My experience with Parker Howley was exceptional. I knew what I wanted and they made it happen. Joe helped put it all in motion. He was great at liaising with my counter top manufacturer to explain what it was I was trying to make happen (you can tell I'm no linguist). Simon, my delivery person, was strong, patient and thoughtful with regards to manoeuvring the island into the kitchen with no bumps or scrapes. Thank you to the team, a great experience from start to finish.

Parker Howley are very professional. Loved how much they kept in contact and they worked with us when we weren’t able to provide all the info they needed immediately The vanity we ordered is absolutely stunning. It transformed the bathroom. I can be fussy but I am so pleased with The wood stain, it’s perfect. Worth every penny. I will describe it as QUALITY.

They brought the kitchen island of our dreams to life, I really have no complaints, only praise. We moved to a new house with a big kitchen that was missing something! Parker and Howley managed to help us complete it by making us a lovely, custom kitchen island that matches our current kitchen but also stands out on its own. It's already received so many compliments from guests!

The customer service is lovely, communicative and always kept us up to date regarding the process, from design to final outcome. Very understanding of our wishes and design needs as well. We are very happy and wholeheartedly recommend them!

I can not praise the team at Parker & Howley highly enough for their craftmanship and quality of product. Our project involved over 20 items which were all delivered on schedule, without flaws. The design team worked quickly and in a creative flexible way to deliver an end-result that has been impressing all that have seen the work now installed. All of this at a reasonable price too.

Bought a vanity and it is beautiful. The team were also so helpful with lots of questions we had beforehand, and gave a speedy response with a further queries after delivery. It’s absolutely gorgeous and so well made.

From the moment that we visited the showroom we received excellent customer service. We were even allowed to visit the workshop and meet the craftsmen. The ethos of the company is commendable. Now our furniture is fitted and we are so pleased with the result!

We spent ages looking at units before settling on the unit from Parker Howley. We are fortunate to live locally & on our first visit we were given a tour of the workshop. Quality and care were evident. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions.
We chose to have the unit painted in Little Greene paint and for very little extra the company painted wardrobe doors to match.
Delivery was as stated and on time.
The staff we dealt with were helpful and very patient.
We are delighted with the unit and it definitely has the wow factor.

I am absolutely in love with my handmade vanity unit! From the moment I placed the order with Richard everything went smoothly.

Communication was excellent throughout, friendly, clear, and always responsive to any questions I had.

The delivery was prompt and perfectly handled, and the unit arrived in immaculate condition. You can really tell this is a high-quality, handcrafted piece. The oak is beautifully finished, and the craftsmanship is second to none.

Our vanity unit is just gorgeous! The quality is excellent and we love it. Parker Howley were fantastic to deal with, always had a solution and were happy to help whenever I needed. We bought all our sanitary wear through them as well so it all matched, was all delivered together and looks great!

Having found Parker Howley on Instagram & having looked at their stunning bathroom vanity units we realised we wanted one for our bathroom renovation.
The customer service is amazing, I had several questions which were emailed over the Christmas period, every one was answered quickly. We got advise about sizing, colour, handles nothing was too much for them.
As Parker Howley is just near our home we also visited the showroom to see all the beautiful units, designs & finishes, again nothing was too much for them, they do go above & beyond.
Our unit arrived on the exact date that was quoted on ordering & it is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is fantastic, it really is a beautiful piece of furniture

I saw lots of people with their vanity units online and instantly wanted one too. Obviously the products are expensive, so I wanted to check them out in person. I emailed to ask about their showroom and received an instant reply. We went to the showroom and met the team and it was a great experience.

After a little umming and ahhing on design from our side, we took the plunge and ordered a unit. It arrived quickly afterwards, with a dedicated delivery guy.

The unit is stunning - love, love love!

We did have a minor issue in that our quartz didn't fit our taps. Now this isn't their fault, more just miscommunication as I'd given an example of taps we were going to use, as opposed to the specific set of taps. I contacted them to explain and they were LOVELY. Top class customer service and a quick trip up the motorway and we had a correct piece of quartz.

Yes the products are expensive, but they are obviously well made and will last many, many years, so it's well worth it!
