Dont do it..... I utilized this service I was over charged 134.00 despite calling prior to the incident however the day the overcharge happen January 9th I called immediately I'm on the phone with a representative who told me I'm not seeing what I'm telling him I'm seeing then all day I would receive emails asking for check stubs that I had sent finally by the end of the day I had enough of sending check stubs it was only then I got a communication from a complaint department informing me they would reach out in 24 to 72 hrs they called 48hrs later one time at 5:00 pm I missed the call when I tried to call back the number given never gets answered and when I went on the app to chat with a representative I was told there is no such department and to send the check stubs they asked me for... I tried to screen shot the communication it went away ok i then requested another chat I got another representative when I asked her if that number was to Payactiv complaint department after many minutes she finally said yes it is, i then emailed the person who emailed me I sent the same check stubs and I also requested a fax number and I'll fax the check stubs to them as of today January 13th there has been no communication and no resolution this isn't a good business and I'm sure they purposely and frequently take more money than they are owed I'm not going to stop until my money is given back

Only got 1 star because I couldn’t put 0 stars. Such a joke of a service. Completely unreliable from week to week. Always need to “escalate” issues with no resolutions. Nobody responds to emails and when you do speak with someone you are always given the same generic answers without getting anything resolved. Work hours are updated sometimes until 4 days later, amounts are not accurate and unable to access funds even though previous funds were deducted.
This app seems like a good idea to help with expenses between paydays but save yourself the headache and do not use this app. I wish I had never signed up in the first place.

I will not be using this app anymore constant issues with updating hrs and being told its on escalation, only gets fixed after u cant access anymore its pretty pethetic actually when u need to use the app its unavailable to do so when needed

Waller Lee helped resolved my issue after everyone kept pushing it off saying they can’t do anything but He actually helped me and i’m so glad that i kept calling and ended up with him as my last helper! Calvin and Arthur B was not very helpful and kept pushing my issue to someone else . Unprofessional!! however Waller Lee is very professional and helpful, ask for him!

They lied about terms of a promotion to get me to refer coworkers. I was told I would get a bonus once the coworker created an account. Two coworkers created accounts and I received a message each time saying Congrats, claim your $50 reward now, but received nothing. When I messaged them they said their policy states that I'll receive the bonus after the coworker makes a transaction, and that that is a policy for all rewards, but according to their terms that is also a lie. One employee told me to use the current conversation as the new standard, which I'm pretty sure isn't even legal. It's deceptive practice, and likely illegal.

Please notice date of first experience. Problem not solved until 11-18-25. Way too long! Mrs. Valerie Shaw and Mr. Greg Peterson were very helpful to me and I appreciate them very much. Your other customer service was not as helpful as they were to me. I was rudely interrupted and spoke over while trying to describe my situation which caused great aggravation. They need to be more attentive to your customers needs and listen to them! Hat's off to Valerie and Greg! Great job getting the situation handled. Thank you.
