Excellent till install on site with care and consideration when routing all cabling. Good quality hardware and a super easy to use system.. Perfect for any quality hospitality venue.

Taking the plunge in a new system is daunting. But John was very knowledgable, patient and friendly. Gave advice on all the options without been pushy. The after support since as been first class. Bea has been my contact, she has patiently guiding me through things as they cropped up, answering my calls even over the weekend and late evening. I could not have done this with out her. She’s a keeper!! Thank you so much.

We have recently started using any online ordering system through PanaEpos. I can not fault the service we have received from everyone. They have always been at the end of the phone for any questions I have. A Hugh thanks to John and especially Bea who went above and beyond ringing me late on a Saturday night and Sunday morning to check that everything was ok. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

Very happy with the service we recieve from Panaepos. Tills went offline on a Saturday afternoon and they were with us within an hour. Superb.

As a manager I’ve been using pana for at least 5 years , different venues but the always working with the same system , they have always been great , with support at pretty much anytime of the day, quick and efficient support team , shout out to B, she’s been nearly my personal point of call , professional and great at her job, always nice to call and have a laugh while couching me and helping setting up news menus ( even when i dont give her enough time ) she always makes sure the work gets done and on time, hard to find professionals like this nowadays ! We have recently taken up with Panaepos for our till systems at The Jolly Farmers following the recommendation from our Brewery.

As our transition was all very last minute moving into the pub, they were able to fit us into their very busy schedule.

The Panaepos Team have been consistently approachable and helpful with excellent in person and online support. If there have been any complications or things lost in translation they have been very quick at finding a solution.

They are also able to work with us with interruptions with our business, changes in products and prices etc...

There will be no hesitation in recommending their service to any business.

We have used Panaepos for our till systems here at The Owl Tearooms since taking on the business in 2017. We have a complicated operation with a shop, coffee station, restaurant, garden and kitchen. The system supports all our needs in directing the relevant orders to the correct locations to enable our service to run smoothly and efficiently. The back office facility allows us to monitor financial data and sales in real time. It also allows us to manage staff Attendance and performance.
The Team at Panaepos have been consistently approachable and helpful with excellent online support. We have only ever experienced first rate product support when on the rare occasions hardware has been problematic almost always replacing items the same day when needed.
We would not hesitate in recommending their service to any business.

We changed our till system 7 months ago and from the start the assistance and support from Panaepos support team has been first class. Bea in particular has been very helpful in fine tuning our system to how we want it and nothing appears to be too much trouble. We operate a 7 days a week business and the support out of office hours is always very prompt and any issues are usually resolved in a few minutes. All members of staff, from sales, installation, support and finance give excellent service and are a pleasure to deal with.
