Terrible service and support.
I have been with them for over 5years and they just get worse rather than improving the service. I have few servers with them and one of the servers with 10+ website is down. I have contacted the incidents and no news or sign or recovery or communication. I have customers who are calling and I don't know if I need to move to a different company or wait for their response. This is the second disaster from them If you care about your business, AVOID OVH :(

UPDATE 2: Downgraded to one star. The direct contact we received did not keep their promise, does not respond to emails. We're back to square one. We're kept on hold with customer support and we have no clue how long we're supposed to wait. It's still a complete total disaster.

UPDATE: Upgraded to two-stars (and potential for more exists). We finally managed to get a hold of a human being at the other end of the line, and we were given a proper answer (actually we were promised one will come by tomorrow, but we're hopeful)

We also found they have a tiered support system, but you have to commit to 12 months of paid support to get the second tier.

Lesson learned, you need to be a Karen with them and ask to speak to someone with more authority or you will be stonewalled by low level call centre personnel whose job is literally just to be an interface between the phone and the online ticketing system.

One-star reviews are correct!!!

This is a terrible company. We were cornered into contracting with them, thank heavens we haven't opted for the 12-month commitment because we want to move as soon as possible. Rented 4 servers from the "120 seconds ready" pool. First one was ready (to begin OS installation, mind you) in about 90 minutes. The second a few hours later. The third took about 10 hours more. The last one isn't ready yet, two full days later.

Filed a ticket about it. Not been touched since it was filed two days ago. Their phone support only operates 9:00-18:00 on weekdays. I called them and they confirmed that they won't look at tickets outside work hours. Have you got an emergency with your thousand-pound-per-month servers on Saturday? Well you can shove your emergency where the sun don't shine, they don't give a flying monkey.

Don't. Ever. Give. Your Money. To. These. Clowns.

Absolutely terrible. Billing didn't respond to a ticket in 10 days, so I had to cancel my service, and they still want to charge me!

13 days and still no reply from support?
No help at all.
Deleted my server and filed refund with paypal.
Overpriced and No support at all.

I want £ 190 refund for the server i have not used.

I had an issue with a recently installed KVM.
I can't blame nobody for a hardware problem, but yes to connect it and do not check if it is working or not.
When I raised an incident ticket, again, the problem was not checked despite expressly specifying it. and I back to lose time until to insist to check it.
Luckily the aftercare was good.

We've moved all of our customer websites away from OVH to another provider. OVH's customer service is absolutely atrocious. I never usually complain about companies but OVH is consistently bad and people should know. For example, I opened a ticket 11 days ago, chased it 5 days ago and am still waiting for an answer, let alone my refund on a domain I had transferred out but that they charged me for. Personally I wouldn't go near OVH - absolute waste of money and will raise your stress levels considerably.

EDIT: I would like to add that OVH are attempting to abuse Trustpilots content integrity system in order to remove reviews that they disgaree with. Unironically, they are asking for MORE personal information from me to try and prove the review is real. Seriously avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible service, just setting up is a pain. They are just farming as much personal data as possible throughout the whole process with "fraud" as an excuse. Used other hosts and setup was easy, fast and straightforward, so they will get my business instead. Even their dashboard is horrendously slow.

Even closing an account requires so much personal identification, really dodgy company, avoid.

We've a number of servers with OVH and sister company SoYouStart. Always find them fast and well informed with responses. We had an issue this morning which was resolved promptly with their guidance.

I've never had any major issues, they respond quickly to support tickets and are very nice! I've used VPS', email, and domains from OVH and they've all just worked perfectly.

OVH's support is underrated. After I bought a dedicated server, and found out that it was not what I needed, I asked them if I could get a refund, and go over to a VPS instead, they met me with empathy, and gave me a full refund, including setup fees. They have on-site 24/7 technicians which have helped us a lot.

More than happy to take your money to register domains, but seem to prevent you from transferring them elsewhere (*.uk).

Updated the IPS-TAG a week ago, and they still haven't released the domains - what should take 60 seconds, if less, seems to be too much.

Their support team also provided little to no assistance in releasing the domains.

Do yourself a favour and take your domains elsewhere

Complete lack of support and no cheaper than alternatives which do offer support. I bought both a domain name and web hosting, you'd expect the two to automatically link together- but not with OVH.
OVH spent more effort trying to remove this review, claiming I wasn't a customer (I have since provided Trust Pilot with evidence) than they did in solving my issue- you can see where their priorities lie.

They're utterly uninterested in helping, do not read all of your questions and take an absolute age to respond even on the new paid tiers for technical support.

We spend thousands with OVH for servers and Exchange, we're moving it all away. They have a great platform but absolutely fail at customer service, time and time again.

Guys are great!
Service is not expensive and reliable.
Support is awesome - you can call them and they are really care!

I'm using soyoustart, and it's really excelent price/quality!

been using OVH for over 5 years now, there were a few hiccups in the past but overall they are just great. i do admit the support was a bit slow to respond, but upgrading support plan greatly improved their response time

Horrific. After 4 months of no service, I am trying to cancel, no telephone calls accepted, ignore emails, and the 'cloud' solution doesnt work

Customer for 1 day.
