Site was very easy to use but that is where it ends. I ordered glasses but after 2 months I had not received them so I emailed them. I was told they were waiting for me to respond to their request for $75 more to install a thinner lens. I have never received that email and I can easily prove it. They went ahead with the order and I received them. But one lens is not the correct prescription, although a previous pair had the same prescription and were correct although the cheapy frames were not straight. Besides the wrong prescription the lenses had 2 different coloured antireflective coatings which shows 2 manufacturers made them. After a few days I queried them and was told they would take a couple of days to find out how the repair is going. I have not heard from them since. Unfortunately the paypal has timed out.

I was a bit skeptical ordering a pair of glasses online without first seeing it physically, but I decided to give it a try. I was satisfied with my glasses when I received them. They are solidly built and very affordable. I will purchasing another pair soon.

Wrong prescription & still waiting for refund
Ordered a pair of glasses with prescription lenses... alright, that part went ok. Took about 7 days to arrive. Unfortunately that's where the good times ended. Took them to my optician to ensure everything was made correctly - they were not. The PD, axis, optical centre AND prescription were ALL incorrect. Emailed Customer Service... first they asked for PROOF from the optician that they were made incorrectly. Not off to a good start. After scanning in and sending the scribbled notes she made, they then tried to pawn me off a second pair with (supposedly) the right prescription. A side note - this was my 4th time in a year trying to order a pair of glasses online & I DIRELY need them for everything I do. I said no, I just want the refund. Over a month and a half later & I'm STILL waiting for my money back - PLUS I had to pay out of pocket to return the damn things. Wouldn't recommend this horrid company to my worst enemies.
Excellent customer service
I recently discovered Optically.ca and was delighted to find out that I could get new lenses for my favourite frames at a good price. I had been looking for some time and was beginning to think I would have to purchase new frames just to get a lens upgrade. My first pair arrived in a timely manner and they were just right but my second pair had a few problems and I had to send them back for revision. I have to say that the online support was excellent. My concerns were addressed in a personal manner and I didn’t have to wait long for a response. When my order was delayed, Optically responded with a lens upgrade to compensate for my extra postage and inconvenience. I would not hesitate to recommend Optically to family and friends and commend this company for excellent customer service and online presence.

I ordered from this company because I need prescription sunglasses and I specifically searched glasses online Canada and they were one of the first search results on Google. So I ordered a pair of glasses coming to nearly $100. Two weeks pass with no follow-up, no confirmation of tracking or shipping. Emailed several times keep getting the same answer that they had been dispatched and I could expect to see them in 3 to 5 days. I called the number ask for a tracking number from them which turns out to be DHL number. I checked that out, and it shows that the glasses shipped a week ago from Hong Kong. Their website really sells that they're Canadian, had I known I was ordering from China I would have gone the other way. I don't believe for one second that the glasses, if they ever do come in because we all know how long it takes shipping from China to Canada if it comes at all, that they are going to be worse nearly $100. Lesson learned, no glasses for my vacation, and probably going to be calling for a refund. Only ordering from clearly. CA from now on
After a month
After a month, no tracking number provided, no glasses arrived. Contacted several times...to no avail. Terrible customer service. Requested refund twice...still nothing. Stay away from this scam...
Avoid at all Costs
It is impressive how unprofessional their customer service is. I called them with an issue and they told me they would call me back in 24 hours with a solution. 27 hours later I sent them an email regarding the issue and after again no response I called. The service agent was incredibly rude and cut me off multiple times. He said he couldn’t help me until he spoke to the “lab” then hung up without telling me when he would contact me again. He followed up the call with a very badly written email that didn’t make any sense. After another week of no response I called again and a new service agent said they wouldn’t do anything unless I got the glasses checked by an optometrist which is impossible as all optometrists I spoke to don’t deal with online vendors and a glasses store would never check another company’s glasses. I had three glasses with the same prescription made by Zenni and they were all fine so there’s no reason these would be different. Now I have useless prescription sunglasses that I can maybe get $5 for the frame if I sell them second hand. This company doesn’t deserve any business they receive and I’d rather set my money on fire then buy another pair of glasses from here.

After posting this review I was contacted by Optically asking me to change my review if they sent me a new pair of glasses. I received those new glasses yesterday and they were the incorrect prescription (as proved by the prescription slip in the glasses case vs the prescription scan from my doctor I sent them). I contacted the original customer service agent (the one who hung up and then ignored me for weeks) who told me I was incorrect as the “lab” made up two pairs of lenses to prove I was lying. I sent him a scan of my prescription and a photo of the prescription slip included with my second pair of glasses which showed they added an extra axis they were not supposed to. He then proceeded to tell me “We would request you to ignore the denominations mentioned other than your prescription in the slip that you have received.” So basically they made a mistake and even though I had proof they asked me to ignore it. He then told me he would not help me further unless I saw a optometrist who would confirm they made them correctly. I asked if when the prescription was checked and found incorrect, (as it would be because when I wear the glasses they sent me I cannot see clearly at all) if they would refund me. He then told me once again that he would tell me in 24 hours and I have not heard from him since even though I have sent two emails since he last contacted me.
The quality of service from this particular agent has been terrible and I would include his name but I don’t want to ruin someones reputation over a pair of glasses. He had no care for me and continuously called me sir even though we spoke on the phone multiple times and I am clearly a woman. Also, I don’t particularly enjoy being called a lier repeatedly.
Long story short: Ordering glasses from this company is a huge mistake and they don’t deserve anyone’s business.
