The greenhouse i got is excellent value for money and is relatively easy to assemble. The process of ordering and delivery was first class. I would highly recommend that you can use this company and be well satisfied.

Palram are a leading name in the greenhouse market but still refuse to make anything like a reasonable instruction video.. pathetic !

Bought palram harmony greenhouse from Homebase, 6x4 in green. Ideal size for our garden, fast delivery, easy to erect. Very pleased with greenhouse, very good quality for the price paid

I wrote a very good report about our Harmony greenhouse but since the winds wish I'd bought 1 with thick glass this1 I wouldn't buy again. I phoned palram to ask where I could purchase a gutter connecting kit and was told they don't sell them So does that mean I need 4 buckets to collect the rain water as there is 4 gutter ends

Having had a windy night my Hybrid greenhouse bought from Palram was not good in any sort of windy conditions, the problem is the very light plastic panels of the Hybrid greenhouse,if I’d known this I would have bought the Mythos version with the thicker more stable panes , I’m not to happy about this , I didn’t really understand when I bought this online what I was getting, one thing is for sure ,if I’d seen the two greenhouses in a shop I would definitely go for the Mythos greenhouse with the much better more stable panes , not very happy

If you don’t want your greenhouse to end up in a mess you need to follow the instructions. The assembly manual stresses several times the importance of attaching the structure to a firm base (which I chose not to do), including the following instruction “In order to anchor the greenhouse use the designated manufacturer anchoring kit.” Curiously, given that everything else required to assemble the structure is supplied the aforementioned anchoring kit is not supplied, neither are the fixing screws / rawlplugs for the bottom of the diagonal bracing.
The warranty contains a ‘force majeure’ clause, e.g. hail, storm, tornado, hurricane, blizzard etc. so it’s worth noting that a thumbnail-sized diagram on the front page of the manual refers to wind resistance with a figure of just 56mph – suggesting to me that wind in excess of this would void the warranty via the abovementioned force majeure clause.
The rationale for my giving this product only one star is not down to any beef I have with the product but rather to do with my dissatisfaction with the After Sales Service. In course of the assembly I wanted to raise some queries which I did by email to the customer service email address. My queries related to some issues I had with firmly attaching the air opening roof panels (“I really need some help from you on this.”), positioning and securing of the diagonal bracing, the (surprising) necessity to drill the missing holes in the bracing extension pieces, missing fixing slots for the top and bottom bolts to secure the door and a few other fitting/positioning issues which I mentioned in the spirit of constructive criticism for the benefit of future customers. I received no reply to my 45 line email. I sent follow up emails 2 weeks and 4 weeks later and still not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement. This was clearly unsatisfactory.

Purchased sierra patio cover 8.5m wide, It arrived on time in good condition. The patio cover was of excellent design, easy to assembly, robust and smart once fully installed. I am very pleased with the results overall very good value.

Very pleased with this well manufactured and sturdy shed that fits snugly up to one of our walls. A little fiddly to construct and needs 2 people to make it easier but the finished product is worth it and offers good value.

Sierra veranda arrived and was fairly easy to put up with 2 people. When we were inserting the roofing paddles at first it didnt seem to be sitting right but we soon realised we hadn't placed the legs quite square but once we corrected that it was.
It has been absolutely great. We have already had intense wind and rain and it has been solid. There hasn't been too much noise with the rain battering down.
We have mounted it onto a pebble dashed wall so we have used lots of sealant to keep it waterproof which we have managed after a couple of goes so smooth brick walls will be no problem.
A piece of guttering had been broken in transit but company replaced it promptly without hesitation.

Very good quality product. Bought one a few years ago still looks brand new.now I've bought another one for side of house.

Great little shed very easy to assemble and the roof skylight emits great natural light. Bought for our son for a little workshop. Would recommend it to anyone!

I purchased the 6.1 x 3 metre grey patio cover, installed myself over 2 days and have to say wow, love the product, went together so easy and so well made, top quality product. Called the company a couple of times for an issue I had where a part turned up broken and this company just gets on with sorting it. No messing about. 3 months down the line and I wanted some special bolts they use so I can change a few bits, called them up and bang, bolts on their way. Love this company. Would not hesitate in recommending their products, amazing service and quality. Many companies would do well to copy this companies attitude to customer care. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I was looking for a decent shed that would last and not rot, and I came across this company. Website is easy to navigate and prices are really competitive, service was excellent and delivery was fast. Recommended if you want a sturdy garden building.
