Some details are innaccurate on vehicle specifications e.g you select a specific model and year, and I know for a fact that the 1.6CRDi engine never came with a 6 speed gearbox like it says. Only the 2.0CRDi came with the 6 speed... It also says that particular year is Euro 5 (and to be fair it does warn you that you need to double check and it "may" be incorrect, but really, they are all euro 4 for that mk1 make of Kia Ceed so it IS not MAY be incorrrect). So why would I trust any specifications for other cars on their website?

The specs we hold originally come from the manufacturer via our data suppliers at CAP/HPi.
The problem highlighted is when the manufacturer changes a car's spec midway through production but do not assign the car a different derivative name/ID. In essence, you [can] have 2 different variants of the same car which can cause confusion.
Normally our data will show the most recent variant.

Few optional extras listed in paid version.
I purchased the “Custom Valuation” service as it stated it covered many more aspects than the free version. Given the car I was interested in, a Mini Clubman, had several “Optional Extras” that were non standard, and I wanted to compare it against some others, I paid for a month’s access.
Pretty useless, the app only lists a tiny proportion of the available optional extras, nothing for LED headlights for example, so scarcely better than the free version. Very disappointing. Ho hum.
