Im suprised companies like this still exists ! Problem with parcel missing handle from a bag and no box, email and a phone call - very polite costumer service ! Very little time to sort out everything as this parcel was a gift. I was recieving updates and missing part of the order was posted. Item iteslf very nice ! Costumer service exellent!!!
