I have used and would happily recommended PanaEpos now for a number of uses and always found their hardware, software and technical knowledge reliable, Intuitive,robust and supportive.
Having recently opened a new coffee shop PanaEpos was my first port of call. In today's technological world having a one stop supply solution that you can trust, that is reliable and robust plus a system that is going to give you the business and customer information you need to stay ahead of your competitors can be a real advantage .

We decided to install a new EPOS Till system in summer. From the first meeting with John we felt in safe hands. Installation was about 10 days from the first meeting and all was very swift and well organized. Bearing in mind we were in our busiest time of the year the whole team were very sympathetic to our needs. The support afterwards has been second to none, particularly Dan Brackpool who has become our point of contact and often dropping in to show us something new! A great system and a great support network, highly Recommended.

System upgrade and intergration to website
From start to finish John and his team were helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. We have been working with them for years as they supplied the old till system too.With the new one coming in Daniel took all the stress away by transferring all information over, giving us more than sufficient training and support. The transition has been seamless. At no point have we had any disturbance to our working day or to our lovely customers. These guys truly know what they are doing, and can provide (in my experience) the best service for anyone in any doubt on which company to go with choose these guys!
