An honest company. Products are excellent, backed by science and do what they say they will. I really like how the products evolve and new products are available because of ongoing research. Excellent staff to assist with questions. It is pleasure to use Paula's Choice products. I have been using PC since 2006!

I love Paula's Choice!
I love Paula's Choice and have been a customer for over a decade. The products are great and they have a large selections to pick from. I have gotten good support when I had questions, returns or just wanted a little more help. I have combination skin and am now getting older, so have a wide range of issues that need addressing- and I am able to find good advice on picking exfoliants, moisturizers and treatments- and the Skin Restoring sunblock is to die for!

Ready to Jump In!
I have not tried the products yet. But I've had interactions with staff and Paige (AI). I've found it's fairly easy to navigate their website and figure out what each product is and what it's supposed to do. I enjoyed the skin consultation, which helped narrow down the products in my daily regimen. I'm excited to try out these products!

The Customer Service was excellent
The Customer Service was excellent, especially for people like me who have been a 30 year Customer! I highly recommend this company and their products, as they are effective. The only issue I have had is with pumps that do not work, and that was resolved very quickly.

Beautiful products/Wildly overpriced
The products are lovely to use and beautifully packaged but wildly overpriced. Which is one reason a bunch of companies (The Ordinary, "Geeks & Gorgeous" and etc.) have sprung up to sell effectively the same active ingredients.
Their rewards program feels like an utter scam. In the years I've been a member, or insider or whatever they call it, I've never accrued enough points to apply to a purchase...yet I'm always **just thisclose** to becoming a VIP or whatever they call it and actually getting a reward. I really need to unsubscribe from their emails so I'm not tempted anymore. Their products are budget busters.

Great Skin Products
Paula's skin products are some of the best I have used, and the prices for the products are reasonable. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes weeks before the products are shipped and delivered.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service when there was a mishap with my shipment. I didn’t realize it was being sent to an old address, but the customer service team quickly resolved the issue by submitting a replacement order to the correct address at no cost to me. They were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate their prompt and courteous support!
