Booking a cruise, used Panache for the first time after poor price elsewhere. Nicola was magic. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Booked our second cruise on Riveria via Panache. Initially gave 5 star review. Tickets arrived and I noticed the flight time had been brought forward 3.5 hours to 7 am departure. When I questioned why we weren't told earlier told airline could change flight up to 24 hours before take off (BA is airline). Had to travel night before and have hotel at extra cost. Had e-mail saying Panache had brought it to my attention and I shouldn't have been surprised. Challenged this today now we are back so as not to leave myself vulnerable to retribution from them. Now told they had not told us but still not apology for suggesting I am a liar for being surprised.

Will not be using them again - an organisation that covers up and does not take responsibility. It a joke to think they will assist post sale.

Better to book direct with Riveria.

Superb service from Helen as usual. A complicated booking made so easy by Helen who discovered we were planning a cruise and connecting that rip with a land tour of China and beach break in Thailand. She informed us that she could book this too! So a trip that started out as a bit tricky for us to tie together was a series of quick emails, decisions and all done and booked. Effortless from our side, a fair bit of work I am sure from Helen. As always totally efficient, excellent pricing a seamless experience. I can’t praise Helen and the Panache team highly enough.
