Absolutely shocked after my experience, I'm disabled and I needed a prescription of fungal/antibacterial wash for my dogs feet I do have a vets and pay monthly but I'm in such bad health I tried this company as it states they have qualified Vets, after giving all the information and even a video the so called vet says there is a product in pets store and provides a link. The link was in another language and id already spoke with AI was I was more than aware that shops sell a type of cream for said issue I wanted a prescription of a basic shampoo only vets can prescribe them I say why would I pay £28 for a Google search why can't you prescribe the medicated shampoo they then tell me they can't prescribe anything so what is the point of it all why is the charge of £28 to be told by this cream from apet shop and if it does improve take your dog to the vets like an I in the upside down like what's the point, I was basically ripped off and this not prescribing vets online money grabbing is shocking how is this allowed.

Went to my local vets as my dogs been vomiting they said contact an out of hours so I contacted pawssquad who I have an insurance policy with the out of hours vet wanted to charge nearly £2000 for an X-ray I declined as my policy with these would only just about cover that it still ended costing me £500 for a ten minute consultation and a paracetamol and injection the dog will have to go to another vets now I’m editing this review as it was Pawsquad who booked me in I’m not contacting you back as you’ve asked what’s the point I went there on your say so dog had op next day with another vet I paid £1880 out of my own pocket instead of wasting £500 on paracetamol tablets the out of hours vet you sent me to wanted £6000 for the same operation

Staffy diagnosed with hip dysplasia was actually suffering from toxic poisoning because he had eaten a curly dock I paid £28 for wrong diagnosis advise was to get bloods and X-rays from parent or associate company told by honest vet not needed disgusting behaviour also these vets and associates moved all emergent care 46 miles from my area cvs group are corporate rip offs everyone find a family run vet

Great service especially the after hours function video conferencing all in all a great benefit to Paw Squad.

I could talk to a vet online on video call. It was easy to show the vet how my dog was acting. The vet showed concern and compassion, and advised me.

Getting an opinion on a loved pet's ailment is not easy, especially in an expensive sector a veterinary support. Yet the chat with a qualified practitioner at no charge (as I buy Yumove joint pills) was so good. The PawSquad consultant gave an opinion that clarified my thinking and helped me form the solution for a way forward. It will be great when PawSquad database can connect with local veterinary practices in my area. Brilliant service!

Utterly hopeless. Chat function would not let me reply. Booked an audio appointment… immediately cut off 3 times when connected. Will be terminating my Admiral pet insurance after this experience. Off to visit a proper vet.

I didn't note how hot it was and my Labrador ended up very poorly with heatstroke so I fired up the PawSquad app and had an emergency consultation with Dr Nuzzo who was superb.

My girl is fully recovered and the service was excellent and just what I needed.

Excellent service, a vet on the end of the phone within minutes. Swithed to camera and a very friendly, reassuring vet was there. Asked to see the dog, checked breathing, eyes and gums. Very good service and put my mind at rest.
Told to ring back at any time if i was still concerned.

I am very happy with PawSquad, I have used the service several times for my puppy instead of having to go to the vets and each time the advice from a qualified vet (usually early hours of the morning when she's throwing up!) has been excellent.

It was a Sunday and no local vets were open. I was relieved to have a phone consultation with a vet when my dog was vomiting, staggering and shaking after being given ear drops. His diagnosis was a perforated ear drum and he advised that our dog urgently see a vet for anti-sickness medication. The £28 charge came off the Out of hours vet bill.

Have used it a few times and it’s been great. Really helped me understand my dog and what she was going through. Great app to have to use alongside a vet.

It was very nice talking to a vet. She was very polite and helpful and explained everything.

Really helpful advice from nice informative kind vets, very easy to talk to and the video links are a great way to show the issue you are concerned with. Definitely recommend them especially as there is 24 hour access and even if there are no appointment slots left you can just join and wait for your turn. A great service 👍🏻

Excellent service. 12 week puppy had eaten something that was a potential hazard. Contacted Paw Squad vet who was brilliant. She fully investigated the products data sheet and liaised with a colleague to reassure us that all would be ok. Great peace of mind particularly as this was in the evening. Follow up email the next day to check all was ok. Brilliant add on service to our pet insurance.

I had a helpful consultation with a vet who wrote a report to help get an emergency appointment with my local vets. I was seen in minutes and it helped me advocate for getting my pet seen asap locally.

The ease of being able to speak to a vet out of hours is brilliant and the vet I did speak to was so helpful. I’d definitely use Pawsquad again if it’s out of hours and I couldn’t speak to my own vet
