Excellent products backed by superior customer service
I've been ordering from and using Paula's Choice products for a couple of years, never had any issues (from shopping and ordering, to shipping/delivery and the actual products themselves). In the holiday shipping madness, a bottle arrived damaged and in less than 2 hours Customer Service had a replacement shipped out. Absolutely stellar service, icing on the cake to products that I already love.

I didn’t receive the package
I didn’t receive the package, it’s been a month now. I’ve contacted support, but they claim to have a problem with the delivery and they said they would send the package again, don’t even know what that means… I asked for a refund, yet to see if they pay back.

I have been buying Paula's choice…Long time customer
I have been buying Paula's choice products from the very beginning , when it was called Paula's select and Paula Begoun wrote books and sold big sizes of products, also make up . I have learned so much from her. Lately I cannot recognize the company, I know she sold the company and I do still use some of the staples. The products are now very expensive, and there are so many that it gets confusing. Paula at the very beginning she used to praise simplicity.I still use some of their products that are staples for me, but I am also buying from other companies now.
