I ordered two separate orders the first on 4/25 the second on 4/26, tried calling at 6:00 on the 25th to add something to my gift card only to be disconnected than made the mistake of ordering a second on the 26th. Then about 2 hours later received an e-mail stating they could not fulfill my order. So i had to take time away from my job and call that customer service # and come to find out that maybe my first order would be sent.it is now 2;45 and have heard nothing, won't be doing business with you again.

Ordered flowers for family members. Delivery date was changed because of 'problems with suppliers'. Had several calls from different people with confusing information about the order being delayed and then cancelled. Would certainly not use this company again.

Horrid experience they do not follow instructions on delivery. They will not call you back. Do not use this business see BBB.

My Aunt passed away. I went online and order a peace lily to be delivered. According to the advertisement of this poorly run establishment, if you order before 2:00 pm they offered same day delivery. I ordered around 1:30 pm. I was grieving and accidentally gave the wrong funeral home. This in a very small town called Cario, Georgia. (I live in Sarasota, Fl) I had left my phone if needed. 2 1/2 hours later they contacted me asking where should they deliver? Take into consideration, it was a plant not an arrangement. As there are only 5 funeral homes in Cario, Georgia a intelligent person would have looked it up. The person on the phone barely spoke English. I asked if the plant I ordered was ready to go. He said no. I will admit, I did lose it, for I felt I was speaking to a person that didn't seem to know what he was doing. Horrible company, use with great caution. Then I received a call back from this idiot company telling me they were cancelling my order.
Try Blossom Florist in Cario, they not only looked it up for me (showing intelligence) but went out of their way to make sure my order would be filled and delivered on time.

Ordered funeral flowers - they did not deliver and it was an absolute embarrassment to our family

Ordered a nice bouquet for a business contact. We upgraded to the deluxe, which came with more roses and full. The item delivered was very limp and pathetic looking. We NEVER would have purchased the item that was delivered. When I contacted Patricia's Petals, they said it was their right to substitute items, which I agree. But they didn't substitute anything it was full on bait and switch.

Major scam.. They way over change then delivered about 15 dollars worth of flowers for the 80 bucks I paid. And they do it to everyone.
They run their scam from the Philippines and have internet sites dedicated to them being a scam company yet they are still in business.
I've turned them into the Idaho attorney General and two federal agencies so far.
Don't use them!!!

NOT EVEN DESERVING OF 1 STAR. SCAM, AND LIERS. THEY TOOK ORDER AND ALL DETAILS KNOWING HOW IMPORTANT THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT WAS AND NEVER DELIVERED NOR CALLED TO LET ME KNOW. AFTER MANY CALLS TO FIND OUT WHY I WAS TOLD SUPPLY CHAIN PROBLEMS. THEY ARE FAKE

I had put an online order in on 4/13/23 for a delivery date of 4/20/23 to a business, which in my mind gives plenty of time to get the flowers delivered BEFORE the business closes.  When we called on 4/21/23 for an update on the delivery, since the recipient did NOT receive them on 4/20/23, as she left at 5 PM, we were on hold for over 15 minutes and the total length of the call was over 20 minutes. On the order, it clearly stated that it was being delivered to a business, which normally closes at 5 PM, and we received no confirmation of the delivery. I have used your establishment in the past and will no longer due to our experience.

I ordered flowers for my mother's funeral, almost a week ahead of time. Specifically asked for the flowers to be delivered by 10am the day of the funeral. The day of the funeral I arrived to several flower arrangements, but none of them were the ones I ordered. At 10:30am I had to take time away from greeting attendees to call and find out where the flowers were and why they were not at the church. I was placed on hold and when they came back to the phone they said that there was a shipping issue and that my arrangement would not be delivered! Of course I received a refund. However, this is not something I should not have had to deal with on such a sorrowful and stressful day. Very disappointing!
I wonder how many people order from this site, thinking that their flowers have been delivered (especially to a funeral where several flower arrangements may be) because they are out of state and can't attend. These are the people I feel sorry for, as they are not aware that this company has taken their money and have failed to deliver the final product. I should've known that something was suspicious when I did not receive any tracking information! Save yourself the headache and order your flowers locally!!!Never again will I use online flower delivery, especially this one. I am truly unsure as to why they are still in business, as the reviews are so negative.

There should be a NO STAR option and I should have read the many spot on reviews here before ordering. I used their completely online order option. If I had spoken to someone in person representing Patricia’s Petals I might have had a clue that this is a TOTAL SCAM! I ordered a lovely (and expensive) bouquet for a friend who had lost a family member and wanted them delivered the same day. NO flowers were EVER delivered and REPEATED CALLS to try to resolve the issue were either cut off, not answered or were answered to LIE to me and say they were delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM PATRICIA’S PETALS. I got NOTHING for my money!

Not Local. A simple google maps search shows address doesn't even exist. Their service charge is not shown in pricing. Their discount is supposedly included in the price but the website makes it look like its yet to be factored in. Total scam website likely uses a IP locator to fake a local address. The service fee is likely their profit while they call a real florist and order cheap flower delivery services.

This is a scam. I did not end up ordering because it seemed fishy. I had a hard time understanding the person on the phone and she was so quick to move through my order and ask for my credit card information. When I asked for the address she didn't answer and when I asked again she made a fake address up. They are not local like they claim to be. Do not order from this company.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. First, they're not a local company; instead, outsource fl the orders to another company called "Creations From The Heart." They charged me 106 dollars for an arrangement that should have cost 10 dollars at most. I even upgraded to the "Premium". The picture didn't come close to resembling what was delivered. I'm surprised this company has been reported to the BBB. Steer clear of this scam.

I ordered a beautiful plant for my friend who lost her husband (who was a friend also) This was on a Saturday ( free delivery) which later they called and said no free delivery today! So, ok, I thought the plant would arrive Monday ! I called the Petal store to check on delivery, and the guy said my name and the name of person to be delivered to and said ‘yes’ hand delivered !!! I was in contact with -to be delivered to- and no , received nothing. Tuesday I talked to 3 different people at Patricia’s Petals and they all said they would check into it and call me back, Well, NO call back and still no delivery. Tomorrow I call my credit card company and report FRAUD.

I ordered a $150 arrangement told them it was very important it was delivered the same day they assured me it would be and I called to see if they were delivered and they were not, they said they ran out of flowers and canceled the order. They didn't even call me to let me know! HORRIBLE company would not ever order from Patricias petals!

Total scam! I wouldn’t have known the flowers weren’t delivered if I hadn’t run into the recipient at a business function two weeks later. They tried to claim the flowers were delivered two days late and two hours after the business closed. Total BS.

This is definitely a scam. They promise same day delivery and call you at the last minute to say they are out of flowers. I am hoping at this point they refund my money as I declined delivery for another day.

Last week, I ordered a nice $80 basket of cut flowers for a funeral, total billing w/delivery $100+. The flowers that were delivered were 10 carnations and they misspelled my name on the card and didn’t include my address for the family. I filed a complaint today via email and requested a full refund. We’ll see if and/or how they respond.

I found this florist online to send flowers to my sister in another state. I was suspicious when the woman didn't recognize the commonly used name of the hospital (it's a small town with only one medical center), so i asked if they were actually in town. She assured me they local. NOT TRUE. She lied. I realized this when they sent me a text about a supply issue and being unable to deliver today as promised, wanting to deliver at a later date. I cancelled the order immediately and found another florist that is actually local. And the flowers were much less expensive, even though Patricia's Petals advertised 45% off. If I wasn't in such a hurry to get them delivered today, I would have done a better job researching them initially. The only good thing is that it appears they reversed the charge on my credit card, but I will follow that closely. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR!!
