DO NOT order from Patricia's Petals. My boyfriend ordered flowers for me 10 days before Valentine's Day through Patricia's Petals. Yesterday, the day on which the flowers were supposed to be delivered, he received the following text message: "Hi, this is Daisy from Patricia's Petals. Sorry, were not able to fulfill the delivery because our supplies were delayed. If you agree to tomorrow's delivery, please call us back or reply to this message. Thank you and stay safe!" This message was a lie. They were not short on supplies, they actually had failed to place the order at all. I know this because today, a flower arrangement arrived from a local florist. Confused about the situation, I called the florist and asked them when Patricia's Petals placed the order. Turns out, they did not place the order until this morning, a day after they guaranteed delivery. In short, this company is a scam. You will not get your flowers on time and when they arrive, they will not be what you expected quality wise. Really disappointing that a company openly and repeatedly scams people on important holidays.

If i could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. This company is an absolute nightmare. My father-in-law passed away on 2/12 and his dying wish was to have flowers delivered to his wife on Valentine’s Day. We bought flowers from Patricia’s Petals with the guarantee it would be delivered in time. We call at 1pm on 2/14, we’re advised it was out for delivery. Call again at 6pm, hung up on. Again at 6:30, told it’s out for delivery. At 7pm we are told the arrangement was never even made. We tell them okay fine deliver first thing in the morning. It’s 2pm and they don’t even know where the flowers are.

How are these people still in business? By scamming the innocent? Their REVIEWS are atrocious and we all wish we had checked them prior to ordering. While out of town I ordered a Christmas floral arrangement, priced at $79.99, to surprise my wife back home. The promised arrangement on their website was perfect. What was delivered was something totally different, average looking and certainly not in the spirit of Christmas. To add further insult, they charged my CC $108.00.

If there was less than one star I would give it to them. Worst place ever that I bought flowers from. Three orders placed, one that was at the wrong address that I had to cancel, another that they ran out of flowers and had to cancel. The third they promised delivery on Valetines Day. Never made it, no call just "oh it's on Q for today, but is tomorrow ok if we can't make it today". Two days after Valentine's Day!!

I should have read the other reviews before I ordered. I ordered flowers for Valentines Day 3 days ahead of time. On Valentines Day I get a message at 3 pm that they don't have the flowers to make the bouquets I ordered. It'll take another week? I get supply chain issues, I guess. But you couldn't let me know a day ahead of time so I could get them from somewhere else? Rather than order from 1-800 national florists I tried to go local. I'll never use them again and would not recommend to anyone else.

I placed two orders. The first was canceled on Friday. So I had plenty of time to do something about that one. The second, like everyone else, was cancelled on Valentines Day. At 4:45 ya’ll. My money was refunded pretty fast. But I will never use this company again. I try to buy local to support the community. But if they don’t want my business then I can go elsewhere. Do not waste your time with this place till they give you an option to talk to someone in the store. This was a horrible experience.

I only give you 1 star, because that is the lowest that i am allowed to give. It is far beyond disappointing, that on Valentines Day, you would cancel my order. You should have known that you had supply chain issues. If you are a company that plans your supplies on the day of a special event, then that tends to make you a fly by night organization, In the future, No Thanks!

Is there something below 1! This business needs to be closed down, I only wish I had read more reviews prior to ordering last week for Valentines Day. They called me at 2:45 on Valentines Day and said they did not have the product to ship. They didn't know this yesterday, Sunday, Saturday or Friday? It is not a local business and there was no way to make up and find flowers for Valentines Day. Totally a business that should not be used and should be closed down. I'm just going to call a local florist in the future. Also, there are several states that would file a truth in advertising complaint. I will reach out to a few to find out. I asked for the owner to call me back and 6 hours later, not call.

Stop! Don't do busines with so called flower/gift shop, ever!
At 2:30 pm on Valentines Day 2023 I recieved an email from Patria's Pedals indicting they were not going to deliver my Valentine Day flowers which were ordered 1 week ago.
Image, how much more ridiculous can any business conduct themselves than canceling on the day of expected delivery, let alone it being Valentines Day!
My advice. Never ever put your trust in this business. I don't think I've I've ever been more disappointed in any purchase I ever made. They gave no options to replace these flowers at this 11th hour. Shame on you Patricia's Pedals. Karma can be heavy handed and I hoping you recieve a double dose for your horrible business practices.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day 4 days ago. I received an email - not a phone call - at 4:30pm today - Valentine's Day stating they are cancelling my order because they cannot fill it. You couldn't have called me two or three days ago? This is awful. If you cannot fulfill orders - don't take them. You do not deserve to be in business. I have never had this bad of customer service. Do NOT use this flower shop.

Similar to most, I ordered flowers about 2 weeks ago and they wouldn't guarantee a date. They gave a range of 3 days. The flowers were supposed to be delivered today but I got a text and email around 2:30 in the afternoon saying the order was canceled do to supply chain issues. If they gave me more notice I could have made other arrangements.

This company in N Brunswick, NJ is a scam. I got the call the morning of delivery that they ran out of roses. This was a $59.99 order. They would put together an arrangement using other flowers. They advertised delivery was free, but there was a "Service Charge" of $15.99 for "day-to-day running costs of our development and is used to cover for the cost of hazard pay for our employees, items such as maintenance, repairs, etc" This "service Charge" never showed up when ordering online. A completely dishonest company that lacks ethical behavior.

I ordered flowers February 11 for Valentine's day. On the morning of February 13 I called to confirm the delivery. I again called to confirm the delivery on Valentine's day morning and was told by Charles they were on que for delivery. At 3 pm Valentine's day, I received a text saying that no more flowers were available and that the order was cancelled. As a florist, they should understand the meaning flowers may have to both the receiver and to the sender. They are in the wrong business or a flat out Scam.

I placed an order 6 days ago then called to confirm that flowers would be shipped to my girlfriend for Valentines Day. They confirmed the order was placed, then called at 2:45pm on Valentines day just to tell me that due to logistic reasons, they had to cancel my order, and that I would be receiving a refund in 3 to 5 business days. I'm unbelievably upset and would never recommend this company to anyone.

Garbage company! Called me at 330pm on Valentine’s Day to tell me my order was “cancelled” due to a supply issue with no mention of a refund or offer of any kind to make up for their failure to do their job.

Told mid-morning on Valentine's Day that my order would not be delivered. I ordered over a week ago. I was told that I would get a refund, but I am not holding my breath...AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE A SCAM!

Called mid afternoon on Valentine’s Day to say that they did not have the flowers that had been ordered days before and they would not deliver.
Given the number of similar experiences described on this site and others I can only assume it’s a matter of time before someone pays them a visit in person to explain why they should burn their own shop down and stop being Internet scum.
