I have always been slightly nervous about using car dealers however the guys at Parkway Motors were very good. I first dealt with Andy who was very friendly. I then dealt with Phil who was very good and gave great customer service. I would recommend the team at Parkway Motor Group.

I was nervous about using Motorway to sell my Tiguan, but dealing with Lee who collected the vehicle and T/A Parkway Motor Group who brought the vehicle made the process stress free. If I were to sell another vehicle in the future I will definitely use Motorway and pray that T/A Parkway Motor Group buy it. Thank you T/A Parkway for a smooth transaction.

Just purchased a car from the team at Parkway. Everything about this experience was top notch, from the initial call with Andy, documentation review, test drive. Nothing was too much trouble, exceptional service. Had a chat with the some of the team while I was onsite, you just get a great feeling about the place and the team.

Recently purchased a BMW from here, everything you want from a garage to be honest!
I'd arranged a viewing late on Friday night via AutoTrader, prompt reply via email early on the Saturday and went to view straight away.

Car was in great condition and they were happy for us to take it for a test drive alone. They happily sorted out a few car wash scratches on the bonnet and replaced all 4 tyres due to advisories on the MOT, something a lot of places wouldn't even entertain.

Andy was great both in person and over email and made the whole experience a pleasant one, i'd strongly recommend them if you are after a used car in the £10-£25k range

I must say, after dealing with quite a few dealerships over my time, I cannot fault this company.
From start to finish, the process of buying my Mercedes was flawless.
Spoke to Andy initially and he was friendly and very helpful. Couldn't do enough to insure that I was happy with the process of buying the car.
They insured that the car had a fresh MOT and also a full pre delivery inspection report.
Went to pick up the car on a long train journey and was picked up from the station by one of the employees, whom was very friendly and pleasant.
Arrived at the dealership to see Dean as unfortunately Andy had a prior engagement, but did inform me.
Dean was very professional and insured I was 110% happy with the car prior to doing any paperwork.
The car was as described and I couldn't fault the handover process.
Everything including the warranty was explained and I felt like a valued customer.
I have to recommend these guys as I can not fault anything they have done. Perfect from start to finish. Even had a call the next day to insure all is good with the car, which in my opinion meant a lot as follows ups mean you are not forgotten once you buy the car.
Exceptional is all I can say. Will be insuring that I recommend to family and friends and looking at them again for when its time for a new car.

This is my second car purchased from Andy at parkway and have to say it was a complete pleasure dealing with the team again, even though they were really busy they got the car ready for me in 3 days as my son needed my old car for his new job, so a big thank you to Andy and the team.
