First experience of booking a cruise with Panache, the cruise was a last minute decision, but with the assistance of Helen Fensom, the booking was made in an efficient and friendly way, and we look forward to booking our next cruise with Penache.

Very quick response by phone to on line query. Joe was very polite and efficient. He quickly searched for alternative cruises and prices and found me a great deal.
The website was easily navigabke and well laid out.

1st time booking with Panache cruises, Louise has been really accommodating, we knew the exact cruise we wanted to book, Louise helped us get the best price and flights, we changed our minds a few times and she just went along with it and did what we requested, looking forward to the holiday we booked now

This is the first time I've used Panache to arrange a cruise, and so far the experience has been pretty good and certainly no worse than using other similar providers. Their pricing was very keen and the service offered was personable and reasonably prompt and efficient, albeit I did experience some gaps in the product / procedural knowledge of the fairly new team member who dealt with my booking, which slightly took the edge off an otherwise very positive first impression. The 'nothing is too much trouble' tag line and the promise of a named point of contact for all after-sales calls and enquiries is a really attractive proposition, as dealing with some of Panache's competitors after a reservation has been made can be quite a headache. Thus far, however, I've not had the opportunity to test fully this claim. As we get closer to the cruise itself, time will tell if our actual experience lives up to this bold commitment. Fingers crossed!

My experience was second to none, in spoke to Catherine who dealt with my booking, quite different to other cruise agencies, she dealt with everything most efficiently in a timely manner, will definitely use again & introduce friends…..

We have used Panache for at least 4 years and have been very impressed by their service.All the staff we have dealt with have been knowledgeable and very reliable.They have usually made suggestions which enhanced our cruises.
This is very helpful given the complexity of cruise choices. particularly in cabin and excursion choices.

A very positive experience from first contact to making booking. The agent was friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All queries were answered in a professional and speedy manner. Phone calls were answered almost immediately and if particular agent was not available, a return call would be made promptly. The price of the holiday was very competitive and booking process straight forward.

Eric was very personable on the phone, and easy to talk to. I already had my cabin in mind, so he just had to secure it for me. We've been on 6 Royal Caribbean cruises, and I've always just booked them myself online, but for something overseas, a new cruise line...Azamara, I thought I should have a little assistance this time. There is no price difference for me. The cruise is over 2 years away, so we have not gone into any more details for now, but I'm confident that if and when I need help, Eric will be there!

Absolutely first class support from Catherine who went beyond my expectations to ensure that I was able to book the cruise I wanted . We have been cruising for over 40 years using one or two agents, but Panache will definitely be my go to agent hence forth. Their services are superb

On a separate experience with Panache, I would like to thank Victoria who sorted out an issue we had with our Azamara booking - spending a lot of time on the phone to them, when I had given up getting any sense out of them!

So far, Panache have really proved they cover the whole service for cruise bookings from beginning to end, and I will use them again.

I found the staff very knowledgeable, and helpful. I wasn't rushed or pushed into buying anything straight away .i have in fact booked a river cruise so perhaps I will come back afterwards and let you know what I think.
