Fantastic service. I was looking for a headset suitable for UC, and while the website description did not explicitly specify UC compatibility, a quick email to One Direct clarified everything. They responded promptly and confirmed that the item I was interested in was UC compatible. I was very pleased with the level of service provided.

Awful. Delivery attempted twice but no notice given so missed. Then parcel left in dept with no option to redirect. Rude staff. In the end I gave up and got a refund. Try elsewhere.
