Very disappointed with the quality of the flowers delivered. The bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand replacements when some flowers are unavailable but for the whole bouquet to look different was not good. Flowers were not fresh and died quickly.

For anyone reading this review. Please note that this is what we call in the flower industry and Order Gatherer. They have a website but NO BRICK AND MORTAR. They take your order which is usually an FTD arrangement and then call a local florist in the area to which your arrangement is to be delivered. You may order a $200 dollar arrangement but they only offer us rock bottom price and we then have to negotiate with them. Thus you ending up with a $55 dollar arrangement. We don't know what you actually ordered because they only give us flower types and ask for us to fill it to the value they proved us. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.... Do yourselves a favor and go a step further with your online searches. Look for a florist that has been in business for years and actually has a shop. If you see the word *sponsored* or *ad* DO NOT click and order. I work in the industry at a shop of 60+ years. Take the extra step and ensure your loved one receives exactly what you ordered.

****SCAM ALERT**** The negative reviews about this business are accurate. Ordered an arrangement for delivery on 1/27. I called 4 different times on 1/28 to confirm delivery and was told it had been was delivered but no confirmation email could be sent until the driver arrived back at the flower shop. On 1/29 I was told the same story. Asked to speak with a manager on each call and was placed on long holds then told a manager was not available. Called my credit card company to dispute the charge, as no service was ever rendered.

This place is a joke!!! Its my fault not looking at the reviews first but I needed flowers delivered the same day. I had to check in to see if they had been delivered via email and found out they were never delivered OR did they contact me. 0 stars but I had to choose one to fill out this form. patriciaspetals.com should stay offline...

Flowers that I ordered were not as expected, but after communications with the owners, they made it right. No complaints after the problem was solved.

Horrible experience! After ordering flowers for a friend I get an email a few hours later informing me that they had no flowers available???? What!!! A florist with no flowers??? It's a good thing I looked at my emails or I would have missed it.

I too wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I would give a -1 rating. My flowers were never delivered, the order got changed. I am currently on hold for a refund, and have been on hold for 15+ minutes so far.

This is a scam business. I ordered twice, once online and then over the phone woman said they could definitely deliver and the first ordered wouldn't be charged. Second time the same thing happened.

I gave that star only because my review won’t be able to post but Patricia Petals is the worst business that I’ve encountered and what makes it even worse is that I told friends and family to order their flowers for my mothers funeral and it was a NIGHTMARE absolutely horrible and disgusting to let people in a time of suffering to let us order flower arrangements for a funeral and not have the flowers to cover their orders that heartless. Besides stars they should have pictures of piles of crape From 1-5 and Patricia Petals should get 5+ piles of crape. They are a bunch of family run SCAMMERS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HEARTLESS SCAMMERS

I wish I would have seen the reviews before ordering! I ordered a flower plant arrangement for a family funeral yesterday for today. They contacted us this afternoon after the funeral to tell us they had issues with the flowers we ordered and now wanted to deliver them to the home. No thank you! What a big disappointment. They could have least called this morning instead of after the funeral and offered something else to be delivered. Bad business.

Complete scam!!!!!! Don't waste your money! They will promise you anything just to get your money!

The flowers I paid $70 look absolutely noting like the photos my friend received for her birthday. She actually reached out to me saying that I should submit a complaint because the flowers she received were so pitiful. I contacted Patricia's Petals and the best they would offer was a $15 refund.

Spend your money somewhere else.

Placed an order of a beautiful floral arrangement on Friday 1/20 for a funeral service held on 1/23. Only to receive a message on Monday afternoon that Patricas petals never received their flower shipment and would not be able to fulfill my order. They were expecting a delivery Monday night and could have my arrangement sent to the funeral home the next morning before mass. I was furious and asked for a refund was placed on hold for 10 min then told to check 3-5 business days for the refund. What a disappointment how do you run a business like that only to inform the customer at the same time the flowers were to be delivered? How infuriating and embarrassing during such a sad time.

This company failed to deliver to a funeral service with 3 days notice. The morning of the funeral, I called to confirm they would be delivered by 11am. I was assured they would. At 4pm, I received a voicemail stating that they would need to be delivered the next day.

Ordered Everlasting Memory Standing Spray Price: $150 + tax on Friday for Monday funeral in Rolla , MO. Called funeral home during visitation for confirmation and FLOWERS WERE NOT THERE!
NO, I DON"T WANT HOME DELIVERY?! Visitation is now & the funeral starts in 1/2 hr. Patricia's Petals never called and someone should have, 1st thing Monday, if they really had "supply problems". Same story with 1-800-Flowers flowers billed but not delivered, someone w/ east Indian accent making excuses for the rip-off.
Always confirm the local address & phone number as these online crooks pretend to be local but are not. There is no excuse for this.

I ordered flowers for a funeral 3 days in advance. They called and left a message 1 day before it was to be delivered and asked if they could use designer choice flowers since they didn't have the flowers on the web site. I called back and said yes. The next day they were supposed to deliver they texted me in the morning and asked me to call. I called immediately and they asked if they could use the designer choice. I said yes again, but I want the the quantity and quality of what I ordered. At noon that same day when they were supposed to deliver the flowers by 4:00 PM I get an email saying they were cancelling the order. I called and asked what was going on. They tried to blame me for not responding, but I proved I had responded 2 times already. They finally admitted they didn't have any flowers and couldn't deliver. This is a scam. At least they refunded my money.

OMG, wish I could leave ZERO!!! On Friday I ordered a funeral arrangement to be delivered for a Saturday morning funeral service at a church in the same city. Saturday at 3:39 pm I get a text asking if they could make a home delivery on Monday. EXCUSE ME??? You're offering to delivery funeral flowers to someone's home??? They say there is a "supply issue." And they didn't know that on Friday when the order was placed??? Unbelievable. I am so upset.

I should have read the reviews. I ordered flowers for a funeral, which they accepted. I DAY OF THE FUNERAL they called and told me they didn't have enough flowers and could only deliver it the day AFTER the funeral. Horrible horrible experience.

I also wish that there was a zero to give. The arrangement delivered was not what was displayed on their website. The greenery was horrible with torn and dead leaves. The arrangement looked like a kid had arranged it. I sent them pictures of and they said we can refund you $15.00, but I paid $80.00.
This is a horrible company. Do not waste your money! I wish that I could show you the pictures.
