This vacuum does pick up but barely! If you use full power which is the only way the battery does down by the second!

So i wanted to send it back the day i received it and email to do so as advised online.

There is no issue with our product.

I need to explain that returning items is a complicated process.

Please note:

1. You are responsible for returning the item to China at your own expense;
2. Once the return is processed, we will deduct any applicable customs duties and a 15% restocking fee;
3. If the product is damaged during the return process, we will not accept the return.
4. Our return policy stipulates that the return address must be provided by us. The address on the package is not our return address. If you return the package to any address other than the one we provide, we will be unable to accept it, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the item without authorization.

If you wish to receive a full refund, you will need to return the item and cover the shipping costs and customs duties. Returning the item from your location to China will incur significant costs and take a considerable amount of time.

In this situation, how about we refund 5% of this order’s total, and you keep the package? You can keep the item as a gift for your friends or family.

This product is inferior in all ways in comparison to the description given. States it is powerful enough to clean a whole house. It does not! Battery runs out in less than 30 mins. Customer Service are totally unhelpful suggesting I purchase another battery! Battery takes over 4 hours to charge. Suction is like one of those cheap hand-helds that you can buy on TikTok! Getting a refund is impossible. They accept no liability for false advertising. Going through Charge Back with my bank to get my money back as they offered a derisory 5% of the value of rhe product and to keep and give to a friend or family. I wouldn't dare insult anyone I know with giving them this inferior product! Buy at your peril! In fact...just don't buy at all!

I purchased the cordless vacuum cleaner a week ago and I may aswell have bought a child’s toy Dyson as it would be of more use. The dust collector is inpossible to remove even after you have watched the Chinese video sent to you when you complain and email their “non helpful” customer service, I don’t speak Chinese so that was of no use. The dust collector has a crack within 3 days and all they keep emailing is “send us a video of yourself putting the dust collector back on!”
I decline this as I am not a TV presenter. They refuse to give you a return address to return the cleaner for a refund and email several times a day asking for a video of me using the cleaner. “Bennie” who sends the email is either AI or a Chinese person told to google translate emails of complaints and reply asking for a video. Waste of £179. DO NOT BUY THIS, IT DOESNT SUCK MINOR DUST UP AND BREAKS WITHIN A DAY. This company is committing fraud by selling this item in the UK with zero respect of the Consumer Rights Act of the UK

We received a Hypersonic Pro Vacuum today and the dust capsule is impossible to open. It is really difficult to find out how to sort out the problem as there is no phone number or email listed despite the back of the instructions showing a 24/7 customer
Challenge.

I have a 4 year old Ozito tiller and Ozito no longer supply parts for it.
I will not be purchasing their products anymore.

If they keep building tools this good they are going to put every other mfr out of business.
Excellent warranties if anything goes wrong. Their 36V dual battery blower is a weapon, so strong it has recoil in turbo mode and don't let it suck in your clothes from it's massive air intake. (Will take on a top of the line Stihl any day). A fifty buck impact wrench kicks butt. Flawless hedge trimmer. Cordless vacuum cleaner saved a fortune on overpriced units that do the same thing. Circular saw
and impact hammer drill perfectly functional and reliable, with over 12 months hammering them. What else do you need? So glad I dumped Ryobi and other cordess suites.
Well done Bunnings... I dislike you and your coporate parasitism but this line is a winner.

Dreadful service, if i could, i would give a minus. Product arrived boxed without battery charger, they suggested i buy one, even though i had just bought a new boxed product. Pieces of junk with service to match. AVOID

I got my Ozito wet & dry vacuum cleaner and major DIY outlet. It was less than £60 and it's a great little mover. It not too heavy to lug about and vacuums great and sucks up water. The only snag is the dust bags are expensive but can be found cheaply if willing to look around on the Internet which I did and got some cheap bags. But that said great.
