drove us all over Jordan in his Mercedes Benz. He is another driver who made us feel safe while driving everywhere. He also knew a lot about Jordanian history. We finished our tour at Dead Sea - a once in a lifetime event - we stayed at Kempinski Ishtar hotel. It is a huge complex on dead sea but the setup of the hotel is very confusing. It is so big that you can easily get lost. The five star hotel is not designed properly. We could have stayed at other hotels next to Kempinski- Hilton or 4 star hotel Marriott. We also enjoyed our stay in Petra. We stayed at Mövenpick hotel which is 3+ star hotel. All the hotels and huge breakfast spread every morning.

All four of us highly recommend ODYNOVO "private" and customized tour for safety, enjoyment, and definitely price. They were much cheaper than other other Luxerious Tours.

Me and my husband had an amazing experience with all Odynovo guides on my China tour. My guide Mike for ZhangJiaJie in particular went above and beyond. In addition to being knowledgeable and easy to talk to he brought us water, cough drops when he noticed I was sick, snacks, and even a stick on heating patch when visiting a colder site. When he picked us up from the airport he surprised us with a bouquet of roses and a necklace as a way to to celebrate our honeymoon.

This was our 3rd Odynovo trip. Their travel consultant put the trip together and catered for our additional visit requests. All the guides were friendly, knowledgeable and helped us get the best out of our 16 days in Japan. Amazing country, great itinerary and all round a superb experience.

Such a well planned trip for our family of 5 by Odynovo. From the moment I inquired about a booking to our departure from Vietnam, everything was meticulously planned and executed. The drivers were skilled in negotiating the busy traffic and road conditions, and each of our guides, Kiem, Tuan and Henry were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their generosity in sharing their culture as well as taking care of us was outstanding. Each of our guides brought a different perspective to our trip, sharing history, knowledge, changes and language, so that we all felt included. The activities planned and sites visited helped give us some insight into the Vietnamese people and their culture. We were made to feel extremely welcome and our our family would recommend Odynovo and Cathy Hou (our travel organiser) to anyone. We would also recommend each of our guides, Kiem in Hanoi, Tuan in Da Nang and Hoi An and Henry in Ho Chi Minh City/ Saigon, to anyone, for their total professionalism and genuine care that they extended to us.

Based on the reviews I read prior to booking I already had some high expectations for Odynovo. I can honestly say that they delivered on every criteria. From the trip organisation, facilitated by Lynn Liu, to the quality of the hotels (exceptional) and activities selected, to the AMAZING guides and drivers. We completed a 19-day tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Hong Kong. I gave Lynn very little guidance on what we would like to do, but she managed to provide an excellent and diverse itinerary, full of amazing experiences. With the guides assisting us, we visited places, markets, restaurants, attractions, temples, palaces and museums that we would never have managed on our own. In a holiday filled with highlights it's almost impossible to pick a standout, but our trip to the Mekong Delta would be a contender. Halong Bay, Angkor Wat and Ta Promh were so beautiful and the Killing Fields in Phnom Penh will also stay with me for years to come.

Special shout out to our Saigon guide Louis (and driver Mr Man) for his excellent history of the war, for guiding us through the local market and selecting the best street food and for taking a coconut to the head in the Mekong! To our Siem Reap guide Mr T (Soth Sothy) and driver Mr Smith for getting us to Ta Promh before anyone else, ensuring a 'private' tour of the temple with a constant supply of cold towels and water. To beautiful Sam (Sao) in Phnom Penh for her thoughtfulness and cheeky sense of humour. Your kindness to our daughter will not be forgotten. And to Trinh in Hanoi who worked tirelessly to provide knowledge and information about everything we could see out of our car window - which was a lot.

Now to decide where we are going to go next!!

I recently returned from an incredible 3 week trip covering over 2000 kms around Rajasthan, Delhi and Agra with Odynovo Tours, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience exceeded all my expectations.

As a solo traveler, I was initially nervous about venturing to India on my own. However, Gina Liu from Odynovo was exceptional during the planning process. She was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions promptly and tailoring the itinerary, and choice of excellent hotels, to suit my interests. Gina's professionalism and thoroughness was second to none.

Once I arrived in India, I was blown away by the level of service. I had 11 different guides and each one was outstanding —knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate. They made each city come alive, made sure that I was enjoying the experience and helped me take some fantastic photos - memories that I will cherish forever.

But it is my driver, Satish, who deserves an extra special mention. He was not only skilled and professional but also dependable, kind and attentive, always ensuring I was comfortable and safe. He made each journey stress-free and thoroughly enjoyable. It was an honour and a privilege to be looked after so well every day and I cannot praise nor thank him enough.

Thanks to Odynovo's seamless organization, incredible itinerary, and their amazing team of guides and Satish, this adventure became one of the most memorable experiences of my life.

If you’re considering a trip to India, especially as a solo traveler, I wholeheartedly recommend Odynovo Tours. Their care, expertise, and attention to detail are second to none.

We used Odynovo to China and the next year to Vietnam and are working on a trip to Africa with them. As you can see we think Odynovo, their tour guides and their preparers (we had Joan) are all excellent. In China, Joan found us boutique hotels that were perfect. we also told her that we were foodies so she hooked us up with a food tour in 3 different cities through China called The Lost Plate Food Tour. Joan goes out of her way and spends a lot of time working with you to make everything perfect. In Vietnam we weren't newlyweds but that tour sounded better to us and Joan made it work, and we felt so special. We went with the private tours which cost a little more but they will make all your dreams and wishes come true. For these two trips, our one to Africa and all our trips that Odynovo goes to we will be using them.
