I can't fault customer services. When I was having difficulty with my e mails not arriving with relevant information I had cause to ring them several times. They went above and beyond on every occasion and managed to sort out my concerns and issues. I was kept informed every step of the way and the customer service assistants were polite and extremely helpful.

It wouldn’t let me pay the deposit after using 3 different cards. When I emailed to ask for assistance I got no response

We chose our new furniture and zero percent finance offered by the store was great.

The process was so easy to apply for.
I double checked the application which had two different home address. I made a call which was answered within minutes, explained the problem the correction was done very quickly.

All very straightforward, every part of the application made sense and it was relatively quick to sort out, Can't fault the process or service, 5 stars!

Months to resolve my complaint, only to side with The Learning People

I raised a formal complaint with Omni Capital regarding finance connected to The Learning People.

What has made the whole experience even more frustrating is the amount of time Omni Capital took to deal with it. The complaint dragged on for months before I finally received a decision, only for Omni Capital to side with The Learning People.

After waiting that long, I expected a thorough and genuinely independent investigation into the issues I had raised. Instead, I am left feeling that my concerns were not properly addressed and that too much weight was given to The Learning People’s version of events- despite agreement how what was described is not was delivered.

As the finance provider, I expected Omni Capital to take real responsibility for investigating a dispute involving a company they provide finance for. Instead, the process has been slow, frustrating and ultimately very disappointing.

I have now had to take the matter further because I do not believe the complaint received the scrutiny it deserved.

Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about using Omni Capital to finance a training or education course. If something goes wrong with the supplier, do not assume the finance provider will resolve the issue quickly or in your favour.

From ordering the kitchen to the fitting the communication has been great. Also as I imagined my kitchen turned out as I requested all the items were of great quality thank you my gorgeous kitchen.

Popped into Ware Branch on the off chance of an appointment. Awning ordered the next day. 2 weeks later surveyor arrived. Awning arrived 3 weeks later. The 3 lads, Rhys, Luke &Dean kept us informed the day prior to arrival. Arrived on time. Excellent service. Lads very tidy and polite. Excellent service all round.

This is the second time I’ve used Omni Capital for finance and I cannot fault them at all. Straight forward and a quick process. Thank you for your time and help.

Everything was well managed and went through smoothly

Was kept informed on every step of the way as to how things were progressing.
It came earlier than I expected which was nice because the room was ready.
I wasn't sure about the colour at first because I thought it was darker but it was probably the lighting in the shop.
It's fine and blends in with the rest of the decor.
The delivery men were great making sure everything was where I wanted it and showing me how the recliner worked
