after I made the payment they’ve told me it is in kernel panic mode and I have to pay someone to sort it out. Obviously they’ve done something to it when it was shutdown but they don’t take responsibility, worst customer services and vps services, I don’t recommend.

We, at Imagine Experiences, have recently encountered significant challenges with OVH in the UK. Despite reaching out for assistance over the past 7 days, our concerns have not been adequately addressed. The response time has been notably delayed, taking 5 days to receive a solution that did not align with the problem we presented.

The loss of data and sharepoints associated with our license has added considerable complexity to our situation. OVH's claim that the issue falls outside their scope of support, despite Microsoft's willingness to assist, is both perplexing and frustrating. The requirement for an alternate email, created by OVH during the account setup, has been communicated to OVH, but unfortunately, our requests have been met with silence.

Raul, among the individuals we've spoken to, was the only one who demonstrated an understanding of the urgency of our situation and provided a level of customer service that met our expectations. Regrettably, this positive interaction was not reflective of the overall service we've received.

Despite Microsoft's recommendation to seek the required information from OVH, our attempts to obtain the necessary details have been met with non-responsiveness. It's disheartening to find such a lack of communication and support, especially in an emergency scenario.
In conclusion, based on our recent experience, we cannot recommend OVH for their services. The issues we've encountered, from delayed responses to an unhelpful resolution, have left us questioning the reliability and customer-centric approach of OVH.

Worst quality VPS I have ever bought!
Every 24 hours the vps goes offline for no reason!
I asked for help to fix the problem or replace the vps or refund my money but none of them accepted!

Advice to anyone who sees this review of mine never buy anything from ovh and don't lost your money

Ovh is not anymore like 5 years ago, the support chat don't know how to talk, the services in special dedicated servers no working , the ips from the server was on blacklist. I don't reccomend ovh anymore.

Disgusting behaviour. Live chats disconnected before a query is dealt with, invoicing for things you've requested a cancellation for, but completely ignoring the cancellation and then threatening you with bailiffs. A completely p1ss-poor outfit.

Worst company I ever bought a vps from! I bought a VPS without using it. Every 2 days the server goes offline and I have to reinstall it until it recovers. Then after 2 days without using it, it goes offline again! I have contacted them but they will not take any responsibility and will not solve the problem or give me another vps or refund my money

Awful. Decided against my VPS within an hour contacted ticket support and they said they’d refund. No refund given so I opened a case on PayPal and they submitted information and PayPal decided in sellers favour despite evidence of an agreed refund. I’ve now had to contact my back and submit a chargeback. Awful company avoid this trash at all cost. They’re beyond scum.

Disgraceful housing association to deal with! We had a massive water leak, and have black mold growing in the property a month in to the leak which they have ignored. New carpet and bathroom flooring damaged which they won't replace.

Front door is faulty and locks us in the house periodically, and they won't replace or fix this which a fire hazard as this is a main exit.

I've put complaints in but OVH are happy to keep taking rent money off me and continue with negligence to repair!!!

And before they write here in response "email mail is, we are happy to help" no your not I've put complaints in which OVH have ignored. I'm taking this to court after onbudsmans services.

Very poor customer support leading me to being charged inappropriately. Don’t answer emails. Perhaps don’t exist in sufficient human form to cope. :-(

I recently had an interaction with this company that unfortunately fell well below my expectations. My primary concern was the surprisingly invasive request for personal information, such as a photo of myself holding my ID and other related documents. While I understand the need for security measures, I was not comfortable sharing that level of personal information.

Upon expressing my discomfort, they assured me it wasn't necessary and indicated that my setup was ready to proceed. However, when I attempted to secure my hosting for the second time, I found myself unable to log into my account. The login issue was perplexing, requiring me to essentially recreate my account.

Further compounding my frustrations was the subsequent lack of support. Despite opening a ticket and making multiple follow-up attempts over three days, I received no response. The lack of engagement from the customer service team was disappointing and unfortunately left a negative impression.

In the end, I chose not to proceed with the dedicated server I had intended to secure. While it initially seemed like a setback, in retrospect, it feels more like a fortunate avoidance of potential future challenges. In my opinion, responsive and respectful customer service is integral to any business, and based on my experience, there is substantial room for improvement here.

Shocking company i stored my data with them for 7 years. We got a new credit card so our payment method failed. There warning emails went to our junk mails. They then deleted all of our data.

I am complaining about OVH AGAIN.....

I cannot believe how nasty this company has become, after being with them for such a long time too there is no client loyalty whatsoever!

I recently cancelled a server I had with them as their service is bordering on the ridiculous this invoice was due to renew on the 24/04/2023, however; I always ensure that my servers are paid up in advance and this one was paid to the 23/06/2023 essentially meaning they have 2 months of my money paid up and are (at present) not providing any service for that money?

they say: they are not going to refund my advanced payments full stop! even although not providing anything in return or any service.

They say; no one has charged you for services we did not provide. BUT they have not provided it yet and I have paid?

to me that is outright theft!

word to the wise: never EVER pay up front with this company, and certainly never sign any commitment contracts, OVH will try and squeeze you for every penny, in my opinion the company is struggling and only due to their own behavior.

I have opened a paypal resolution case ATM and will update that as it goes.

OVH assistance is inexistant!!!

Services are OK. And cheap. Service is truely awful, not a soul in their service department seems capable of understanding a question or communicating an intelligible answer.

You just get the run around whether the problem is technical or billing, perhaps there's a language barrier, perhaps they're just not well enough trained or so over worked they can't dedicate any time to a call. Either way, if you expect a supplier to provide support, this isn't the supplier for you.

I have a server with them, and I have done it for a number of years. due to COVID, the business I was running has died, and I have to close it down I have tried to cancel my server, but they are holding me to a commitment till 2024. They would rather bankrupt me than help me out and threaten me with debt collectors. Who knew a global pandemic would hit us and kill a number of small businesses off, they simply don't care at all their tone in email is horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone now moving forward.

They don't care about there clients or what is going on in the world.

i saw an offer for a vps for less than 1£. i thought like a small proxy or a vpn would be alright.. so i´ve registered and send them all detils.. but still..

waiting since ages till my registration gets confirmed. worst provider i´ve seen.

backend is a maze too. support havent answered my ticket since weeks too.

i wont suggest them. if you really have a problem with your vps you´re screwed.

You get what you pay for, ppl complaining on here dont know what they are getting into. if you have no experience in managing your own server then you shouldnt go unmanaged.

You pay for no support, so its logical to wait if something goes wrong.

Bought $30 in cloud services from them pre-paid, service was so bad I closed my account and they kept the entire $30. Nice. They might've needed it more than me so it's cool.

I've been with OVH for 6+ years, but the amount of frustration they offer is more than I can manage. Support is an absolute joke and the web interface feels like a maze! Nightmare!
