We ordered a stand for a 55" monitor
We ordered a stand for a 55" monitor. When it had not arrived after two weeks I called sales. They sent an email to accounts and copied me in. After another two days I email back to ask what was happening. I received a reply. DHL had tried to deliver our stand but could not find us - DHL deliver to us twice a week, at least!
Another was sent and has now arrived. I have no problem with the product - customer service however is seriously lacking.

The website was easy to navigate and the items ordered arrived on time.
There was good information supplied on the website.
Overall, I made two repeat orders.
I deducted one star, as there was no information supplied about delivery, so the items turned up each time unannounced when I could have been out.
