We ordered an outdoor trampoline for my 9 year old twin granddaughters, the product is excellent and easy to assemble, delivery prompt.. The twins love it!!!

I brought a 8ft trampoline for my grandchildren to play on it looks great easy to put up but a catch on the net ( enclosue) is broken but apart from that its great for the kids i would. Have given 5 stars but abit broken on it .

Thankfully my Husband is a qualified joiner and had the neccessary tools on hand to overcome several 'issues' with the assembly of this product. It falls short on many basic issues, the balcony rail offers no support whatsoever and given that is is a fair way from ground level, I was alarmed to find how flimsy the rail was once assembled as per the instructions. My Husband has bought specific pieces of timber to reinforce it an also to strengthen other parts of the playhouse, mainly the stability of the whole unit! No amount of joinery knowledge is going to be able to overcome the problem of the floor coming in two separate peices. This compromises the stability of the whole structure and is compensated by short batons of wood to bridge the adjoining joists, bit like using a cocktail stick to prop up a shed really! and no amount of magic on my Husbands part was going to make a tiny pair of doors fit an oversized aperture. There is currently an inch gap all around the doors (yes there is the point of finger trapping safety, but theres also overkill) and in between. The screw supplied to fit the door furniture including hinges, were far too long and my son caught himself on the excess bit that stuck through the door by a good inch, my Husband had only gone to our garage to cut peices of wood to conceal them and came back to find our son had a nasty gash as he'd brushed past the door.
I could go on forever. The overall build as per instructions, took the best part of two days to make the product stable and there is still extra work and cosmetic issues to resolve in order to turn the playhouse that 'Jack supplied' into a tidy looking, safe and enjoyable product for our children to use. Yes, we could have stopped building and sent it back, the problem was, that many of the issues don't become apparent until quite far into the build and you try telling an excited four and seven year old that their much anticipated playhouse (after waiting all week for daddy to build it at the weekend and a full day of watching daddy try and put it together) that it has to come back down and be sent back!! Thankfully he has the talent to make a silk purse out of a pigs ear but we really dont recommend it to anyone not prepped with a major tool set or without any joinery knowledge.

The customer service was excellent, and my item was delivered on the day they said it would be, by a very nice young man, who brought it all the way to the back garden!

I purchased the 14ft Trampoline and am very pleased with it,although 12ft would have been more than sufficient even for larger adults. Went up easily, netting a bit tricky. Delivered quickly.

Chosen as it would take heavier adults, I know lots of parents who have broken their kids trampolines just having a quick go! This one takes up to about 23st so no problems there.Family have all tried it out and had lots of fun.

Entrance gap could be a bit bigger for adults, makes getting in and out a bit awkward but otherthan that no bad points just lots of fun and giggles.

the most difficult thing about buying my play house was picking the one that i liked the best. the order process was very easy and the delivery was quick and very convient. putting the house together didrequire two people but that wasnt a problem and the bottle of wine went down well afterwards.the children love the house not that they have had much chance to play in it because it feels like its been raining ever since we errected it

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO CHECK ON THE QUALITY OF THEIR ITEMS THE ONE I PURCHASED HAD MAJOR PROBS WITH CONSTRUTION BUT HAD I NOT HAD EXSPERIENCE IN ASEMBLY OF ALL TYPES THEN IT WOULD HAVE RUINED MY GRANDSONS BIRTHDAY PRESENT AND WOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY EXSPENCIVE ONE AS I WOULD HAVE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE ITEM A QUAD ELECTRIC BIKE WITH ANOTHER UNTILL THE COMPANY REFUNDED MY MONIES IT WAS VERY POORLY ASSEMBLED SCREWS MISSING OR NOT TIGHTENED OR CONECTED TO THE OTHER PARTS THAT THEY WHERE THERE TO ATTACH TO BUT THESE WHERE IN CRUCIAL PARTS ! LIKE THE BACK AXEL ASSEMBLY I HAD TO REPLACE THEM WITH NUTS AND BOLTS AS THE SREW HOLES WERE DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR FOR THOSE SCREWS THE DELIVERY WAS VERY QUICK THOUGH BUT I HAD NO NOTIFICATION WHEN THIS WOULD BE ON THE DAY THEY TRIED TO DELIVER BUT THE RETURN DELIVERY WAS PAINLESS
