Misleading "discount" advertisement on their website! It offers "free shipping today" if you enter their special code at checkout - but then they charge a $16 "Service Fee".

What a crock. Will NEVER use Patricia's Petals again

wish i had seen this before I called patricia's. They told me they were local (apparently not true) and took my order. They called the next day to say there were supply chain issues (just like most of the comments below). I am not sure what they get out of this, but I will be checking by credit card for fraud.
In any case, i then found a real local florist. Very happy!

SCAM ! I wanted to order from a local company. The woman on the phone said that were local (lie). I told her I could not find an address anywhere on the internet. She told me that they were on Main St. I still thought it was seedy, she wanted my CC# before she had my order. I did order and I was scammed! I got a TEXT 1 day before the funeral that they did not get in a shippment that they would need to make the spray I had picked out. They text stated that I would get a refund in 10 days. What a pain! Thank goodness I found a REAL local company that was able to make a flower arrangement for me on a short notice. DO NOT USE Patricia Petals .. they are not LOCAL ANYWHERE.

I ordered the Divine Bouquet ; upgrade which was Pink Roses and small lilies. It came with (12) pink carnations and lots of baby’s breath,poorly arranged and a ribbon stuck in the middle.A waist of $89.00. Do not order from them.

This place is a scam. I ordered one thing and received a completely different arrangement. They claim it’s in their substitution policy but that’s just an excuse to send you whatever garbage they want. The arrangement I bought was white and green and they sent red and yellow flowers. When I informed them they said they would credit me $15. Such bs. Never order from these people. I was sending sympathy flowers and it looked like I was sending birthday celebration flowers. So awful.

This company should be out of business. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law’s 75th birthday and two days later they have not been delivered and they have no explanation as to why other than the driver hasn’t gotten back to them. Please don’t order flowers from here. It has been an awful experience to say the least.

This company should be out of business! I specifically ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday, 3/31/23 to a friend and her mother who was in hospice care in Greeley CO. The flowers were never delivered and my friends mother passed away on 4/1/23. The flowers were meant to be something to brighten a very difficult time. These people finally did prepare a delivery and I was absolutely embarrassed at what they sent, a sloppy arrangement with a very sloppy handwritten card! The names were not even correct how is that possible when I double checked them prior to sending the order! If you do not take pride in your business why have one? They added insult to injury when I was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get a refund! I wish I read reviews before I ordered! I was trying to support what I thought was a small business !

Ordered for Easter delivery. Received email morning of delivery that flowers were not available (!!!????) Your a florist!!!! Will never order again. Do not patronize this place.

Extremely disappointed . I upgraded to the deluxe level to ensure a quality gift would be received, but what was delivered was a clump of day lilies which may last another 24 hours before they darken and drop petals and 2-3 crumpled chrysanthemums for almost $100! I was embarrassed and disappointed. Calls to their 'customer service' and following up at their direction by email with pictures of the product that was received, left me with little confidence that a refund or compensation will be received; and of course, the moment of what should have been a happy moment for the recipient can never be replaced.

The arrangement was exactly what was shown on their website. Delivery was on time. I will use them again.

ZERO STARS! Wishing I read the reviews for Patricia's Petals prior to trusting this florist with an order I placed 4 days in advance on behalf of our Company for a dear coworker, timed to be delivered after being released from a hospital stay. My order was placed on 4/1/2023 and I requested delivery before/around noon on 4/5/2023 after confirming with the family. Patricia's Petal's sent a confirmation on 4/1/2023 that the order was placed.
I received an email at 11:22am on day of expected delivery (30 mins prior to expected delivery) stating and I quote "I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that due to supply issues, we were unable to fulfill your order. We will cancel this order and send you a refund instead. I hope you understand."
I was scrambling, last second (while in a work meeting) to find another florist and reach out to the family during an already stressful time with my apologies. Now reading the reviews...shame on you, Patricia's Petals for multiple offenses of "last second notification of supply issues", putting your customers in a bind and having the same overall HORRIBLE experience. I apologize to all that have trusted this "no flower florist", giving you the same atrocious experience.

Scam! Ordered four days prior to delivery and they called me the day of to tell me they didn't have any flowers. Blamed the supplier. They aren't even local to the delivery location as their website promotes.
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER.

Arrangement was terrible,very embarrassed by what was sent. Will NEVER use Patricia's Petals again. Shame on you for advertising Sympathy Spray arrangements, then last minute calling and saying "we dont have Spray Stands!" I only agreed to "basket" arrangement if extra blue flowers were provided since there was no spray stand. There was no basket, only a cheap plastic bucket, and no extra blue flowers! Why are you advertising Spray arrangements if you do not have Spray Stand? That should be noted on your website. Why did you promise extra blue flowers in a basket if you do not provide?

Ordered a Lilies and Pink cube. Not was what was delivered and it didn't even have 1 Lilly in it! A $101.58 order including delivery and they only going to credit the delivery and tax. What a rip of.

How do you live with yourself? Missing your beloved someone's funeral? I had 6 days to make the order. You call me after you missed delivery time? Best refund my money immediately

TERRIBLE- please do not order if you are in the Gridley Ca.area. Ordered two dozen red roses for my moms 80th birthday. Patricia’s petals delivered red & white roses, and all they did is throw 24 roses in a vase. Flowers were not arranged. You would think spending $150 this would be a beautiful arrangement & it was not. One visitor asked if we picked the roses out of our garden. My sister went into Safeway purchased a BEAUTIFUL dozen red roses that looked 200% better and was less expensive. I will never buy or recommend Patrcias Petals. Go to a super market you will get a much better arrangement for less money.

I placed an order early this morning with someone named Olivia. Then they canceled the order saying supply issues!! They took the order knowing they wouldn't be supplying the flowers. The ad says family owned. Now I'm reading others having same issues as me. Terrible they're scamming people. Just want to warn others to use a different florist.

First, I thought it was a local business in San Clemente CA - very disappointed at myself for not paying closer attention. Next, I spent $80 on what looked like a great bouquet. The bouquet that was delivered looked like you could have paid $10 at the local grocery for the flowers. They were in terrible shape also. NEVER USE THIS VENDOR!

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom at a nursing home. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, way above what I expected. They were delivered the same day and I even received a phone call from the delivery person to confirm the right address. I know they send the order to a local florist but this is ok with me . I had past order when they called to say they were unable to fill the order due to shortage of flowers but the woman was very nice about it and did offer to change order or cancel the order.

This company is a SCAM! I ordered a funeral standing spray two days prior to service. I arrived for visitation and funeral, but the flowers did not!!. I spent the majority of my time on the phone with their customer service trying to find out what happened. Customer Rep said his delivery driver was not answering his phone. I demanded a refund of $304.89 and he placed me on hold to get his supervisor. I was on hold so long that I had to disconnect because the service was starting. They did credit my account. Company should not be in business.
