Easy to order, fast delivery and now I have a great backup pair of glasses! Definitely recommend.

I am fully satisfied from my glasses, everything is comfortable.

I sent my glasses in for reglazing. They took a while to be shipped back to me and when they were, there were what looked like cracks within the lenses. When I emailed, I got a prompt response and was told to send them back to get them redone. Unfortunately, I was not offered any credit for shipping cost. I am happy with the work done the second time around and plan on using this service again in the future but hope that I will not have to get them re-done or pay for shipping costs for their mistakes.

Definitely a decent experience with purchase specs from the Optically site, many choices and type to look through, great choices from value to designer and in between....definitely a blast to use!

Very happy with my glasses and would recommend optically to friends. They've suffered drops and haven't broken or been damaged yet. They fit great and putting in my prescription was really easy.

the experience and product was excellent! I has a new prescription and glasses from a local optometrist and I found no difference when compared to my new Optically Glasses. it did take awhile to arrive during the first few months of Covid-19 but I can t hold that against them!

good quality glasses for reasonable price

I had very good experience. The only thing I think could have been improved is an easy to use interface to find where my order was and an estimated delivery time. This was early in 2020, so maybe it is better now. I will say when I emailed to ask for this info I received a satisfying personal note back explaining the status of the order.

I like that you have a value choices available for somebody who doesn't want to invest in fancy frames/lenses.

I got what I needed for a fair price. I am totally happy with my glasses. I can read and work and use my PC now with having to lean in.

Decent delivery, considering it came from the other side of the world, they were delivered in a few weeks.

The product was basically what I was looking for, as described. Simple pair of glasses to help me see!

Good service and almost got what I expected.
This was the first time I bought eyeglasses online. I was apprehensive about it initially but the experience turned out to be quite good. Placing the order was easy, had a wide price range, delivery was quick and on time. Only thing is the eyeglasses are a tiny bit loose but manageable.

I had a very positive experience. Replaced the lenses in a couple pairs of glasses. Was done timely, shipped safely back and forth and good value.

I bought my pair of glasses as a stop gap measure while waiting for cataract surgery, knowing my prescription would be changing I didn’t want to buy $300 glass for 2 months of use.
Due to COVID my surgery has been delayed 6 months, these glass still fit well and have me reconsider my future eye wear purchases. Once both eyes have been repaired I will be getting my new glasses and sun glasses online from Optically.ca
The ease of ordering, good service and quality of product is far superior than the local lense crafters, whose first question is the name of your benefits provider.

In the past I have often used on-line stores to purchase glasses. The quality is usually good enough and pricing is extremely competitive. However, I had a few unique pairs of designer glasses that I had purchased 20-30 years ago that simply needed new lenses (with updated prescriptions). Optically.ca was able to do this for me in their Toronto workshop. It took ±2 weeks for the entire process. I am delighted to be able to wear these old designer glasses again -- particularly since it is today virtually impossible to find similar frames of equivalent quality and/or design ... particularly since today's trend is towards large "in-your-face" glasses that I personally hate. Overall I was very happy for the service and pricing was reasonable. Thank you!
