The products were packaged very well and delivered in pristine condition.
A suggestion: it would be helpful if an estimated time of delivery could be provided at confirmation of payment. I placed my order on 22/2/2026 and received confirmation of delivery 27/2/2026, the day I received my package.

I am enjoying the products , especially the Keratase range. I recently had some foils added to my hair and I am still trying to get used to the dryness- so these products have been very helpful.

The website is good and the store itself is reliable. The only issue I have is that when you order something to store the tracking and updates never come. This is the second time I’ve used the function and have had to chase or be chased to pick up my order.

To be honest extremely poor. I am still waiting for my replacement products to be express shipped as promised. The service has been appalling. You have to wait days just to get a response to your email. I am a very loyal customer. But this is just not good enough.
