Customer service review
I have not bought the program, but their customer support was very helpful. They answered all of my questions. This doesn't have all that I'm looking for right now. But I will be keeping an eye on them for when I need what they have in the future.

I am so glad I found Paperturn. I am a solo producer and tried many many other platforms until I hit the jackpot with Paperturn. Fair price, amazing real people always available to help, super easy intuitive platform. The support is fast, direct and they don't write dissertations, don't use robot texts, and really look at your issue to solve it. They go beyond the scope of the platform (helping me program DNS...!) 10 stars!

Good customer service
We are considering issuu and paperturn and had many questions. We were impressed by paperturn's person-to-person chat vs. issuu's comprehensive automated chat service. Paperturn also provided us with a customer service phone number and demo sales agent. If we decide to go with paperturn, I'm confident that their customer service will be prompt and thorough. Shout out to paperturn's Sophia who was phenomenal in answering all of our chat questions for almost an hour :)
