Inaccurate information all the way about my home. It didn't have current owner, home value- zero information. I canceled it 10 minutes after I signed up for the free trial. Absolutely horrible company!

Worthless. I submitted the waddress of a house in…
I submitted the address a house in my neighborhood and they told me the review was ready but I had to sign up for a 7 day trial. I had a choice of a $1.00 basic review or a $5.00 for the super duper review that I could print.
I sprung for the $5.00 one and when I got in it said they had no information on the address. So they were lying to start with. I tried 2 more addresses and they could not find anything on them either. They did find a little information on the fourth address, but it was very incomplete.
I canceled my trial but they kept my $5.00.
Sometimes you get what you pay for and sometimes you don't. I didn't.

If you are seeing no results for your property search, please first check to see that you have entered the address correctly. If you were trying to search an apartment or suite, please try searching without the apartment number to return any data we have about the building. If we do not have any results for a property, we do not currently have any data for the address you searched. We are continuously adding to our database to be able to return data on more properties and improve the information we provide.
I ran one property for my architect…
I ran one property for my architect husband then immediately cancelled the trial. I have since been charged 2 times. Reported fraud to bank so was issued a new debit card. Well this morning somehow charges from Ownerly have appeared on my NEW card. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT with this company. Will be reporting to the BBB, consumer affairs and my back tomorrow as today is a Sunday.
I was widowed on august 30th 2024 and cannot afford nor have the time or energy to fight.

Incredibly slow! Unlike Zillow or Redfin, which work off free public information, Ownerly wants my email to spam me and $1 up to 25 reports! With this business model, I only see one future for this scam—oops, I mean company, sewage!

I was looking for deed information for a property I own in the US and the information that was presented from Ownerly's database was both comprehensive and accurate. Company is a joke. We are purchasing a piece of land. There were no records found. Our current business property has only the records from when we bought it this year (and it is a million dollar property. Totally useless investment. Don't bother!

One person makes a mistake and the rest of these "services" copy the mistakes without verifying if the information is correct. It negativity impacted my near perfect credit score. I am fed up with all of you. I never lived in Illinois and there are several people listed living in my house who never did.

The majority of the information is outdated by years and the owner information is inaccurate. Do NOT use this site. Home values are off by tens of thousands of dollars.

All information was spot on
All information on the property that I looked for is 💯 was great got alot more information than I expected. Customer Service contacted me immediately refunded all my money no questions asked was not expecting that at all. Would and have referred family members to site all have a great experience. Cancellation during trial period
I had canceled my account during the free trial based on the fact that the information on myself was inaccurate and multiple people that were listed are now dead therefore the information is suspect. They had aliases of Mexican men for me and I'm a white female. The problem is that they still charged my account putting my account in arrears.
