Like many others, I was fooled into thinking I was buying from a UK-based company because of the .co.uk web address. My laptop battery took 16 days to come from China. Although the website and my confirmation email said it was a genuine Dell product, this was not true. It was unbranded. On a positive note, the battery was very securely packed.

As other reviews suggest avoid. Customer service is chatgpt responses from China. Still waiting for my battery and it's going to be 3cweeks. Fell for the.co.uk trap

My fault I ordered the wrong battery. Took a long time to come. Contacted them to return and exchange for the correct one. Basically difficult to return because they are in China also shipping a battery internationally is difficult and costly. They suggest that I keep and sell it and order a replacement. I will order the correct one but certainly avoid them in doing so.

Advertised as DELL original Battery . Sent a generic copy . If I had wanted this I would have ordered one.

I ordered a laptop battery and it took a while to come, but then it was not the right battery and had the wrong connector on it. Tried to get it sent back but no response from the email address to exchange items and no phone number available. Looks like I am £53 out of pocket with a battery that is no use to me.

Absolute rubbish. Ordered on the 3rd of January. Got no update till the 17th - which I had to chase them up for. When I asked for the tracking number was when they appeared to send it out.

0 updates on the tracking since. No replies to email either.

Do not order anything from this company. They have a co.uk website, but anything you order is supplied from China and takes weeks to arrive. They do not hold stock in the UK.

After waiting weeks for the shipment, they sent my part to the wrong address despite the order confirmation clearly stating that the billing address and delivery address were the same.

They are refusing to send me another part or give me a refund, so I have been ripped off.

Be aware this company is a SCAM and provides appalling customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

When the battery on my five year old HP laptop failed I attempted to buy an OEM battery from HP only to find that the item was no longer available. After an online search I decided to buy from pcadaptersdepot. I ordered on 21 Dec and received it on 4 Jan - 14 days delivery which covered Xmas and New Year UK holidays. The item was in perfect condition, superbly packed, and completely to HP specification. Fitted perfectly and was a breeze to install. I am very happy that I chose to order from this supplier. Very highly recommended.

scam company, not uk based shipped from china, avoid avoid

Yet another confirmation of a SCAM, how come they haven’t been shut down? Seems ridiculous in this day and age that there are no checks and balances to prevent this sort of fraud being allowed to continue.
So if you are sensible enough to be reading this before you intend purchasing AVOID.

This company lies to you making you think they are a legitimate company in the UK, although they are in China. They also sale counterfeit merchandise so be aware. These are rough companies abroad taking forever to arrive and then it's a fake although the website says that they are original. PayPal would not refund so I closed my account after many years. It's their fault for doing business without protecting customers.

AVOID at all cost, scamers, ordered the right battery with the right serial number, they sent the wrong one and then come up with all the jumble mumbl that I ordered the wrong Item, so I ended up with a £80 battery that I can't use

I ordered a replacement Sony TV power cable. Within 3 hrs I received message from my bank advising someone had registered my card on ApplePay and had tried to use my card details to purchase items in US Dollars?? This is scam/fraudulent company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

They sent me a the wrong charger, said it was compatible but it’s useless and does not fit my laptop. Would only refund me if I paid £20 to return the item to China.

I ended up getting a full refund from PayPal. The company is useless and full of scammers that do not abide by UK law.

Scammers . Same story as everyone else. Sent wrong adapter mysteriously. I send photos , then no response. Can't believe they are still allowed to trade .

The charger looks the same as the charger I ordered but it does not fit my laptop and I then discovered the model number is not what I ordered. Thank goodness it did not fit or my laptop would have been damaged - or written off. They are not replying to emails. PCAdaptorsDept is just another intermediary site where all and sundry can flog their stuff - in this case from China - so it takes ages to arrive. Avoid at all costs.

Sent a charger, it took a month to arrive, then was water damaged and now the cable works but crackles. Therefore, not willing to use it.

Seller would refund on me paying for postage back to China. What is the point when the item cost £16.28 in total, the cost to return would make it pointless to return.

They should pay the entire postage OR just refund and trust what I'm saying. They just think i'm lying over something so cheap. Why would I over this price?

I'm annoyed over the principal rather than the fact I lost £16.28

Please avoid them at all costs.
