Poor transparency and frustrating cancellation process
My experience with this company has been very disappointing.
I clearly stated that I did not want to renew my contract and did not want to transfer the broadband. I only wanted to keep the service until the end of my contract and have it cancelled properly. Despite this, the process was unnecessarily complicated.
An additional Business Assurance charge (£7.22 + VAT) was applied to my account without clear, explicit consent. Only after challenging it was I given a detailed explanation and offered its removal. Charges like this should be fully transparent and opt-in from the start, not explained after the fact.
The cancellation process itself is also inconvenient, requiring a cease form to be submitted on a specific date to avoid penalties, which adds unnecessary stress for customers who simply want to end their service at contract completion.
Overall, poor communication, lack of upfront transparency, and a frustrating customer experience. I would not recommend this provider to anyone looking for clear pricing and a smooth cancellation process

Trying to overcharge AGAIN
Emailed them giving more than 30 days notice to cease my contract completely- didn’t get a reply- couple weeks later emailed them to check they actioned my previous email- was told they emailed me a link to a form online which wasn’t received nor was it in my communications section on there website in my account. Then they argued the notice period would only begin when I submitted the form so after an argument on the phone they agreed to take it from when I sent the email (as per contract) anyhow I’ve now received a bill for all of November when the service is due to cease around the 10th. I’ve never experience such an incompetent company that feels like they are constantly trying to suck every penny they can out of a customer. I have to return the router or I’ll be charged for that but given the problems over the years I now feel like I’ll have to video myself putting the router into an envelope at the post office counter and handing it to the post office staff or imagine they’ll possibly try to claim it was never posted. Please do yourself a favour if your thinking about going with this company and don’t- it will save you hours of wasted calls and emails trying to sort out all the issues you will have with them. I will actually do a happy dance next week when my service moves to a more reputable company #excited

Untrustworthy company, avoid
This company agrees a price and then reneges on it. When you query them, they give conflicting answers. I have stopped paying by direct debit because they cannot invoice the correct amount and they add insult to injury by charging an extra £7.95 per month. Every month I have to spend time arguing with them and they still can’t get it right.

Scammers
Arranged a contract for 18 months at £26.99/month. Within one week they had increased the bill by £12.00/month due to my business 'not being fibre'. Also increased bill for 'business assurance' at £5.60 / month and broadband 'complete care' at £5.00/month. All in all a monthly cost including Vat of £59.00!!! Rang them to enquire and told i needed to pay £112.00 one off charge to change from copper line to fibre and my monthly contract price would increase to £47.00 FOR 3 YEARS!!! I find their loyalty team (i believe they were called) deceptive and will literally do and say anything to tie you in to a new contract. AVOID at all costs - there are plenty of other telecommunications companies that do not operate in this way and are more transparent. Part of Daisy Communications and associated with XLN.
GENERIC REPLY NO HELP WHATSOEVER. WHY BOTHER. CLEARLY SHOWS NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL. I REITERATE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
