They advertise a price for floral arrangements on their website. Typically something like, "Sale". $69.99. When you try to place an order, they inform at the last step that there is a $30 service charge.

Very dishonest. Don't fall for it.

I rate them with a 5. I ordered birthday flowers by phone and they were delivered the same day. My sister was very satisfied, and I was too. I will use them again. Satisfied in Gastonia, NC.

Accepted the order and then cancelled several hours later. 2nd florist in the same day, same town that could not make a simple arrangement. Do not order from this business.

Ordered flowers for a 16th birthday and they sent a much smaller and less expensive arrangement. The balloon they chose was very elementary as well. Their customer service issued us a small refund (about 1/5 of what we paid total) and will no longer reply to my emails. We are very disappointed.

This is NOT a shop that offers customer service. I had a problem with my order, spoke with a woman on the phone who assured me she would “get in touch with someone” to take care of the problem, and it was Never addressed. Go to a local shop where you can find an owner who actually cares what and when the flowers are delivered.
They also offer FREE delivery but then tack on a $15.99 SERVICE FEE! What the heck? Never again.

Very disappointed. Ordered flowers for a funeral, best part is I think they were sent, even got a confirmation email. To my surprise they canceled the order because they didn't have the flowers. Problem is they didn't even call and let me know. Pretty sure "I'm sorry" doesn't cut it at all. So, upset.

I ordered an arrangement from Patricia’s Petals. When it was delivered, it was very small and it was from another local florist. If I wanted to use the other florist, I would have ordered from them directly. I saw the same thing happened to someone else. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from Patricia’s Petals.

In short. I ordered a bouquet of purple flowers (the name of the bouquet is purple perfection) and received pink and white flowers and not even the same flowers. According to them, they were well within the substitute policy. There was not one purple flower in the bouquet. Now that I see all the bad reviews, I have to blame myself for not researching ahead of my order.

I ordered flowers for Valentines day, the Friday before, Valentines day was on Tuesday... I get a call Tuesday morning wanting to verify my information... they called me saying the flowers may or may not arrive on time. The did arrive the day after, on Wednesday. After looking at the flowers, they came from my local Schnucks florist. Flowers were just OK. NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I had read this. I ordered for a funeral and they waited until it was too late to tell me they had supply issues.

Ordered “Daisy a Day” bouquet, deluxe, total $80.00. The bouquet pictured consisted of daisies, spray roses, carnations. The absolutely awful bouquet delivered consists of lilies, mums, giant berries, half dead red roses. I understand substitutions are sometime necessary, but, the entire bouquet??? If this was “hand arranged” as stated on the website, I seriously don’t understand how anyone could possibly arrange something so horrendous and deliver it. The flowers were shoved into a vase much too small for the amount of flowers. Patricia’s Petals should be embarrassed and ashamed of the arrangement delivered. I will NEVER order from them again. Awful business.

NEVER order from this company! I had a terrible experience. I ordered flowers for my aunt’s funeral in Ponca, Nebraska and found out today that they were never delivered. I am so angry! On the phone when ordering, they assured me that I was talking to the flower shop in that small town, and I also received a confirmation email after placing the order. When I called today to complain about the flowers never being delivered, they claimed the order had been cancelled due to “supply issues”. However, our credit card had been charged. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and after being put on hold for 20 minutes, I was told the supervisor was on another call and would call me back. However, three hours later nobody had called back. Only wish I had seen these bad reviews before doing business with this company.

I wish I had read all of the reviews before placing my order. This was by far one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. I placed my order 24 hours before for what looked like this beautiful arrangement. With Love Bouquet. My only request was that it be delivered by 10:00 am. I received a text message stating that they do not guarantee delivery times. So I asked for it to be delivered before noon. The response I received was " unfortunately we do not guarantee time of delivery, but we will make note. So, I thought ok it's going to be fine. When the recipient of the arrangement called me asking if it was from me, I was surprised. The card was NOT addressed to the correct person, so the message inside was not applicable. The arrangement was NOT what I paid for. I was embarrassed and completely disappointed with the end product. I will never order from them again, as far as I'm concerned, they do not care about the consumer or the product that they produce. This is not acceptable. Why are they still in business,
If I could rate them with a negative star, I would do so. Stay away from them, they are not trustworthy at all.

I ordered two arrangements for family members for the next day. Told they would be delivered by noon. At approximately 2 PM got a call from God knows where telling me they could only deliver one. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Tried to talk me into the one and I refused. Canceled both and received an additional call from someone else there with the same bologna.
Don't live in the delivery area and called a real flower shop located in the area Alicia who answered doesn't normally deliver to the next town but made arrangements with the driver to do so when I explained the problems. The Flower Man in South Daytona went above and beyond. Not only did they deliver promptly both arrangements were fresh and beautiful!! Thank you, Alicia and the Flower Man Florist Shop for the great experience.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and they waited until it was too late to tell me they could not fill the order. The website showed that what I wanted was in stock and allowed me to complete the order. The even had the gall to tell me could not/would not replace it with something else, even when I told them it was for a funeral and to please just send something. They repeatedly refused to send anything as a replacement.

I ordered flowers for my daughter several days before her birthday, which was the following Tuesday. I called the company the afternoon of her birthday to check on delivery. I was told that they had not received flowers so they could not deliver. They never even notified me! I asked them to get something out and they said they had no flowers but it would be delivered the next day. I said I wanted a significant discount...they offered $5 on an $80 order! I asked for return of the $15.99 service fee because I had received poor service. They gave me $10. Flowers finally delivered the following afternoon. My daughter sent me a picture...some of the flowers don't look fresh.

Stay away from this shop. On Thursday, I placed an order for a flower arrangement for a Saturday funeral for a close friend. I started off with an order for a “River Cane Cross” T244-2A arrangement. I was told they could deliver it the funeral home but not the church due to the Saturday delivery schedule and the church was not open on Friday as an alternate date. They said the funeral home would deliver the flowers to the church, which was call #1. Call #2 was the lack of the flowers display stand and red flowers so they would provide a funeral bouquet. Call #3 was lack of flowers so they substituted the flowers to white and orange flowers and they would throw in more flowers. Call #4 they call to change the product to another funeral bouquet since they were missing items. Friday, I received Call #5 cancelling my order due to no flowers available. What a shame since I talked to 5 customer support people and now it is too late to order any flowers. A second and third florist were contacted the same story no stand or flowers.

Horrible company, ordered on Wednesday a spray for Husbands funeral, I was traveling to Va. Saturday to get to grave site, no large spray, Sunday emailed them where was spray sent, they indicated late Friday they sent email, no flowers available.HORRIBLE COMPANY, NEVER USE THEM, READ OTHER REVIEWS.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. To their credit though, they did refund the money I spent immediately.
