The only reason you received one star is because zero star is not an option.

1. The photos are completely rogue and deceptive, the actual arrangements are cheap, inelegant and nothing like the pictures on their website.

2. The app on your company’s website to order the flowers, stinks. Who prepared it? A kindergarten kid? He/she could do better. Hire a junior programmer!

3. You accept the order 72 hours before, and don’t bother calling the customer that you ran out flowers; you send an e mail. Who is sitting there waiting for you to send an e mail that you ran out of flowers! In return, when the customer calls, the phone is never answered. Nor a message taken. It says essentially that no human is anywhere near the phone and they don’t let you leave the message. On the day before Valentine’s Day? At 5:15 Easyern? In Noo Joisy?!

4. Your availability to speak with the customer at any time is non-existent. A stupid message describing an alternative option was left by a guy with garbled English. When I called back at your number your message simply and tersely was rude: ‘there is nobody available’ it said and disconnected.

You don’t belong in an important service business. I like many who have written reviews worse than mine, SHOULD have reviewed myriads of these reviews by disappointed and upset ‘customers’! Actually, you can’t have customers; you are incapable of doing anything for a customer.

Let me explain plainly: customers have money. They give you money - their money - to provide them the products/services the customers want. You can’t deliver, no pun intended, ANYTHING.

Spare us and yourselves the pain: get out of the business!

Made order on 02/06/2023 plenty of time for Valentine day.On the morning of Valentine day received voice mail unable to complete order will deliver next day what world do these people live in. i'm so embarrassed called put on hold suggested they put something together told sorry can not do BEWARE THEY ARE NOT A FLORIST JUST A JOBBER A BAD ONE AT THAT

They waited until valentines day to tell me they were out of flowers, we have to put morons like this out of business . . .rip off . . . . of course they charged my card and then said they had to refund my purchase.

Called at 4 pm the night before and said they ran out of flowers. I ordered these weeks before the date they were supposed to be delivered. Said refunded money but never did. Fraud

Scam! They waited until the day they were supposed to deliver to tell me they ran out of flowers! This was a Valentines Day order and was too late for me to book anywhere else and I ordered almost a week in advance. I doubt seriously if I'll ever see my refund. I thought I was getting a local florist, but I was wrong. Shame on me, I'll wait till after the second cup of coffee and read reviews from now on. Now I've got to figure out how to make this up to a girlfriend that isn't going to get her Valentine's Day gift. Infuriating doesn't begin to cover it!!

Oh how I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering! I chose Patricias Petals because I thought that they were a mom and pop organization and I wanted to help out a local florist instead of going through a middle man. I ordered the flowers as a birthday surprise for a friend. The flowers arrived on the specified day, but when I visited her 3 days later and I saw that my "deluxe" bouquet contained cheap flowers that were dead. I rarely leave negative reviews, and I tried to email PP first, but their email is not valid.

Everything is wrong with this company - DO NOT USE, complete Scam. Wonder if I will ever receive my refund. Supply issues - what complete BS. My local SAM's club and supermarkets had more flowers than ever.

This is the WORST florist!!! Placed my order and the flowers were never sent!!! When I called to follow-up they said they they cancellled my order because they "ran out of flowers" - WHAT?!!! They never called or emailed me to let me know that they were not sending flowers to my Mom on her birthday. Beyond upsetting and I feel like I was scammed!

Completely misrepresented themselves as a "local" florist. I upgraded to premium and and was also charged an additional $16 handling fee. The flowers showed up on time, pretty average looking. Fulfilled by King Soopers grocery store! Save yourself a ton of money and get average looking flowers directly from a grocery chain!.

Do not use this company. They scammed my sister-in- law when she sent me flowers for the death of my brother.

Patricia's Petals is an absolute SCAM. I ordered Valentine flowers 2 weeks before Valentine Day from this business and the order was confirmed. The day before they agreed to make delivery they sent me an email and indicated they could not make the delivery because of supply issues. They said I would receive a refund but I have yet to see it. But worse I depended on them and they literally didn't deliver. It is now all but too late for an alternate vendor to deliver on time.

Do not let them disappoint you and those you care for BOYCOTT Patricia's Petals. They will DISAPPOINT!

Set up an order a week ago almost for feb 14th. Completed the order everything was fine. Until three days before the delivery date and suddenly there is an issue where they cant deliver. Thank you for waiting long enough to tell me that I won’t be able to find a replacement to deliver. Nor will I get my refund until days after my “delivery” date. Really appreciate it! Never will I order from you again! To top it off, customer service kept me on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on me.

I ordered flowers on Monday for a Saturday funeral. On late Friday, they call to tell me they cannot deliver my request and they would refund my money

NEVER waste your time with Patricia's Petals. Find a reputable florist for your future needs. I know I will.

This so-called florist is a SHAM! I ordered flowers 2 days ago for my daughter's birthday to be delivered on the 9th of February. They sent me a text telling me they couldn't deliver the flowers to her business so they would deliver to her house. They didn't deliver to her house! They said they would deliver the next day, Feb 10 at her work.Then I get a voice mail that they're real sorry but they can't deliver the flowers after all. Their phone DOES NOT WORK! what does that tell you about how they do business????These people are a SHAM!

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day on the 2nd, weeks in advance to then get a message on the 8th saying "I am writing to inform you that due to supply issues, we were unable to fulfill your order."

I guess the "free" shipping country wide was a bit of a red flag, plus they have no physical address so you can't even find the business nor who own's it.

How do you run out of flowers weeks in advance? I don't know if this company is "front" or just a way to steal card information because it seems like they love to cancel orders and charge people for refunds.

Thankfully I wasn't charged for my refund, I got my money back.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!I ordered flowers for a 3 year old child's funeral. The funeral was Saturday and the order was to deliver on Friday before funeral. I received a call on Friday the day it should have delivered....saying that they could not produce what I ordered. A heart shape arrangement that said precious child with a teddy bear. All we have is white flowers and no heart shape..so can we just send a white flower arrangement? REALLY??? Unacceptable. I also had to make 4 phones calls and 3 of them they disconnected me. You can't talk to a supervisor they just leave you on hold and then disconnect you. I think this place is quite possibly a scam. They also debited the credit card and had not even made the product...then told me 3-5 days to get my money back. Your crazy if you place any business with this company!

I made an important order for my granddaughters birthday. It took my payment and was even reminding me days before that it was sitting in my cart. I put the order through and even though it said free shipping, was charging $15 for service? I still went with it and thought it was being delivered but... Hours later I got a text saying sorry. We will refund you. We are out of supplies. Didn't even offer a different arrangement. I got the sense I was dealing with someone from China. It was a horrible experience!

I'm very disappointed and almost shocked at what was delivered to the Funeral visitation today for my family member. I ordered what was referred to an arrangement called Peace and Lavender on their website, I called and didn't place the order online, I spoke with two people there, and upgraded to a deluxe because I wanted the arrangement to be special and beautiful. And even had a family member who was able to attend take a picture of the arrangement. Let me say not even a third of the flowers shown on their website was ever put in the vase, and it was nothing, I mean nothing, even close to what I saw, paid for and most of all expected. They did call shortly after my order was placed to say they didn't have some of the flowers at that shop, but would be sure to replace those not available, with ones just as beautiful and in the color scheme I selected. That is one thing, as you should have known when you took my order you didn't have anything that was in that selection or color scheme. If I could attach a picture on this site, I would show you the drastic difference. To say I was cheated out of money is an understatement, but my biggest regret is for a family I loved very much received such a poor put together arrangement that cost me over $100. When you are 6 hours away, you have to trust people to do the right thing, Patricia's Petals didn't know I would have the sense about me to see what I was paying for by having my family who was there to take the picture. It's a shame and as I read the review on this site, I would have never ordered from them. As this is their normal.

Placed my order for my late niece's birthday I wanted to send flowers to her mother patricias petals later contacted me and stated they were cancelling my order and refunding me. Didnt give me an option to send the next day didnt want to work with me in figuring out a different arrangement nothing. Then they didnt refund me they proceeded to double charge me. Worse floral company do not order through this company.

I should've looked at the reviews before using this company, had I done that, I would've NOT ordered through them.
Placed an online order 2/8 at 8:34am, at 9:24am I received an email that my order was cancelled.
I called and she said someone called me to confirm my email and last name and because they didn't match; so they cancelled our order. When they called, no message was left and nothing was in the email asking for confirmation prior to the email cancellation. How upsetting, friend's brother passed and we we're just trying to send flowers.
