Took ages to put together, 6 hours.
Instructions at times unclear.
Would have been better if panels came with metal frame Already on where possible.
Feels flimsy and as others said can’t really lean anything against it or walls bow out.
Only bought to store a few things in so security was not a priority.
I did read lots of reviews before purchasing and most said how easy to put together etc.
Should have left it and waited until I could get my first Choice of shed, But with the coronavirus about it wouldn’t have been until 2021.

This shed is the most flimsy, insecure shed you could possibly buy. The panels are wafer thin and can be cut open with a Stanley knife with no effort whatsoever. You would have as much security with a plastic sheet. It will keep the rain off but not much more. If you put anything of value in it you will need to chain it to something simple as!

Shocked when delivery driver carried it in on his shoulders. Plastic very thin, I expected it to clip together, looked like a Mechano set when unpacked. Would not recommend doesn’t seem very strong,

I bought a Palram 10x6 hybrid greenhouse. The price looked excellent value and the reviews seemed good. Erection was straight forward in the main, the only tricky bits were the skylight window and some of the plastic finishings. It took me about 8 hours on my own over two days to put up including leveling an area, laying some old flags and setting out the base on day 1 and completing construction on day 2. The result looked flimsy due to the thin and light polycarbonate glazing but felt rigid enough. So far so good, I used the greenhouse through the summer and have been pleased with that aspect, however I am becoming concerned as autumn gets closer and also have several gripes.
Firstly, on the positive side, I bought the greenhouse on line from Robert Dyas in March just before the Covid19 lock down. Delivery was direct from manufacturer so I was worried that it may not arrive. I contacted Palram by email and was pleased to get a quick reply reassuring me and my greenhouse arrived just 2 weeks late which I thought was excellent given the circumstances.
From thereon however customer service bombed.
The packaging advertised a choice of free accessories if I left a review. I posted a review and applied for the free staging offered. From this point on responses to emails dried up, not even courtesy acknowledgements of my application or to my numerous emails over the next 3 months and complaints registered through the Palram website. Although I was unaware of the free staging offer when I bought the greenhouse I felt angry that they had not honored the offer and that their after sales service was so unresponsive.
In terms of the product itself the first problem I had was that the lightweight glazing is easily knocked out of the frame so in the confined space it’s important to be careful when moving large objects around. The glazing does push back in easily though.
Secondly there are a number of plastic fittings that attach to ends of the framework. Mostly aesthetic and non functional but it was disappointing that not all of them fitted easily/well and some kept falling off.
The worst issue is the skylight. It attaches to the apex with a fiddly hooking action and is only held in place by the plastic elbow/hinge that also holds the window open. The elbow is not robust and after a few gusty days lifting the window out of its lodging the hinge and its attachments became so loose that it is no longer strong enough to hold the frame in place. I am looking at ways to attach the frame using a metal hinge and have for the time being tied the window down but am dreading the autumn with any serious winds.
I have contacted Palram on numerous occasions now about all of the above issues without getting any acknowledgement or response.
The greenhouse is proving to be of budget quality. It has done what I needed through the summer but I am not confident that it will do well through the winter or provide me with many years use in the future. Palram after sales service is non existent so I will not be buying any more of their products.

Palram - Skylight Pent Shed 4x6

I wish I had done more research and read more reviews of this product - it is poor quality, flimsy and a waste of money. Assembly can be time consuming and requires at some stages more than two to assist construction and maintain stability. I can only deduce those who have written favourable product reviews of this product in particular have low expectations and are easily pleased.

The shed has limited wind resistance with very light flimsy panels which do nothing for stability. Despite fully anchoring the base I have had to reinforce the walls and upper door frame with thick plywood to make the shed robust and achieve good stability. The screws fixing the door hinges are self-tappers and can be seen within the supports of that side of the door frame. The upper hinge bears most weight and is likely in time to bend and distort its supporting frame. Nuts and bolts would have been better here. I intend to replace the self- tappers with small bolts and use wood packers in the door frame to improve support.

The paint covering the fastening bolts and hinges is poor and will degenerate and flake off with the elements.

Galvanised products would have been better here. I intent to repaint existing fittings with Black Hammerite paint. The vents at the top of the shed will need to be netted to prevent insects or other parasites invading the shed interior.

In summary an awful product - don’t buy unless you are prepared to spend more money to modify the shed to be more robust and tolerate the elements. (High winds in particular - it is only rated for winds up to 56mph.)

One star in my review is being exceptionally generous - it’s a **** product, Profit seems more important than quality here to the manufacturer and resellers.

I have invalidated the guarantee - but who cares - all my modifications give me a small utility garden shed that I expect if used sensibly will outlive any guarantee offered by this company. This is not a product as sold to install in environments where inclement weather and high winds can be expected - Scotland, for example. Global warming with climate change needs more consideration in the design of this particular shed to make it more robust. It’s certainly not worth c£320.

I repeat DONT BUY.

What a fantastic shed. Took two of us 6hrs but worth it. Never bought/built one of these sheds before but found it quite simple, really good instructions and had plenty of fixings, everything was in the boxes. Really happy with it and would recommend. 5 ⭐.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY -- Claims wind resistance up to 56mph. I had 20-25 mph winds rip it apart on top of the foundation it was anchored to on day 2. Warranty Department said this was act of god so nothing they would honor. Flimsy material; horrible product; and unethical company stole my $650.

Over priced. A flimsy shed which is not easy to erect. Beware --- on opening and looking at the booklet - wind resistance only 56mph!!!!!. This fact should be highlighted on the advertising of this product. It is so flimsy you will not be able lean anything against the sides. It takes ages to sort and organise the components. Do not try to erect even with slight breeze unless you have three people. Not recommended.

We are very pleased with the choice of product, very good quality, easy installation, modern light appearance. Several neighbors have asked where they can buy something like this. we recommend

I purchased a Palram Feria 3 x 5.4 veranda from Costco online. Delivery was quick and it is now up and looking great. We ensured that our solid base and wall mounting was level and took time to study the instructions. It was a 2 person job and took us around 5 hours. We were impressed with the clever nuts and bolts and the way it fitted together. Even the protective film on both sides of the roof sheets was fitted in a way that could be taken off easily if you had forgotten to take them off earlier. I am delighted with my purchase, with the whole process from start to finish a pleasure. Happy to recommend and also think it would be good as a car port.

Received a flat pack 6x4 Pent shed and I thought OMG this is not what I thought thin and flimsy and bent guides that had to be straightened. If you did Meccano as a kid well this is the same thing but on a bigger scale. Only difference Meccano was stronger. On the last page it says anchor the shed to the base and for the cost you are charged you think they would supply you with those but no. Not exactly rigid once assembled. Stick with Keter better quality and the same price

Absolute nightmare! Ordered this shed on 22nd April (we've only just built it 4th June), at the time of delivery we had no notification of despatch or anything. We were isolating at the time as I thought I had corona virus. Driver turns up at 9am, throws the box around as we couldn't help him with it, as we were unwell and didn't want him to contract the illness. Got the package inside and as soon as we opened it we knew it would be damaged from the severe lack of protective packaging. After checking all the pieces a good 3/4 of it were scratched or bent - side note, be careful on the metal pieces as they caused a lot of cuts to our hands. We were in touch with Elbec straight away and they were helpful, asked us to send photos of the damage so they could send on to the manufacturer, we did this and then received a call from Palram themselves. Very apologetic and friendly, asked us to let them know what parts where damaged and they could sort a replacement / part replacement. We replied back to say most of it was damaged and could we have a full replacement. Due to Covid-19 they were low on stock so they did their best to sort parts, which to be fair they did send. We ended up getting parts that were mostly even more damaged. We have now also been left with a full box of parts that we need to dispose of somehow. Assembly of the shed is a nightmare. 2 person job at the very least. 3 - 4 would be ideal as for the first 25 pages of instructions one of us had to stand holding it all together. Shed itself looks ok, very cheap looking but I like the colour (grey). Customer service from both Palram and Elbec started off friendly but went sour as they had offered all kinds of GoGW and we ended up with a shocking shelf we are now looking to tip too. Poor quality and terrible service. Severely disappointed. Don't recommend.

Customer service to get replacement parts is terrible. No one answers phone and they don't return emails. Blaming delay on Covid-19 but come on. I'm sure by now someone could be available to answer.

Easy purchase and delivery. Very thorough building instructions.

Purchased the PALERMO 3600-GAZEBO...it is now in place...and looks really great...sturdy, strong, stylish...two man delivery (pre lockdown)…was on time and was placed where I wanted it...would highly recommend the PALERMO 3600-GAZEBO.

I have try to get in touch with this company to get an update on a delivery. Allegedly the shed was in stock and only need to be shipped. I understand the difficulties due to COVID19, however I can’t get in touch with anybody, my email are not answered and the shed is not arrived. I got a text message said that they are working hard, that’s all. It has now been over a month. Awful company, no customer service no professional or reliable.

Delivery service from Palram had some complications but as I’m reviewing the shed I’ve not marked this down. Definitely a 2 man job and took myself & husband a lot of time but well worth it.

i purchased a 8x6 polram hybrid greenhouse and i am very pleased with it,
it looks good and the assembly is not to bad if you follow the step by step instructoins

The greenhouse has arrived all present and correct the finish is very good quality and it only took me one day to put it together it was straight foreword as I am 68 that is not to bad a time and also drilled and fixed to concrete base .

Excellent price great product fantastic customer service
