Great quick Sky installation of my new router & landline transfer
The engineer installed the new router and landline cables. He did a great neat job of directing the cables from outside into the home. Very tidy & left no mess. Was very helpful & understanding what we wanted. Was very pleased with what he did. I just had to wait for my landline to transfer from BT to Sky. Which was only around 3 hours after the installation.

What made it so good was that an engineer arrived at our home (unexpectedly, as we'd heard that would be unlikely!) and he quietly and quickly set the whole thing up! Wah-Hay.🤓 Before he left, he told us it was likely to take all day but within half an hour everything was up and running. Perfect!

Hi sky engineer chipped the brick from outside when drilling the hole for the wire to be fitted....bit of a bodge job....not happy 😡
