Thoroughly disappointed! Arrived late - well into the service and the roses were wilted!

If I could give less than one star, I would. I thought this was a local company but it’s just an online store. They canceled my order stating they had no flowers. Um…what?

Basically helped themselves to my money and did NOTHING I paid for including provide the flowers I ordered. This company defines FULL SCAM and NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THEM AGAIN! They should be prosecuted!!

I ordered a Premium flowers for delivery. They sent me a picture of what they received. Am so embarrassed. The bouquet was maybe 10 stems of flowers in a cheap vase. When I called to complain, they told me they were give me 5 dollar credit. Do not want anyone to have the same unsatisfactory experience that I had.

Do not buy from this company!. They do not deliver what you want. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Terrible customer service.

I am having difficulty submitting my review. I have tried multiple times.
If it doesn’t work this time, I will not try any more.

01-06-2023 50th Birthday Flower Arrangement.
In fairness to Patricia’s Petals, although, at this time, I would not trust them with
future flower arrangement orders, they
did re-imburse me for my charges.
I did request that they find a way to deal
with their dishonest employee in their call center. Lena told the florist who was actually delivering the 50th Birthday $60.00 flower arrangement that my order was for $35.00.
Why would she do that?
They may need to closely scrutinize what their other employees in the call center are doing to be certain that others are
honestly providing customer service.
Thanks to Lena I am forced to look elsewhere for future flower vendors.
Penny’s by Plaza was very solicitous in correcting Lena’s dishonesty.

I came to Patricia’s Petals in good faith.
I believed that they were the “Family” business as noted in Google.
I should have read reviews about them prior to placing my order.
They have made monetary
“restitution” on my end. For that I am appreciative. However, the distress they caused me does not allow me to
recommend them.

I wish I had seen the other reviews of this company before I placed an order. I was trying to send flowers for a funeral. They waited more than 24 hours to try to contact me to tell me they couldn’t/wouldn’t deliver them to a funeral home. They wanted to deliver them to a home address. They were not helpful at all.

Horrible customer service- I cancelled order and am watching my cc now!

Seriously, I would give these people a Zero if possible. It is a scam. I checked on my order to see if it arrived 3 times...last time they hung up on me. They are not a flower shop, they redistribute to to other florists. My order never came...5 days and counting. Both times they said it was being delivered the same day. DO NOT BUY FROM PATRICIA'S PETALS...it was never even made or delivered. The 800# just pacifies you until you figure out you have been scammed.

I didn't realize that this company farmed out our orders to other florists. When my girlfriend received the order, of course she wouldn't say anything negative to me but when I saw it, it wasn't attractive not like what I picked out on line and for the cost. I found that the flowers came from Doral in Miami, the flowers were delivered to Sunrise in Broward. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Patricias Pedals again

I ordered a funeral spray to be delivered to the funeral home on Feb 18th for the visitation. I was told it would be delivered by 6p on the 17th. At 4:50p on the 17th I received a call telling me the order was canceled as they had no flowers. As a result I was in a panic because most florists close at 5p. I called around and found one florist that closes at 6p. I explained the problem and was told as long as I would accept designers choice they would do a spray for me. They said Valentines had depleted most of their flowers. Patricias Petals offered no solution and was not concerned that it would be difficult to find another florist that could help me in that short time. I thought this was a local Cornelia florist but I received a call from New Jersey telling me my order was canceled. Please don’t trust this florist to take care of your floral needs. They really don’t care! They don’t deserve even one star!

One star, only because that's the lowest you can go! Ordered 3 dozen roses , a baloon and a box of chocolates for my wife for Valentines Day. After shelling out over $250, I get a call saying ' the ran out of roses but will be happy to create a beautiful mixed bouquet. I said either THAT is going g to be a HUGE arrangement, or I'll be getting a partial refund. Oh yes Sir, he says, we will make a beautiful bouquet and refund the difference. We'll the day comes, she gets , what I could only describe as a pre-made arrangement from the cooler and look at that...a dozen roses they were out of, are in there. Well, you can see some of the flowers we're sprayed with some preservative. You should see the flowers 48 hours later, already wilting, etc. Hydrangeas had be thrown out, just looks horrible. I contact them, since there was yet to be a refund. First I had to send photos of the menagerie, then I amd told I will get a refund of the difference. Needless to say, this absolutely horrible place charge me over $150 for a briquettes I could have purchased from Jewel out of a bucket.....that would gave lasted much longer. Do not go here. EVER

Wish I would have read the reviews before these nitwits spoiled a birthday surprise for a shut in living in a nursing home four states away.
Got the run around from customer service for 4 days. Ultimately, NO FLOWERS were delivered.

Avoid these scoundrels unless you enjoy frustration and wasting time.

The only reason I used them was because their website led me to believe that they were local. They are not.

Went back to my go-to, 1-800-Flowers. Never had a problem with them.

In my 35 years of living this is the first review I have ever wrote . Where do I begin??? Patricia’s petals customer service is absolutely disgusting from their representatives to their inventory . How are you promoting arrangements with flowers you don’t have . For starters I payed for a standing arrangement for my uncles funeral , then they had the audacity to call and offer me all these cheap looking floor arrangements in woven baskets, yuck ! We began looking at alternatives and none of the options were available. When I finally found one we could agree on I had to pay extra and so I did . & Would you believe 40 minutes before the funeral this trout mouth bxtch called and said they wouldn’t be able to deliver my flowers in time and was it ok if they delivered it to a home address . Not to mention we were on the phone for 2 1/2 hours and they still didn’t come up with a solution & they guaranteed a prompt delivery . It’s not about the money at all , it’s about the disrespect, lack of inventory , effort and accommodation. This is by far the ghettoest sh!t i have ever seen in my life .

I ordered flowers for Valentine's day on Thursday before. These were for my 95 yr old mother. The flowers were never delivered but my account was charged. So very hurt and dissatisfied. Called for a refund but cant describe the disappointment. Dont use them!!!!!!!!

Ordered flowers and was notified on delivery day they cancelled my order. I called them and they were unsympathetic and did not seem to care. Stay away! The internet is full of buyer beware about this scam site.

Do not order from this place my order supposed to be delivered 2/14 arrived 2/15 after 6 pm. I called earlier and they told me they delivered last night after 7 pm that was a lie. The flowers are terrible. I will be disputing with my credit card company.

Literally would not even give them a half a star if anything. Flowers ordered through their site never showed up after two days! They are out of Fort Lauderdale not a local florist. We actually had to cancel. Every time we called customer service their response was “it shows it’s out for delivery “ when I asked which florist did you submit the order to they would not tell me. I hope no one else will EVER use this company.

Ok, So I ordered flowers for my mom for valentines day. Paid $94. I get a call around 3pm on valentines day saying they can't be deliver that day but could do the next day. Ok I get it. Then they tell me the flowers I wanted they dont have. I specifically ordered yellow and red roses with a nice vase that had greenery going around the inside of the vase. Again ok i get it...kinda. They asked if they could do a florist choice due to them not having those roses. Ok fine. So My mom gets them the next day and besides 3 browning peach roses, one wilted white hydrangea and literally carnations and filler flowers. Its not even in the same realm of what I paid for. I could have made a better arrangement from grocery store flowers. I am SO disappointed and feel completely ripped off.
