Engineer communicated well on ETA ahead of the day, he explained everything that he was going to do & carried out the work with minimal disruption the out driveway. He was professional, polite and reassured us about what the work was needed for & was clearly very experienced at what he does, as he carried out the work meticulously and tidied up after all the work was complete.

Excellent service from Openreach and much more professional that CityFibre (who we refused to let carry out the work)

Installation done quickly and tidy by a really friendly technician. Explained clearly work he'd carried out.

Terry was very polite and explained everything he was going to do, respected my property. Offered to tidy the dust up from the drilling. A great employee, Terry also rang to say he was on his way and gave me a rough estimate.

7th visit no fibre optic no one to speak to sick of staying home for nonsensical performative appointments where nothing ever happens - call and prepare - not hard stop hiding and wasting everyone's time and resources

Lots of reminders via text and emails plus helpful hints how to prepare and what to expect on the day. Engineer (James) rang before arriving. Polite friendly and explained everything. Scaffolders put scaffolding up round the telephone pole a couple of days before to do roof tiles if the house opposite! Impossible to climb the pole so James whistled up a cherry picker which arrived after a short delay. Everything else went smoothly, no problems at all and I was very pleased!

Chris was very good at discussing the installation options, he completed the work quickly, and was really knowledgeable in how to set up the new router with our mesh network.

Friendly efficient service.

The engineer arrived & explained everything he would be doing & very professional. Unfortunately it took longer than expected as the initial engineer had installed a cable from the pole to my property which was faulty & he had to go up the pole & install a new cable. Install completed and all debris cleared away.

Delayed installation, 2 months after originally quoted as being able to get full fibre. Having said that, the engineers themselves couldn't have been more brilliant!

Fabulous lovely young man there wasn’t an ounce of mess so efficient probably the best company I’ve dealt with my internet is all done no fuss and much more accessible no wires everywhere and much better 🫶🏻

Great engineer professional and experience

The engineer was very friendly. He soon decided where wiring had to go and suggested ways this could be done more conveniently. He then said he had to “pop down the road” and when he returned advised he had now finished and when i asked, he confirmed it was working. He then left. However, he did not show me how to connect the router to my tv. I did eventually find out how to do this myself.

Engineer was polite, curteous and finshed the job quickly after cleaning up.

You should be proud of the young man who done the job he done a good job and I thank him very much

The engineer was great - did what was required and got on with it.

However... there was a requirement for an asbestos record form which I was unaware of (buildings built before 2000 need this). This almost stopped the job. Mercifully the person who performed the renovation of the building lived in the building itself, and had the required paperwork.
