I finalized an order for patches on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived the following Friday already. The patches look great and they even sent a few more than what the order said.

I previously placed a order for 20 patches after receiving them the patches look nothing like the proof, "Spr 14" is completely messed up "35" is crooked. The "I" and "H" in sisterhood are not the same size as the other letters.. and sisters keeper looks like it was written by a kindergartener. I am completely upset that our patches came out looking like this as we have an event coming up.. Please reevaluate the patches we we're sent with the proof and advise me on what can be done to fix this.

I was very disappointed that the communication had been great up until this point.. This is just bad customer service if only I were able to attach the proof vs the actual product. It is now Oct 19 and no one has even responded to my email

I really didn't know what to expect. I had never heard of the company but I saw a few examples of their work. Looked great so I ordered and the patches came out amazing. I've made hats with them and sewn them to jackets and work shirts. Makes anything into my business' apparel.

It was hard trying to reach them, no response to my emails. I had to call couple times to get my order in.
