I placed an order with Patricia's Petals at 8:00 AM for same day delivery. At 3:30, I received a voice message i could barely decipher, so I replayed it. The quick speaking, unintelligable speaker stated due to supply issue, Patricia's Petals could not fulfill my order, and that I would receive a refund. Buyer beware.

Patriciapetals and Terry's florist are not local . They are brokers who can't speak English and took my c.c. # then cancelled my order day they were to be delivered - stay away - scam - deceptive companies - go back to china - I will be contacting bbb

I ordered a plant for a funeral on Tuesday morning for a funeral on Thursday. They called me at 11:00 am on Thursday to tell me they couldn't process my order due to supply issues. It was a plant! I sincerely believe they could have found some kind of replacement. But, no they waited until the Funeral was in process to let me know that they would not be able to supply my order! This was totally unacceptable, and I would advise No One to order from this florist.

I placed the order well in advance to ensure the flowers would be delivered on my daughter's birthday. On the day they were to be delivered, I received a call that they were cancelling my order. They also said they would not be able to replace with available flowers because, I was told, they didn't have any flowers. No flowers! Beware!

HORRIBLE! I placed an order over a WEEK in advance to send flowers to make sure it was on a specific date. Not only did I get a call a few days later saying they need to change the type of bouquet I picked because they ran out of the flowers I chose, they also told me after I called them the day OF the flowers expected delivery saying they can’t delivery it until the next day. Which is horrible considering flowers need to be delivered timely, and also how far an advance I ordered! Just when I thought it could not get worse, they called me at the very end of the day saying they can no longer deliver my flowers this week at all and they issued a refund!! But it was too late to order any other flowers!! Horrible I would give them a -5 stars if I could. Horrible customer service as well.

Hard to believe all these bad reviews. My experience was perfect. The woman that took my order spoke very professionally. My order was going to a local hospital and when I gave her the room number…I said - unless they’ve moved him…she called the hospital to verify the recipients room number while I waited only a few seconds on the line. All went well.

Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Flowers were never delivered! I had to call them to find out that their delivery person couldn’t find the address. This residence was on a major thoroughfare and always received deliveries on a regular basis. There was no communication about a problem. I demanded a full refund. This company is not reliable. I’ll never use again.

Trash scam business. Do not order! They have no intention of fulfilling your order and you won’t know until it doesn’t arrive and inquire.

Do not use them, They are a fraud and not an actual store

I wish I have seen these reviews before I purchased flowers from this florist last Thursday, 03/23/2023.
They promise same day delivery, but they called me and said that they can not deliver because they ran out of sunflowers. I asked if they can have a substitute for it, but they told me they will deliver the next day. Of course, no choice on my end. I had to wait for the next day. I get no delivery notification. I called at 12nn to follow up, they said order is out for delivery. I messaged them again at 3pm and they said that flowers were delivered at 11am.
The flowers were supposed to be a surprise to our co-worker who just had her neck surgery, but when I was not hearing from my co-worker, I had to mention to her about the delivery. And guess what, she did not receive the flowers. I gave her the Patricia's Petals number to call and find out where it was delivered, because where she lives is in the country, no one can miss the address if they really delivered the flowers. They said they will investigate. I send text message to that number that texted me Thursday, no answer. I emailed, no answer. I called today, they tell you they still have not heard from the driver.
Of course, how would they know, they are outsource call center who does not even know what exactly is happening. Yet, they give you an attitude when you don't accept their excuses.
Now, I don't even know whether I can be refunded, or will they re-deliver the order because no one is answering. If you call again, they just keep telling the same thing over and over.
I don't know why this florist still in business with all the bad reviews.

Canceled order day of event...blamed covid supply issue with not one flower available to substitute

We ordered a bouquet of a dozen roses with colorful fill flowers in a decorative green vase. When the order was delivered it was 1 yellow rose, a handful of dark red astromelia fill flowers and almost all greens in a clear glass vase. I reached out to the company who sent me their policy which clearly states if substitutions are to be made they will be of equal or greater value. Are they trying to tell me or should they read this themselves? DO NOT USE!!!!! I wish I could add the picture for all to see!

Funeral in 1 hour, flowers didn’t arrive, we called the florist we get someone in Florida ( we are in GA),they say they do not have supplies.Didn’t bother to call us , the order was placed 2 days ago. Good thing we stopped by the funeral home early to check on our sprays, this was more than 1 order. Calling BBB & Amex!
SCAM!!!

Fact: 1 star is overly generous. I ordered 1.5 dozen roses for my fiancé on her bachelorette trip to be delivered same day. Too close to EOD (the delivery date) I received an email that they couldn’t deliver because of their vendor couldn’t provide them. Too late to order elsewhere now and I have to wait 3-5 BD for a refund.

Opinion: I wouldn't be surprised if this company floats its sheets by providing non existent services.

Wish I had know this as well. My local florist was closed so I used this one. I also was shocked to see the additional costs above and beyond what I expected. I saw the flowers at the intended individuals home and was very disappointed. They looked like they were dying already. I’ll stick with my local next time for shore.

The only way they can improve is to close their doors wherever they are. It certainly is not in Redding as they claim. Save yourself frustration and order your flowers somewhere else

Paid a120.00 for a small vase of flowers that looked they were just thrown in. Horrible arrangement! I paid extra for candy that I didn't receive. Had to call twice about the order. My card was charged a week ago. This was for my wife's birthday. NEVER again!

Ordered flowers for a funeral. 2 hours before funeral they send notice they can't fulfill the order. Should not have taken in the first place. How do you make up missing a funeral? Unacceptable. Tons of complaints on BBB. Reputed not to send refunds either. My assumption is this business is either a scam or inept beyond belief. Buy from a reputable company instead of Patricia's Petals who are not legitimate.

Ignore the pretty pictures on the web site. They don't even try to get something close. They simply tell the local florist the value to meet. Expensive and misleading. Call a local florist directly. I'll never use them again.
