FIND ANOTHER FLORIST!! I called on 5/8/23 to order flowers to be delivered for a graduation celebration on 5/13/23. I never received a delivery confirmation and showed up to the celebration and learned the flowers hadn't been delivered. The 'florist' is saying that they need to research the order as they showed the flowers had been delivered. SHAMEFUL!

Patricia's Petals is NOT a local florist--anywhere!! They are a FRONT for a network that charges additional "service charge" fees on top of what is due for the actual product and delivery. They absolutely misrepresent themselves. When there's an issue, there is no person to talk to other than their telephone team that has no authority nor knowledge of the business. DO NOT do business with this sham outfit!!

Everything the other posters have said is TRUE. They are a scam and absolute liars. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at ALL costs. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mom (well in advance) and tried to track them yesterday. Received an error message and when I called customer service they indicated they were having "supply chain issues" and would simply refund me. Which left me with no flowers / options. I would never trust using them to send anyone you care about a thoughtful gesture. If you don't have the supply, stop taking orders!! Beware of this business. I only wish I had read these other terrible reviews prior to relying on them.

Was supposed to have flowers delivered to my wife at her job for Mother’s Day never delivered unacceptable never again

Dishonest company! The flowers I got were nothing like the photo. The arrangement wasn't even half as big. Only the colors were the same. They didn't sent the florist a picture of what it was to look like. They just gave them a portion of the money collected and told them to make an arrangement using certain flowers. They had no idea what it was supposed to look like. They said I got free shipping, but the florist charged me a delivery fee making the money that went into the arrangement that much less. A total deception on the part of Patricia's Petals. I will NEVER use them again. They sent my order to a grocery store, I could have gone there to get my flowers and saved myself money. What a complete sham. Shame on you Patricia's Petals. The flowers were for a brother's funeral and they were an embarrassment. Patricia's Petals deserve negative stars for deceiving their clients. Telling them they get this beautiful arrangement in a footed vase. Then the end product was completely different and a lot smaller. It is FRAUD! I complained to them with NO response.

To say I am livid at this moment is an understatement! I ordered a friend flowers last Thursday for a Saturday delivery. It was imperative that my friend receive these flowers before today. The flowers never arrived, and no notification was given to me as of why. I call the florist on Sunday, and speak to Simon (Zimon?) who says they have no inventory, but PROMISED it would be delivered today. I just got a phone call telling me they have no flowers and won't be able to deliver! What in the actual hell is this place?

This is my fault, I should have checked YELP first. I never would have used this company if I had read these reviews!! Buyer definitely beware!! Now I have to go call my credit card because I do NOT TRUST them to give me my money back!

Shame on this business! A lot of times flowers are sent when someone is going through something brutal in life, and are actually needed!!!

Never order from these people! They said delivery on a Thursday as of the next day Friday still had not idea. Had to fight to get my money back!

DON'T use these people. I ordered a casket spray for my mother's funeral early in the week of the funeral, called on Thursday to confirm Friday delivery and was assured it was taken care of. Got a text Friday afternoon (when they were to be delivered!) that they couldn't do the order because of "lack of supplies". When we called we were told they couldn't look up the order because "their computer was down" but they'd call us back in next half hour; they NEVER called back. Had it not been for a local company that bailed us out at the last minute, my mother's casket would not have had flowers. I WILL be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today.

This company hires free lancers in philippines and is not paying the agents' salary on time - ALWAYS DELAYED.

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. I ordered two days prior for a funeral service. I was notified after the service started that they had no flowers. This goes through a call center where all of the agents speak very rough english.

The website promises same day delivery. My order was for the next day for a friend who just had surgery. The flowers never arrived, and the Patricia's Petal never emailed me to let me know they cancelled my order because they could not fill it. I only found out because the delivery never came and I called the shop 2 days later. When I called, I did not receive an apology or any follow up recommendations. The person who answered the phone not considerate. I will never recommend or use them again.

horrendous, terrible, disgusting and worst service!!!! do not trust them. we placed an order three weeks in advance for my aunt's funeral. they followed up with text messages wanting details of funeral location and time. i just found out from patricia's hacks (petals), service just ended an hour ago by the way, that they couldnt make the delivery in time and would we like them delivered somewhere else. what a total insult. you missed the service you morons! total scam. do not trust them! such an insult and total disregard for such a sad time for us. its a good thing they aren't around the corner. someone needs to be lit up. i called and spoke with the worthless supervisor, i didnt use one bad word, requesting someone higher up. there isnt a higher up. there isnt a patricia, lol. dont use them!!!!!

TOTAL SCAMMERS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE** PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER TWO WEEKS BEFORE MEMORIAL SERVICES, THEN CALLED THEM ON MONDAY TO CONFIRM FOR THAT WEDNESDAY AND SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WHO LIED AND SAID MY ORDER WAS FINE AND BEING WORKED ON, I RECD A TEXT THE DAY OF MEMORIAL SERVICE AT 8AM WHEN THE FLOWERS WERE SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED THAT DAY 10AM STATING MY THEY HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER, WHEN I CALLED THEY CASUALLY SAID "WE ARE HAVING SUPPLY PROBLEMS AND CANNOT FULFILL YOUR ORDER." THIS BUSINESS SUCKS!!

If I could give them no stars, I would. I ordered for a Memorial Service for my brother which was on a Sunday. The company texted me Friday at 5 saying they cannot fill the order due to a supply issue. They would not substitute either which left me not enough time to find another arrangement by Saturday.

I needed a floral arrangement for my ill sister. I was under the impression patriciaspetals was in her local area. They guaranteed same day delivery if ordered before 2PM local time. I had my order in before noon. No delivery yesterday or today. In addition to all that the added a "service fee" of 15.99. My advise..go elsewhere.

Orderd 2 days ahead of time for my sister's birthday so that my order would surely get processed. Get a text message mid-day ON my sister's birthday (the day of the delivery) that said they have no flowers or balloons. I asked what they could send, if it was just my choices. They had nothing they could do. This is incompetence at its best and likely fraud at its worst. I am not sure this is a real flower store.

Ordered a day early and showed up late. my spouse had already left work by the time they arrived. Ordered balloons but had none. Website claims to be local but come to find out they are out of Tampa Fl. Talking to customer service is a whole nother story, don't waste your time.

If I could give No Stars, I would! Ordered flowers to be sent for a 95th Birthday to be delivered. Not only did they not deliver, they called at 5:00 pm apologized and said they will delivered a larger bouquet the next morning. The next day at 5:00 pm I called since nothing was delivered. Without a phone call or text, they cancelled the order! Horrible! Never order from them. Very unprofessional and unreliable!!
