Fake Service
I have booked service for my MacBook Pro, but the service is fake because after 25 days of not picking up my product, I am calling every day on support, but not responding genuinely.

I'm satisfied with the service. Technician behaviour was also very good.

Technician came on time and repaired the product well. Customer care also responded well.

At initial stage I had to follow up couple of times and after than when issue was taken over by Ms.Sakshi Solanki after that issue was resolved pretty fast. She helped and did follow up till the issue was resolved.

I have insurance from one assist company for last two years. I have never used it. I bought it for my iPhone. And when I took that insurance, I was told that if your phone ever gets damaged, we will repair it or if it breaks completely, we will replace you with a new phone! With full faith I took insurance from them and unfortunately my phone display broke, the phone was in full working condition and was receiving calls. Due to insurance, I sent the phone to one assist, they sent my phone to Apple company completely damaged and told me that we can't give you a new device because your phone is not fully repaired, they gave me a very low price of the phone under BUR and They refused to give me my phone when I argued with the company they returned my phone to me in a very bad condition. I couldn't even repair it, and I couldn't argue with him because I had no proof. That's how I was cheated. My money was spent and my phone was lost. However, my request to everyone is to get insurance from One Assist with full information, otherwise you may be cheated like me.😡😡😡

I send my phone for repair to one assist and they said your phone is beyond economic repair so we are giving 22k amount and keeping the phone with us. But I asked them to send my phone back they send my phone back with water fill in it screen is duplicate and damaged . What a shame to this company. I have another mobile insurance with this company but I am cancelling that also.

I purchased laptop from Flipkart with two year extended warranty for damaged protection but after one year when I claim for warranty they make daily silly excuses like upload documents properly, about incident how laptop fall from hand.are Bhai Maine insurance karwaya hai paise de kar uske baad bhi itna drama....one assist kewal insurance ke paise le kar customers ko bewkuf bana rahe hai unka intention hii nahi hai laptop bana kar Dene kaa.. fraud fraud and fraud company hai one assist humlogo ke paiso se apni company chala rahi hai I suggest never buy insurance from one assist

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one assist and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, my interactions with this company left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

Firstly, their customer service is abysmal. It seems like they have no interest in genuinely assisting their customers. Whenever I called with a question or concern, they are more interested in proving themself right and us wrong, seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than addressing my issues.

Moreover, their claims process is a nightmare. I had to file a claim for a legitimate incident, and the hoops I had to jump through were absurd. They assured a single working day estimate and here i am since it took more than a month to get estimate. It felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid fulfilling their obligations by killing time.
It's clear that they prioritize their profits over the well-being of their customers.

In short, one assist is a company that I would strongly advise against. Their lackluster customer service, convoluted claims process, and high premiums make them a company that I will never do business with again. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for insurance coverage.

ONE ASSIST is a fruad and scammer company. they know how they reject the maximum people claims. in twitter and any other social media platform you know maximum people say DONT buy any product or services through ONE ASSIST and PLEASE aware your friends and family to aware these types of scammer companies like ONE ASSIST. Not trusted insurance broker. Poor service. Finding the ways to decline the refund. Trust your manufacturer for a warranty than these insurance brokers. They couldn't able to clarify queries. By saying apologies, they are closing the case.
