Pars Rug Gallery Reviews

Arash and his team did a superb restoration on a Senneh Kelim that had been badly chewed by a mischevious Collie. You cannot tell where the repair is. Real skill!

I had my old Khamseh rug cleaned and the colours came up beautifully. It is clear that Arash is immensely knowledgeable about rugs and their history, and where they originate from. I am very happy with his services and would recommend Pars Rug Gallery.

my rug looks like new
only down side was delivery took longer than expected
would use this company again in the future

I recently had an antique Agra rug restored by Pars Rug Gallery, a magnificent piece I inherited from my grandfather. This rug is very close to my heart, and I was quite nervous about handing it over — but I am so glad I chose this company.

Arash and Maryam were wonderful to work with. They were excellent with communication, clearly explaining the restoration process and sharing their deep knowledge about rugs, which gave me great confidence. They were also very attentive and supportive, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and with great care. Together, they made the whole experience professional, reassuring, and completely stress-free.

The service itself was completely hassle-free — they picked up my rug and delivered it back after restoration, making the process effortless for me. The restoration was remarkable: the rug’s colors, texture, and intricate patterns have been beautifully revived while keeping its antique character intact. It truly feels like a treasured masterpiece once again.

I’m very grateful for the care, professionalism, and expertise of Pars Rug Gallery, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to restore or preserve a valuable rug.

Requested a quote from Pars for rug cleaning, which I received (although addressed to the wrong person). Followed up a couple times with some questions to confirm the service, but no response. Disappointing.

I have bought rugs from Pars Rug Gallery before and wanted them cleaned and restored. The team did a great job and were very helpful. They have come back looking as good as new.

I'm very pleased with the cleaning and restoration of my old silk Turkish rug. This work was carried out by Pars Rug Gallery. They kindly repaired the fringes on both ends using silk.

The restoration of my rug resulted in an 'as new' appearance and was a perfect job. It took a long while but was worth the wait. Contacts with Pars were always most courteous and professional.

I bought 2 cushions online from Pars Rugs . They took the cost from my account immediately . Then told me that they were out of stock and they would refund me the full cost . Nearly six weeks later and many calls and emails I have not received my refund . Whatever is going on it is not a company that I would want to do business with ever again .

Our Kashan carpet is looking very good after it's clean and the new fringe makes all the difference. Pars service was always helpful and informative. I would certainly recommend them.

Wonderful efficient service
Treated the rug and myself with lots of respect, clear messages and lovely results.
Thank you!

Outstanding Service - responded to my issue promptly, constantly kept me up to date with progress, nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding work quality, very professional, would HIGLY recommend.

We have a beautiful Afghan, silk rug that after 30+ years was showing wear across the end fringing. From my first engagement with the Pars Rug Gallery team I could not have been happier. I received an accurate assessment, professional clean and excellent repair - at, what I regard to be, a very fair price. I was kept appraised throughout of the progress of the work. My much loved rug now looks fantastic - thank you to the Pars Rug Gallery team.

A much used, and abused, Chinese wool rug has been beautifully cleaned. We were advised also to have the colours restored (not sure what that process is but it worked) and the fringes replaced.
From collection to return delivery was 3 months and well worth the wait. We are delighted.
Thank you to all concerned.

Excellent service, fantastic service.Arash personally collected and delivered from Guernsey our Antique Persian Sarough carpet. Our carpet looks amazing after the restoration. We highly recommend Pars Rug Gallery.

My carpet has been beautifully cleaned and repaired and looks like new. The missing star is because I lost contact for a while, but in the end I needn't have worried (but I did).

From start to finish it was very easy to work with the company. I have a large 12ftx 9ft rug that needed a very deep clean and moth treatment. It was recommended to also have some mending done which I hadn't thought of and WOW! What an amazing repair job!!!! Incredible!!!! I am 110% satisfied with the service and price and look forward to enjoying my rug for many years!

The customer service is brilliant, they let you know what is going on every step of the way. I really didn't think the rug was repairable as my dog had chewed it, but they have done a fantastic job looks brand new. Would definitely recommend this company 100%

Absolutely amazing service. Thorough communication throughout, they did an incredible restoration of a beautiful but threadbare rug that my grandad brought back from his travels in the 40’s. Above and beyond expectation.

Found Pars Rugs Gallery on eBay as we were looking for a new rug for our recently restored hallway floor. We travelled to Southampton from London to meet Arash at his showroom , they have such an incredible range of beautiful rugs. Arash was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and offered a 1st class service. It could so easily have been a wasted journey but we are really pleased we made the effort - I will definitely buy from the company again and when needed use their rug cleaning service. Thanks again Arash
