Ok so I wrote a review previously about my order and that we had had a sofa delivered instead of a play set… I can’t change that review so writing a new one!
Outdoor toys did rectifed this eventually…
The next day they arranged the delivery company to take the sofa back, I had to fight to get my item delivered but eventually it was the same day, sadly it was missing 3 items, the binoculars wall climbing set and steering wheel!
It took 3 attempts and countless disgruntled emails to rectify getting these items after this too but eventually I did get my full order!
Kids love it and it is now a very great well used item in the garden!
But it took a lot to get there…
They do respond to emails pretty promptly so will give them that it was just a pain to constantly have to chase getting my full order!
Quality of product is great, abit of a pig to build but that’s expected..
Over all yes it was a nightmare but I’d order again if needed 🙂
I ordered a spare part on 20th February…
I ordered a spare part on 20th February which was not dispatched till over a month later after numerous mails to the company. When the part arrived it was not the part I had requested. I contacted the company and sent the part back the following day. They said once they had received the part they would send the correct part out. After 10 days I contacted the company again as I had received a confirmation from the courier company to say the delivery had been made the day after I had posted it but had heard nothing from outdoor toys. After numerous email exchanges they eventually told me the part had been dispatched and gave me a tracking number. After a week i checked the tracking number on APC and found it was stuck at the main distribution depot. Contacted outdoor toys and eventually they agreed to contact APC to find out what had happened to the parcel. After several emails they eventually got back to me and said they would send another part out. When they hadn’t send the part out after a week I contacted them again and they said they would chase it up. After several more weeks of exchanging emails they eventually came back this week and told me they hadn’t got the part in stock and had not idea when it would be available. I am now waiting for my money to be refunded. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone if you are looking for play equipment for your children.
One of the worst companies I’ve ever…
One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.
They sent me a defective ATV and have failed to resolve the issue for over two weeks. Every day they make new promises, but nothing gets done. They lie and avoid responsibility during phone calls. Customer service is absolutely terrible.
Avoid this company if you don’t want to waste your money and time.
Absolute shambles.
Order went through smoothly on the 6th of April with a 7-10 day delivery, and I thought I'd got a bargain.
The following Thursday (17th) after no further communication other than a confirmation of my order on the 9th, I queried whether the order had been dispatched and I had simply missed an email somehow. I was assured it was "well within the delivery window" and it would be with me shortly. Shocker, after this contact on the 9th working day of the delivery window, it had not been dispatched nor would it make its way to me by magic in the next 24h.
Customer service then tried to lay blame on the courier company, and their subcontracted carriers, when the slide turned out to have been sent in 3 separate parcels. This is not standard practice, it should have been banded or shrink wrapped into 1 consignment, or shrunk to a pallet. 1 piece arrived at my local 2 man depot where my partner works and I uncovered what was actually going on. As the different pieces were sent separately, they were in 3 different locations. 1 at one depot, 1 at another and 1 somewhere else (never found out where).
Long story short, company refused to accept any accountability for not having it out the warehouse in time and have blamed the couriers for the mess up, tried to patronise me, and were generally useless. I got my delivery finally, 23 days after placing the order and organising it all myself.

I only input my order on Friday 28th at 17:15 so have not received the goods as yet. I made a mistake on entering my order which outdoor toys gave kindly agreed to rectify for me. This is being completed as I type thus review which I could not thank them for enough or praise them highly enough.
STAY AWAY - NOT SAFE MASSIVE CRACKS and will NOT refund
Order Placed: 9th May (for our son's birthday on 8th June)
We are extremely disappointed with our recent purchase and the subsequent service we have received. We placed an order on 9th May, specifically for our son's birthday on 8th June. The package arrived on 5th June, and to our dismay, all the wooden pieces were damaged and had gaps 2-3cm wide. We immediately informed the team, who assured us that replacement parts would be sent out.
Given that we had planned our son's birthday party for 8th June, we were devastated. Our son has special needs, and we had shown him videos of the item beforehand, assuring him it would arrive in time for his birthday. Consequently, when his birthday arrived and the swing was not usable, he became extremely distressed, repeatedly asking for his “swing birthday.” This situation was incredibly difficult to manage and should not be endured by anyone.
Additionally, upon inspecting the packaging, we found several other pieces missing from the order. We were told these would be shipped out, but amidst moving house at the end of the month, we did not follow up, assuming they would arrive in due course. We planned to fit the swing at our new home since our son kept asking for it, and we had to purchase another one to appease him.
By 26th June, a full six weeks later, we had received nothing. We requested a refund and were told the items would be collected. As of 16th July, despite asking for an update, the items have not been collected, and now the company is refusing to refund our money.
This has resulted in three months of aggravation and a complete waste of time. Never have we experienced such poor service from any company. We are utterly disappointed and frustrated with this entire ordeal.

Fantastic experience
After reading so many negative reviews about this company I must admit I was really worried about ordering from them..I emailed them my concerns about all the negative reviews I had read and they reassured me if I was to place an order with them they would keep me updated every step of the way..they actually did just this..I orderd the swing slide climbing frame set the 7th june all over my order arrived 12th June except the slide which arrived today the 13th June.. I have had constant updates and emails daily from a great guy called Shaun who has been amazing..his customer service skill have been fantastic and he has gone above and beyond..the delivery guys were on time friendly and made me awear the slide was missing but assured me I would get the next day which I did..fantastic experience with these guys 10/10

Hi I placed an order on the 10th of May I purchased a swing and slide set with the beach pack add on I was initially told delivery would be 8 to 12 days but did receive a couple of emails saying it might be slightly longer due to a high demand it arrived in 4 different deliveries which I think I received the final delivery by 1st of June I then emailed the company asking if they would be willing to knock something off for poor delivery service which they offered me a 50 pound refund which I happily accepted my daughter absolutely loves her swing set

Poor and in accurate delivery
So after waiting too long for our daughter’s birthday present to arrive they responded by not sending the full delivery. Sorely disapppinted.

No major issues for us
No major issues for us. Ordered a full climbing frame and realised we were away when delivery was due. Emailed and asked them to delay which they responded to and helped us with. The frame arrived in three separate deliveries, which while odd didn’t really matter to me. At the end one piece was missing, I emailed and asked them to forward on and it was here within 2 days. Easy to assemble if you follow the instructions and have the right tools. Would order from here again
Terrible service
Terrible service, advise 7-14 days delivery, ordered on 26th April, still not dispatched on 16th May and every time I phone (after waiting almost an hour each time on hold) am told it's being dispatched at a future date, which then comes and goes. Zero apology offered for the delay.

I have to say I would highly recommend . I ordered a swing and climbing outdoor set for my daughter’s birthday and the delivery date was after her birthday . I emailed the company and explained that my daughter’s birthday was coming up and if there was an option to have it delivered sooner . Surprisingly they managed to deliver it the day before my daughter’s birthday and her face was priceless! The swing set is really strong and sturdy and we are really happy with it !

Really poor customer service. Ordered many items last summer and they have gone mouldy within the year. Customer services not interested to resolve the issue. Would not recommend buying from them !!
