Really outstanding service, from our 1st contact which provided relevant and accurate advice through all the way to the successful installation. Our decision to use Oil Tank Plus was in part due to a very competitive quote but also the personalities of everyone we dealt with which gave us confidence that we were making the right choice. The installation took place on the date agreed and was very neat. Also, they were great at dealing with any subsequent queries.

I am very pleased with my new tank installation, the service was very friendly and professional all the way though and although there was a slight glitch in my installation date they were very helpful to rearrange a date to suit me and were easy to speak to on the phone and not just by email. The installers did a great job and I am pleased with the new tank and the 12 year guarantee that comes with it.

Excellent service from the discussions with the sales department to the installation, all staff very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend to a friend if they required a new oil tank.

Without warning, the company delivered an oil tank that was different from and smaller than the one on their estimate. It was labelled as 1110 litres, (SWC 1075 litres) instead of 1200 litres. I asked whether the smaller tank was the same price and was told "They are the same price as the external capacity is 1200L". I felt this was an attempt to pull the wool over my eyes. They seem to be implying that the tanks are in fact the same size (and by coincidence exactly the same price). But a tank described as a 1200 litre tank is one which holds 1200 litres of oil, not one which occupies 1200 cubic centimetres of space. The capacity of a vessel, by definition, refers to the volume of its contents.

The company has now stopped replying to me. This is a pity as the actual installation was carried out efficiently by friendly and helpful installers.

They arrived and refused to build the base that was on their quote. They returned, removed my old tank and again refused to build a base, leaving me, a pensioner (with arthritis, diabetes and asthma) with no heating or hot water in November. 11 days later I found a professional to reconnect me and paid a builder to build the base. They were unkind, uncaring and unprofessional.

From the start (first telephone contact and responsiveness), to the competitiveness of quote received, timeliness of response, installation and efficiency, I could not fault Oiltanksplus. Thank you for making the whole experience so much less painful than I feared.

Great before installation service and advice from the company. On the day of installation the fit went very well despite the terrible weather conditions. Would not hesitate to recommend. They left the site clean and tidy.

I was concerned about this installation primarily because Oiltanksplus, whom I contracted the supply and installation of the tank routinely sub-contracts the installation to a local installer.

Neither the prime contractor nor the installer visited beforehand and I felt that site was a tricky one. I was unsure of the need to remove an obstructing tree grown large since the original tank was placed?

I elected the tree removed but I needn't have worried.

The installer arrived in good time equipped with every bit of kit needed to complete the job singlehanded. No mean feat.

The result was a first class installation and wholly satisfying. There was nothing I could fault and I would have no hesitation in recommending Oiltanksplus for such work.
